I think market will bounce back, when people started to normal to handle their coins, instead of holding everything...

I had to say that Ethereum will be a new king few months ago, but now I don't know about it. Situation in market changed so fast and it will be difficult to find new king.

Agree with your word. When price so low it's your chance to buy more perspective coins wich will rse up in future. Market will not going down all time.

Your resoults of holding depends on the altcoin which you want to choose for it. If we say about 2 or 3 years, it is so long term. I think that Ripple or Litecoin would be good for this actions.

In my opinion it's one reason why government does not like crypto. It is unstable situation in cryptocurrency market. Governs just can't control crypto and they try to make it really hard.
