I consider this to be a great mistake most project managers make but yet they have not decided to accept their mistakes but do consider blaming bounty hunter when dumping comes as a result of giving early investors 40% discount or early bonus since these investors have got nothing to lose upon dumping. Project managers should consider this and stop blaming hunters.

New investors are too impatience because most of them dislikes learning and reading. They just follow hypes and stuff and just invest whereas they should read more about the projects, its team and whitepaper to know whether the project calls for long or short term investment plan. They refuse to do that and later become impatient and say ill words about these projects .

I always disagree with opinions pertaining to the fact that bounty hunters always cause dump. Why always bounty hunters, bounty hunters are not cheap to be treated as such but should be treated with respect. Mostly, less than 5% of a projects allocations are pulled into a bounty campaign and how can 5% out of 100% cause a dump over the remaining 95%? Bounty hunters dump, team dumps and investors also dump so why blame hunters alone.

Whitepaper is very important and of much significance to a crypto project as it gives an in dept analysis, concept, roadmap, team and summary of the project. It helps investors to ascertain whether the project with its roadmap is a ready for a short term investment or long term investment plan and make vivid conclusions. For a fact, whitepaper is of much importance to a project.

Many bounty managers have no say or proof in the legitimacy of a bounty project. Many of these bounty managers try as much as possible not to come out with scam projects in other to protect their names on bitcointalk but this is no proof that these cryptocurrency projects are legit. The only way one can find out the legitimacy of a crypto project is through a vivid research on the project and the team behind it.

This is a great issue that project managers are finding it difficult to understand, they always think giving out 40% bonus to early investor is a strategy of attracting enough investors to invest in their projects forgetting these are the very people who will help cause dump upon listing and when this happens, these very project managers do not accept their faults but end up blaming bounty hunters for dumping. For me, giving 40% bonus to early investors is too much.

In my very opinion, I do not understand why bounty hunters are always taken for granted and considered as some poor folks somewhere. Why would a bounty hunter with so much trust in a project dump right after listing and how would bounty hunters holding less than 5% of total allocation of a project budget cause dump. Hunters are not cheap to be treated anyhow whenever there is a dump, both hunters, team and investors need money.

Investment is not just about pushing your money or resources into a project and right away getting profit. Most investors are getting it wrong from this angle as to whether the project they are investing in is a long term or short term investment project. If it turns out to be a long term project whereby the investor thought of short term then it leads to quick judgement and ill saying about the project which is a bad habit on part of some investors.

The fall and crash of many tokens out there started from this end. why would a project with a strong team backed by a board of advisors decide to give 40% bonus to early investors, again why?. These investors gets this bonus and right after listing, they go and dump because they have got nothing to lose since they had these tokens for free. Its time project managers and their boards sit and reconsider such mistakes and amend it where necessary.

These are the worst part of bounty hunting, depending or having your eyes on the comments of other bounty hunters. some bounty hunters are just comfortable and spend much of their time saying ill comments about projects they have no idea of. These hunters say all kinds of bad comments about these projects and yet participate in promoting it distracting other hunters from also taking part in it so the best way to deal with this is to avoid yourself from or take your eyes from the comments of these hunters.

Personally, participating in new projects has got nothing to do with whether this new project is being listed on ico rating website. What matters most to me is the idea behind the project entering into the crypto industry. These websites are not trustworthy and provided my research on the project is positive, I just participate in it without considering whether it is listed or not on these fake ico rating websites.

New investors are too impatience because most of them are not ready to learn and those who try to learn also don't really understand what they do learn. Why will an investor who read about a project and realized it to be a long term investment project start complaining or become impatient if the project is at short term from scratch. These new investors have to read and understand every project before investing into it and stop complaining and being impatient.
