can a telegram bot spam other groups with your channel link? i see most of them in telegram airdrop group. is that possible?

i never participated in airdrops with kyc and never will

There's a lot of Bounties and Airdrop almost everyday theres a new one.
what do you suggest to look for or read before joining them?
