The two word go side by side, increase dollars leads to increase in bitcoin while increasing bitcoin will give birth to increase in dollars. One need dollar to purchase bitcoin and when bitcoin is sold, dollars comes in. On the other hand it is better for bitcoin and dollars to increase at d same time cos when u av high bitcoin and d dollar exchange is also high what ever u av as return will be high as well.
