101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VOOT] X11 VootCoin-Nitesend | Tor | Multi-Pool | Yahoo!Finance|CRYPTSY on: July 18, 2014, 10:22:27 PM
Just a reminder IE is not part of the dev team and all updates on this forum comes from this account @MsCollec and i stand behind all the features that we're working on.
The mediacampaign showed the neutral voot watchers clearly that you are "in bed" with IE to hype the price.
It is rediculous that devs start mediacampaign to hype the price when they are about to release features that should rise price to the moon.....

People.....do the math. Red flags everywhere

Easy now. I don't think it was the greatest of decisions but it wasn't the worst. MsCollec hasn't done anything, from what is apparent, that hasn't been in the best interest of Voot. He came through on everything else and even on the so called Media Blitz, even though I think it did more harm than good, as has been observed in this thread.

No reason to mistrust or lose faith in Voot and the Dev, though.

Still going strong.

At the risk of being accused of spreading FUD, but....

"Yahoo news, Forbes, Reuters, MSNBC, & Marketwatch."

Did I miss anything today or is it all coming? Yahoo is the only one that I know we can cross off that list.

Cheers.

So it sounds like you guys on here would be willing to trade a major ad campaign to not have ie promoting. This is why some of us are able to make such huge gains around here because most of the crypto community are scared sheep.

IE can promote all he want. Evidently he holds some sway and influence. I also enjoy a price gain or a pump as much as the next guy. My question was if Voot is now directly involved with him, and that would be, for me at least, a point of concern.

Tomorrow begins the #Voot worldwide media blitz! #Voot will be featured on Yahoo news, Forbes, Reuters, MSNBC, & Marketwatch. Please Retweet

It's true

So is Voot "in bed" with IconicExpert now? Seeing as he seems to have been privy to this information before the community..

Hope it's not too late to benefit from early mining.

Thanks for your feedback WhyS!

I have to make some things clear, to new customers, cause your post is full of hate and pointing the faults on me, which is not true.

1. Yes, the hashrate dropped to 1.20 mh/s. That is, because I was using some new settings which I tested out and they worked for severeal days in a row very stable. Unluckily, because of the problems you caused ( I will explain in point 2 what I'm talking about ) you made my graphic card sick.
It ran really overclocked, and by switching the pools like a million times, and deleting them again, and switching again, and again and again really fast, it crashed. That is normal, try it out at home.

In addition, I downclocked back again to 100 % stable settings, so this wont happen again.

Dont forget my quick response together with offering a full compensation for that.

2. You got hacked. You by yourself told me, that "someone" was adding 50 LTC pools to my miner. Wtf is that!? I think you have some sort of Trojan on your pc and some fag keylogged you and put his pools on my miner, which then caused my miner to crash. Again unluckily for you (see some patterns?), this happened in the middle of the night, and I needed to hard reset the miner, for which I simply had to wait some time, cause I outsourced the location of my miners to some external place.

3. These problems did not happen to other users, you are the first having such issues and plus, in my opinion, trying to not give me a fair chance to make things right. And you are telling others not to use my service, which is very sad, because I am always focused on making my partners happy.

Funny thing is, you are writing, that 2 days later I still didn't respond.. but this happened last night!? I have to sleep some time too.

For new customers, all those issues mentioned are fixed.

If your computer is hacked, please don't lease my miner and stay away from it.

If it's clean, you will experience a perfectly smooth and stable running mining experience. Enjoy Cheesy

1. I believe you are correct. It was the launch of SmartCoin and pools were going up and down so I had to switch pools. This is understandable and accept the blame. I mentioned both in PMs and here that thought this was great. The fact that you offered compensation was also nice even though I never got it.

2. I have no idea who got hacked. All I know is that I rented 3 rigs that day from 3 different users and this only happened with the one I leased from you. Again, shit like this happen and I never reported this to you as an "issue" or breach of trust towards you or anything.. Just said that it happened. I got hacked, you got hacked, the site got hacked.. who knows. If I was faulting you for it I would have mentioned it in my initial feedback.

I don't believe you are "scammer" or anything and I never wanted to write a bad feedback. But when I noticed that you didn't care to address the fact that your rig was off during my lease for a substantial amount of time I had to act and let other potential customers know.

January 27, 2014, 10:53:28 PM: When I sent you a PM saying that the rig was off -- although your other rigs were still on.
January 28, 2014, 03:58:34 PM: Time when I posted my feedback here in this thread (yeah I clearly exaggerated with the two day thing. Sorry for that)
January 29, 2014, 06:28:47 AM: Time of your response here in this thread which is the first time I hear from you and even now, you still have failed to address why your rig dipped to 0.89 the second time, why I didn't get the refund that you promised, or why your rig was off for the final 3-4 hours of my lease.

Othen than all this, it was great!!
118  Economy / Reputation / Re: R9Generation Reputation Thread on: January 28, 2014, 12:58:34 PM
I leased R9Generation's Luzie1 (2.27 Mh/s) for 24 hours.

After a short period the hashrate dipped to 1.20 mh/s. So I sent him a PM asking him about it.

He responded:
Quote
Hey, I checked it, one graphic card went sick. I restarted the miner.
I will add half an hour as refund. Sry for that, but this leaserig website sometimes
crashes miners because of the api.

I thought: Great, honest mistake. Nothing to worry about and I'll get an extra
30 minutes -- Or so I thought; I didn't get an extra second.

Later the hashrate dipped to 0.89 mh/s and it stayed like that for more than an hour.
Know that I paid for 2.27 mh/s. I sent him a message and the hashrate was restored
although this time he didn't even offer a refund

With close to three hours left on my lease I noticed that the rig was offline.. OFFLINE. Sent him a message about it
but he never replied. Til this day, almost two days later, he still hasn't bother to reply to my pm about
his rig being offline for at least more than 3 hours.

"USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!" has never been more true. If possible, lease from someone else.

I can also confirm that I've received my portion of the giveaway as part of the test group.

Everything worked as advertised and explained thoroughly in the email.

Thanks.
