101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the practical value of Bitcoin on: July 07, 2021, 10:56:45 PM
Practical value and use is simple:

- We can definitely use it as payment method
- No worries of third party involvement
- will be able to manage your own bitcoin as your own money

Aside from that, bitcoin can also be considered as store of value that can be hold for long term investment.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk accidentally created a new cryptocurrency. WTF? on: July 07, 2021, 08:52:40 PM
3500 % is too much gain. Honestly, those hype that urge instantly are fishy and kinda scared to ride that hype. If that was intentional and manipulated to make it a hype and famous coin in 24 hours, I dont think it is worth to buy it now.
103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has intrinsic value like Gold but better? on: July 07, 2021, 02:04:23 PM
There were times that I was wondering too why Gold was considered as a store value by now I do underatand why gold is a type of an asset that flactuates over time. Same with bitcoin that was discovered not just by achieving cashless and convenience transactions but the amaziny thing is that it has a blockchain technology that can be  useful in different fields.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you find good ICO's and new projects in general? on: July 07, 2021, 12:30:38 AM
I always hear about people making these insane profits from crypto by investing on release. But how exactly do you find legit ones from the fakes? I was told there are mostly purely fakes.

Most of the fake ones has impossible product to introduced and has copied whitepaper. The thing is that, those legit projects has a good objective with useful products in the market.

And with the help of those websites that gives feedbacks whether the project should be taken consideration or to ignore. Those top ones are usually the ones who gives massive profits.
105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who to Trust, Fiat Banks or BTC? on: July 06, 2021, 10:36:59 AM
Well, honestly I withdrawn all my savings from banks when Ive started investing in cryptocurrency. I mean, I have already been using secured and trusted online wallets which I am be able to track and monitor it whenever Ive wanted to.

Its not that I am against the centralized system, its just that I am more comfortable with crypto wallets recently than those fiat banks.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB has tokens for each Altcoin on: July 05, 2021, 03:37:04 AM
I think you are misunderstanding the situation of tokens that are backed by real coins. This token you see on other chain are most likely backed by Binance that's why if you observe closely, the general Binance. Con exchange has bsc deposits for BEP-20 tokens. So, there is no cause for alarm anytime you feel like withdrawing your funds or swaping it into other assets.

This actually make sense as I did this swapping and sending BEP 20 from Binance to other wallet ot vice versa. Then swapping it to other altcoins. Its a usual way of converting coins in binance if you wanted to  buy some altcoins.

And as for the market capitalization, they are not actually copying other altcoin's market cap. You see, they have their own exchange and the Binance token has been bought and hold by investors. Aside from that, they are doing some progress every now and then. They deserve what it stand right now -- the price, the market cap, and the decisions of planning some buying bnb before buying a particular altcoin.
107  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it good to allow Black Money to be whiten by investing in Stock? on: July 04, 2021, 11:13:26 PM
Isnt too huge to add up tax as 25% from your earnings from black money? I mean, it could be a help to improve their own economy but the people behind the whiten money will suffer. Will this way of putting tax from black money to whiten be fair enough?

They should look more deep about this one, as they have lessen it down to 10% and they allow to invest their money to stocks? At some point, it will give a good outcome for both government and the client.
108  Economy / Economics / Re: A Platform for Small-Scale Freelancing: Microlancer on: July 04, 2021, 02:13:16 PM
The biggest problem with microearnings is that it's simply not worth to anyone, even the poorest people, to spend time looking for these jobs and competing for them. Captcha solving was popular because it was reliable, you could sit and work for hours and slowly earn money. Who wants to refresh a site every minute for some small chance to get a $0.01 task?

Those of course who badly needed the job even it takes their time while earning some cents. Those cents if patiently saved up will worth some bucks in due time. And, those microlancing job helps those people who also needed some side job or extra income.

However, we should gain extra patience as not all have that wide forbearance to sit and do some captchas all over again.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin price is very low on HitBtc on: July 04, 2021, 12:08:05 PM
Whats the point of buying dogecoin in Hitbtc?  Even they offer the lowest from the other exchange, the reputation of hitbtc exchange isnt that good, you can deposit but can not be able to withdraw?

With those fake price and volume, I suggest you just buy dogecoin in some reputable and trusted exchange.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero: A good long-term investment? on: July 04, 2021, 09:49:08 AM
We know that the Monero is the top privacy coin however right now I don't see many people are investing to this coin, if I could remember before I've seen post or probably an article online that the government have able to find some ways in order to track the transaction I don't know if it is true but if it is true then this will be very alarming to those users who are using this coin.

If not for investment, it is prolly widely used as private coins for payments usually in the black market. It was considered the most preferred used cryptocurrency payment on that online site thus masking the identity of both buyer and the seller.

And since it was on the top list of CMC, it just means it is still one of the most cryptocurrency that has been always trading and/or certainly as long term  investment.
111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gov must have power to reverse transactions, says co-chair of blockchain caucus on: July 03, 2021, 11:55:56 AM
When it comes to implementing laws because of the criminal reasons, then this must be something they will push into considerations. But I dont quite understand that they are making this as a big issue and to make it a mainstream transactions?

Afterall, they have to make a wise decisions if they are planning to make another implementations about cryptocurrency.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Eth go below .05 BTC? on: July 03, 2021, 08:16:20 AM
Eth is still a cryptocurrency. Though the progress when in terms of the price from last year definitely have a smooth bullish momentum until now but bear in mind that sideways, sudden dump always happens. Its just that we dont know "when" that dump gonna happen.

Well, ethereum has strong hold for the bullish price and with all of the progress of eth's blockchain contracts, etc I believe it will take time to make it below that price.
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Factors affecting bitcoin business on: July 03, 2021, 04:06:56 AM
Still, I believe that there are major factors like Whales movement and investors holdings. Though government's say about bitcoin surely affect the price but the demand and supply can definitely make the market goes down or up in an instant.

Fuds has also a great contribution to the bitcoin's market and as I have noticed, if any news like country's implementation of ban for cryptocurrency, the price dumped after the announcement.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mechanism for Retrieving lost BTC on: July 02, 2021, 11:18:24 PM
If you are familiar with decentralized system it is gradually different from the fiat banking flow of system's because banks are centralized.
Those bitcoin losses are the disadvantage of accepting it. I mean, those are some glitch that we have to fully accept. Its the holder's responsibility on how to handly his bitcoin and on how to secure it.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and pension fund on: July 02, 2021, 03:30:28 PM
It has been discussed with the other thread regarding bitcoin pension funds on this forum. Perhaps, if we are talking about the future, some companies will most likely reconsider that option. Though I do not think it is a good idea as the price wont be stable if they'll set particular basic amount in terms of bitcoin.

And as for the gold, it is too special that it wasnt that easy to mine gold and to make it as a pension fund? Nah, I dont think it will be great to consider that idea.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: At what point do we confirm the long term aspect of a project is guaranteed? on: July 02, 2021, 01:54:35 AM
Havent you seen the greatest developmeny of bitcoin nowadays? The increase innovation and adoption worldwide and the entire awareness on how to use it as asset value and online payments.

With those significant reasons indicates a long term success of a project such bitcoin and other coins like what you have stated as eth.
117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Million dollar win on $15 parlay whoa on: July 01, 2021, 05:35:20 AM
He's surely lucky. Thats also a rare case winning million dollars in a parlay bet sports. I won once in some parlay bet but not that huge payout like him and just a small bet. And as I've read his statement on the link given by OP, seems like he knows the teams and players behind the bet he have chosen.
Lucky fellow bettor, for sure he is enjoying that more than 1.3 million he won on that parlay.
118  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fact: There is no anything like money laundering but governments want to buy BTC on: July 01, 2021, 03:21:00 AM
How can you say governments were the ones behind the price dump? Thats just a pure theory and you can not justify it yourself so it is not a fact afterall without a source and without names. I will believe that speculation if the government itself consider as a whale who own huge amount of bitcoins. And why dont you believe money laundering happening in real life?
119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: - - BITCOIN - Smooth Trader :-)) - - on: July 01, 2021, 01:13:50 AM
Well, that seems to be your lucky entry. Since those trade you have made agreed to your side when you did long entry and the market smoothly goes up. What technical analysis did you use, by the way? Because there are times that sudden sideways happens and you make an entry but the market do the opposite.

Anyway, I envy your good trading strategy and courage.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After China, Now it's Mexico's Turn to Ban Crypto on: June 30, 2021, 08:54:56 PM
China has the most mining activity and even though Mexico has lesser crypto mining activity, the fact that another Country disregard and disallowed cryptocurrency from financial  institution's usage and operation it will still reflect with the market's price.

Majority of them will be hesitant to use crypto on today, adoption has somehow lessen and other people will also become confused about crypto's reputation since Mexico decided to ban it.
