LOL!!! It means that they did not create a crowdsale contract and investors received only virtual tokens (NOT ERC20) that are locked on Fire Lotto website and are not available for public exchanges. Are they planing to distribute tokens manually  ? LOL!!! Fire Lotto create system which automatically add tokens to investors account and accept BTC, ETH and fiat payment.
