Crypto market is not bad last time with several altcoin pumps, but I think we still in bear market. And now it is only a local story.

I would like to know what are your most promising altcoins for investing in 2019? I immediately want to say - Bitcoin and ethereum are not very interesting, because they are heavy for growth. That is, I want to say that if Bitcoin grows 5 times, then some altcoins can grow in price by 30-50 times (as it was in 2017), so altcoins are more interesting.
I did an analysis of the market for myself and selected some coins for myself (ont, icx), but I want to know the opinion of the crypto community - which coins do you think are the best for investing? Write the name of the altcoins and why do you find them perspective?
No one can say, which one will skyrocket (like incredible BNB and their perfect strategy with launchpad and BNB blockchain). But ICON looking promising, project is developing fast, already released their own token standart IRC16, also price now is really low. Something similar to Binance, now doing a Bitmax exchange and their token BTMX. Maybe need to look closely. |

From yesterday the price of bitcoin got increased upto $400 due to the speculation of ETF approval by SEC which made all the other crypto currencies to bump with the same level of bitcoin so which shows that if bitcoin prices recover all the crypto currencies will be able to recover.
Do you agree that?
When BTC will really start to grow up, most of other altcoins will dramatically drop down. For now is a perfect time for altcoin season, when BTC in flat stage. |

To live only bounty rewards is too risky and you can wake up one day without any funds for living. Because many bounty campaigns is not fair. Best way is to look at bounty hunting like just additional way to earn some funds and than reinvest it.

Video games is a huge industry and cryptocurrencies is a very suitable use cases for entertainment. It will be great to see some huge projects like Start Citizen with implemented crypto inside the ecosystem.

You are right, but many apps and services (especially on ETH) appeared on mobile devices and desktop, which are pretty simple. But it's not enough and I hope we will see a lot of new interesting and user friendly casual services.

Agree, that crypto industry develops very fast and growing every day. Defenetly, top-5 of CMC will changed after five years, but a solid projects like EOS or ETH can give a very big profit in long term. Just need to hodl. |

Is it normal that an ICO has a Hard Cap of 72 million dollar? And as of now I cant find the total supply of the coin so that I can compute the total supply and the value per coin, and I guess they should also put the total supply in their site. What do you think?
Many ICO project purposely hide information about total supply and only after ICO ascertains, that a hidden part of tokens was sold on seed round or even early. |

It was not a mistake, most likely it is some kind of laundering crypto. Such large fee cannot be set by standard wallet.

Since we have an exploding amount of ICO started from mid this year and most of these projects says they will have at least a prototype around end 2018 to 2019. Many of hear ICO projects will delay the release date, but nevertheless many of them should have something by the mid to end 2019.
What will happen to these ICOs that cannot deliver the promise? They will become zombie coin, as we have see the confido cases as I suspect there will be much more project fail down the track. And only a few hat will be among the top 25 coins with working project.
Do you guys think we the investors will be less interested in ICO in the following years as we gradually learn that we might not get our money back if we are stuck with these coins? And the number of the good coins will increases and people have more choices to diversify rather than just put the money in BTC and ETH?
I think the most part of the old projects will disappeared from market. Then, after the new bull run become, many unuseful ICO project will start to collect funds on the new wave of hype. |

Hey, I have some moderate experience over this crypto world. Why the market is extensively volatile. Alike traditional market does crypto too impacted of many major changes.
Because most of altcoins can be moved up or down with a small funds, so price in one day can make a large volatile moves and such thing is attracts many of speculators. |

I think on ETH price affect a large amount of short positions in margin trade. As I see on https://ethstats.net block time is decreased to 12 sec (and was ~20 sec), so blockchain works faster. |

Yea, Binance shows that ICO is still can give a profit. I think we will see soon that another platforms/exchanges launch their own lunch pad with several projects.

The king of cryptocurrency is Bitcoin. But who is the king of Altcoin?
The King of Altcoin who is ETH or Litecoin? I think ETH is the reason most are used in ETH at airdrop. And the price of the ETH is much higher than all other Altcoin. The number of users of ETH coins is also much higher. Litecoin also has a number of users then I think ETH coins are King of Altcoin. It is my personal opinion. You can give your opinion. I know there is many more good Altcoin but ETH is the best. I hope everyone will give feedback.

If we will count all ERC-20 tokens, that is also were created on ETH blockchain - then yes, Ethereum is a strong King of altcoins. |
