101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SUPERCOIN] SoD System of Decentralization... a trustless form of Anonymity on: August 11, 2014, 04:45:32 AM
Super is going on strong, with price almost doubled last few days, I saw some profit taking. But good news is yet to come, I keep my faith. This dev team is the best I've ever seen.

Yes but "profit taking" is nothing suprising and very characteristic of a bull market, like I said earlier this afternoon, it's best to put buy orders in this situation because weak hands dump their small profit before the big rise. It's what we call in french "précoce". Like a premature ejaculation, you can't enjoy the whole ride because you're too quick on the sell button.

Some guys sold to me at 2000, 2100, 2150 tonight. This market is beautiful.

Exactly, if we were able to reach 14k sat prior to phase 2, where will Supercoin take us this time ? I say we set a new top above 14k once SoD is out & working

102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SUPERCOIN] SoD System of Decentralization... a trustless form of Anonymity on: August 10, 2014, 11:39:50 PM
Well I hope the dev will post the complete whitepaper asap, splitting it in 3 parts is a nice strategy but hopefully he'll update it every day (and not per 2 days). As soon as we have complete whitepaper, people can start writing articles about Super.

And I also hope big things like (part of) the whitepaper will not be published in a weekend next time, especially not sunday, but during the week.

Going to post this again for those who didn't read it yet:

While I am writing the whitepaper, I think instead of publishing it all at once when I finish, I will post it in parts, every 2-3 days, so community will get more details about the algorithm we use and logistics behind it. It is also an education process so people will understand what is a trustless system and why we need it. So expect 3 parts to be posted in this thread. I will prepare a pdf file with all parts together (the formal whitepaper).

All questions are welcomed, though I may not have time to answer all the questions. Because I still need to do testing on the code and fix bugs, and add bells and whistles etc.

Below is the first part on the SuperSend Trustless system. I will try to publish the next part in 2-3 days, maybe Monday/Tuesday time frame. Next parts will describe the overview and details of the algorithm.

==

SuperSend Trustless is an advanced p2p completely decentralized anonymous system. It belongs to Coinjoin category of the anonymous wallet. In this system all nodes (clients) are equal; there are no centralized or special nodes that hold more info than others. The coin transfer happens with the help of middle nodes that are randomly chosen. Mini-escrow is used with multisig address and transactions to ensure all the parties behave according to the transfer rules. This is a complete trustless system. The system is designed in a forceful way for all parties to behave correctly. If any party tries to cheat, he will lose more than his gain in the cheat.

Among all the online coin clients, if some minimum requirements are met (e.g. with minimum amount of coins in the balance, and with minimum 2 addresses in the wallet, etc), the node will advertise itself as a service node. Other nodes receiving the advertisement will add it to their service node list. There’s a limit in the service node list for each client (currently limited at 30). Any client can turn off the advertisement, if it does not want to be a service node. To turn off the service node advertisement, user just need to put a line in the config file. A service node will receive certain fee for each service it performs. Node not want to be service node can still receive other node’s advertisement and use the anonymous service, as long as it pays the service fee.

SuperSend Trustless makes heavy use of multisig technology. The sender of the coin will choose randomly 2 middle service nodes from his service node list to help the anonymous transfer. Among the two nodes chosen, one provides mix service, and another provides guarantee service. Why need 2 nodes? Because if there are any disputes between sender and mixer, it is up to guarantor to make a final judgment and then distribute the fund in the escrow accordingly.

Mixer is the node to mix the coins with his own, and send to destination. It is possible to have multiple mixer nodes, so to further obfuscate the transfer. At the current implementation, we use a single mixer node.

Guarantor is the one who will make the final judgment if any dispute between sender and mixer. If everything goes on well, Guarantor’s job is just to create multisig address and multisig transactions. It will not be involved in the signing processes of the multisig transactions in normal cases. But if there are disputes, the Guarantor will decide, based on the facts of the existing transactions, the outcome of escrow distribution. Of course, Guarantor cannot decide alone, he has to coordinate with another party (see below for the signing of multisig transactions).

We use a 2-of-3 multisig address for escrow. What is a 2-of-3 multisig address? It is an address that is created based on 3 public keys, each from Sender, Mixer and Guarantor, respectively. Remember, Sender, Mixer and Guarantor each hold the corresponding private key of the public key. Anyone is free to deposit coins to the 2-of-3 address. But in order to spend any fund from the address (i.e. send to another address), the transaction needs to be signed using at least 2 out of 3 private keys. Since the private keys are in different nodes, different nodes must willing to sign the same transaction before it becomes valid. In another words, the coins in that address cannot be spent by anyone alone, at least two of them should agree before the money can be spent.

We don't participate in paid articles. If your product is good and proves valuable to our fellow community members, I'm sure they'll be hearing about you.

Best of luck.

newsBtc

So this is their reply !!!!

What are you talking about Bro by backfire from the article? I didnt get that?
How can an article harm us? Everybody who i know involved in crypto are just measuring things in news and price,so we are fucked by does markers.
Are we going to have a promo or not ? I am trying to write with 10 sites an so far the quickest response was from the guy with 0.12 btc offer and those fuckers.

sorry for my tone but im pissed off by their reply,
We need supporters and people start talking about our future alt coin killer coin right?

Ok people say something do you what to lay him or not? If not ease somebody help me out with the other sites please.
I wrote all sites from the last post they were four and you choose we are community we must choose together.

Well it's quite normal that they don't take paid articles, it would kill the reliability of their articles. What did you expect Smiley

I'll message you about some other ways to invest the money.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mintpal is a scam. on: August 10, 2014, 08:49:52 PM
A lot of new coins I mined or bought, like TOP, PANDA, PND, SPA, HIRO, GRS...their prices were good before adding in Mintpal. After that, all died.
I don't see why that would be Mintpal's fault. Just invest in a coin that offers something real, something unique, and invest prior to the implementation of big innovations AND make sure the dev(s) have already proven to be competent. You'll make profits this way, trust me, I turned $20 to $3000 in less than a month when i started trading cryptos this way (and i still am making profits Wink ).
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alternative cryptocurrency is dead on: August 10, 2014, 08:37:41 PM
Scams and frauds are also happening with euros and dollars, shall we let them die out too ? Everything where money is flowing will attract scammers. The altcoin market is a great way to make innovations for cryptocurrencies and the money involved is a stimulant for people to improve their product. Just invest in the right coin and don't invest more than you can miss when things do get fishy.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop using Kraken on: August 10, 2014, 08:24:49 PM
Has anyone withdrawn fiat recently without sending them a picture?

yes , made one today(17 euro) it say pending, but is sunday today...

How much are the bank transfer fees?

0.1 euro

Thanks, how long does it usually take for the money to show up in your bank account?

1-2 business days

it appear that you need ID only if you are german, otherwise you can deposit without problem, at least that what someone said in the official thread

Thanks, I always assumed they had a massive minimum withdrawal amount like at least 100 euros, but you proved my assumption wrong. It sounds like a great exchange.

I traded a few 1000 euro's (from bank to kraken and vice versa) and i think Kraken is great indeed. Extremely fast service (my last transfer took about a day only), make sure to use SEPA though (if you live in the EU). Wire transfers take longer but haven't tried those yet.

Time to get Supercoin back on track !!! The price has been way too low due to several reasons (Busoni's lack of competence, the impatience of some investors when dev announced decentralization could take a while, and ofcourse the fudders). The time is near to recover from all that, finally we are able to prove the dev was serious of his vision. The price has reached 14k satoshi before, and that was when people could only dream of "phase 2". Now it's almost reality. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to realise how huge this is going to be !

Let's slowly reach a new top in the coming days, this time above 14k satoshi !

Let's spread good news, Supercoin is finally doing it, new level of privacy under-control of you. This will create safer environment for all parties involved in. It's not about price but helping crypto currencies in general to advance to  newer levels of anonymity.

To me it's also about the volume that gets traded ! High volume is one of the best things to reach the big public, best marketing out there. People will find their way to this thread once they see Super on the exchange. And if you look at the graph you can see the volume rises exponentially in function of the price. So that's why i support this Smiley

Here's our update from dev team.

I have good news to report. I have finished the basic implementation of the p2p decentralized trustless anonymous system, and it works fine. With all the multisig addresses and transactions, it is a pretty complex system. Now it works end-to-end. In the next few days, we will provide a detailed schedule for testing and releasing the system (a rough schedule is below).

As far as I know, this is the first real p2p decentralized trustless anonymous system in coinjoin category. I am not sure for the crypto-note technology, it seems it is a good one, although it is a different technology and mainly for CPU. But for coinjoin category claims, I don't see any truly trustless system, and this is the first one.

We're writing history in the altcoin world people Cool

Looking forward to see prices above 10k sat again within a few weeks

However I do like the fact that you support the project (they already accept bitcoins as donations btw). I think you should contact Mars One about this, send them the coins now already and tell them they have potential to be be worth a lot: especially when they help a bit with the promotion (perhaps by adding Marscoin on their sponsors list if you play your cards well).

guys i want to say something which is not in my style but ....

i am trying really hard  doing things for this community.....i feel like i am in a municipality or any kind of government structure .....we have the potential to achieve and accomplish a lot of great things but i always hit the wall....dead end .

I am emailing sites everyday,i am trying to find professionals who can deliver,i am pushing my self hard because this is the way i do things.

I want to change things not only words but actions........so this is something i propose:
we should find somebody else to do all this ..... we must find a member who doesn't mind to bump his head in the wall over and over again....
OR
things are going to change around here !

I really want this to happen,me and all the community to lift this coin up but for now i am not doing this i am not happy with my results.

I am proposing every day something new, sites, advertising, projects, bounty's and so on but i don't get the support i need......... SuperCoinTeam this is my request to you convert SuperCoins for BTC and let me do my job.I don't want to have all those coins in my possession,i want you to send the BTC to the addresses they give me !
Do this or i am not doing this anymore and i am dead serious !

I am tired from not sleeping and from posting again and again please convert the coins, please do that and that.

I am even considering for making a new trend in the communities PROOF OF LEADERSHIP
REAL PEOPLE BEHIND REAL COINS !

Lets see who has the balls to be that Leader ?!?

Thats all from me, i am not mad i am just tired from bullshit to be franc.
I think that supercoin is going to be the greatest coin ever very soon but not with that attitude!
Be positive bros keep it real and believe in yourself this is the most important thing

Thats all from me
thank you for reading this

You're doing good, just don't expect big price changes yet. As soon as the decentralization will get in beta, price will go up. You and supercointeam are being active on this thread and for me that's the most important.

If you want to see results (as in: increase in price), start heavy marketing in about 1 week (few days before beta) because then it'll be the most effective. Many investors will buy Super when the decentralized trading is in beta, so they can keep investing in other coins before beta.

This is our weekly update on the phase-2 development.

The coding is going on well, we are working on the multisig escrow part, it is the key part of the trustless system in our algorithm. So far so good, we are still targeting for the testing in about 2 weeks. As the time getting closer, we will ask for a few volunteers to help us testing. Depends on our initial testing, we may use directly the main network for a closed circle testing (meaning not a public testing). We will decide it after our initial testing inside the dev team. If you are interested in joining our testing, please PM supercointeam.

On the other hand, after the main implementation work done, I will publish a detail white paper on the algorithm. Depends on my availability, the whitepaper may be published in 2-3 weeks, maybe sooner if I have more time working on it. Stay tuned.

When the next update will come?
I don't know your country but here within 4 hours is agoust 3.
And announce about phase2,op and media update was scheduled on agoust 2.
So then my "undercover fudder" inside me as Rnbin is usual to call me,have to write "I told you! They got delay! Theyr just pulling the string to make this coin alive as much as possible".

 Wink
You never spread fud here before then ? Strange, few days ago you've sent this pm to me:

I have already stopped to fud in supercoin forum. Check the thread.

You don't stop something you haven't started before  Wink

Rnbin, i have change signature, fud at least 20% of my posts. I'm slowly learning to stop fud. Give me some more time.  Wink
The positive thing is: you're improving (who would have thought, the zyprexa seems to be working :p ). The negative thing though, is that you still didn't fully stop the fud  Wink

I also think remove your negative feedback from him, he is in chaos always,
sometime he want to support Supercoin but did not chose correct words.
Just give him another chance and see how he will improve himself.
Haha, look at the 5 feedbacks he and his other account gave me. Just because he can't stand the truth is being told about him. And then he starts whining at mods to get my account banned for it... Thanks, but I think i'll pass.

Obviously if i have the ATM then it has to work no need for me to waste time posting extra pictures.
Indeed game is an addon but nobody said i will put up ATM in 24h. There is time-plan on the main page so you can know more or less when what happends.

ATM is too big thing to just rush it for pump n dumpers and have not fully tested software running. I expect some hackign tries on the machine etc.
Showing place before putting machine? That would be a suicide in this dog eat dog world. When it STANDS i will announce.

If i wanted to not place it and just make cash.. I would now write here that im putting this in biggest mall of Berlin. How would that be more fair than what i do now?

Just think about this for a moment.

Sorry but this coin is real hence why devs dont sell their coins just buy them out Wink

Also please notice you are promoting SUPER in the sig... which got deleted from exchange due to scam of devs.....
Haha that is pretty ignorant for a dev to say, especially in a thread where he is suppose to impress his community. Please, inform yourself better, busoni said he was wrong due to lack of code reading of himself and his "code reviewer" a loooong time ago already. Super is the one rejecting Poloniex, trust me.

It's all around, dev, you can start informing yourself better with this site perhaps http://bitcoinmafia.com/bittys-blog/supercoin-scandal/
"The problem in SuperCoin’s case is that Busoni's (=Poloniex owner) interpretation of the code snippet was not only wrong, it was “oh hell no” wrong."

His own statement where Busoni admitted to be wrong is still around aswell, if you're interested look it up some time. And please, do some research before attacking other coins next time Wink

But alright, sorry for the question. I only am an investor who questions some things about this coin because i'm interested in the idea of Payzor, but in times when so many scamcoins are created some more proof or information is always more than welcome. Just to prove you are different from the scamcoins, so I could rebuy coins and follow the track again. But apparently you interpreted this the wrong way and choosed to responded by attacking another coin (that have nothing to do with Payzor) with misinformed nonsense. I know enough now, thanks Smiley
