Its because of market cycles. We were experiencing a bear market for more than 6 months right now, so most of crypto enthusiasts believe that there has to be a breakaout and that the new money from stock or institutions will enter the market. It can happen after ETF approval in August, or September. I still believe in bullish trend in late 2018!

More probable are 2 months than 2 years! Bitcoin bullrun has just started because of upcoming ETF decision and alts will follow after some period of time. Im really optimistic right now!

I bought TravelFlex in January and still HODLing it...it is a good coin in my opinion and when new alt bullrun starts, it could make good profit. Team is very active and they are focused not just to travelling, but also on social media and marketing.

Smarter is to take profit when you have a chance and then reinvest when the new DIP comes. The old rule is still valid - when the others buy, you sell, when the others sell, you buy.

The key is the diversification of your portfolio.
I would invest like this:
10 % fiat - to use the opportuinity to buy the DIPs or coins with huge news
15 % BTC
10 % ETH
15 % NEO
10 % ICX
10 % XRP
10 % Stellar
10% Strat

and the rest 20 % to smallcap coins with huge potentioal like ZCL (for the new fork ANON in September), GCC (Global cryptocurrency - working product - 3D Cafes) or STQ

Yes it did, because it was and is very different from BTC and came up with smart contracts which enabled the creation of many ERC20 token with so much uses in crypto and real world that we can definitely say that it changed crypto world and was one of the milestones in its history.

Actually best ETH competitors are NEO and EOS - both have a nice ecoystem around, but NEO is much ahead and when CHina lifts their crypto ban, NEO has a potential to be really huge!

The tactics is very simple: dont sell, just HODL, turn off your portfolie application, take a break from crypto, do something else and everything is gonna be allright.

Yes, simply there is just too much ICOs and 85 % of them are garbage...an even the good ones are usually under ICO price when come to an exchange...better to invest in small cap coins with working product.

Definitely not. What is in your bank is your real money. In crypto u can loose 30% overnight because of the excessive fluctuation. Crypto is just investment, not the holding for your all money.

I believe that BTC will recover to 10-12k this year. The SEC decision on August 10th could bring some new investors and confidence. I hodl and wait.

I dont trust ICOs anymore. ICOs are good only during bullmarket, but during the bear, like now, they usually come to exchange with much lower price than ICO price. I bought some in February and March, but now, Im done with them.

Definitely EOS, it is a new generation blockchain. I dont believe TRX anymore, too many shades around it.

Coins with a future are coins with a working productý. In my opinion those are NEO, ICX, XRP, ZCL (and its fork ANON). Privacy wil be very important aspect in the future.

Its quite easy, all market is down, so basically if you have more fiat for crypto, then buy, otherwise HODL, but definitely do not sell now.

From these two, it is ETH in my opinon - so many ICOs done on its platform and the speed of transactions are much better than those on BTC. ETH is the future.

ANON team has been already working on it hard together with both ZCL teams and also other coins that use equihash algorithm - there are 2 ways - major changes in equihash or completely new algorithm.

Im not leaving crypto, but Im also littlebit dissapointed with it development in last 6 months...so many great ideas and good projects and all affected so much by the BTC price that even if you invest in good coin with the utility, great team and wonderful idea, you can still lose a significant amount of money - and that is really frustrating. Lets hope for brighter tomorrow.

Ripple is definitely a long-term shot. Todays price is quite good entry point if you think in 2-4 years horizon. If Ripple will be really adopted by banks and replaces SWIFT, tehn it could be huge, but be aware the difference between Ripple - the company and XRP token. Usually banks want the technology, but dont want XRP token. I hold some Ripple since January, Im in a loss right now, but will HODL at least 1 more year and wait for the right bullrun.
