It says "make sure you generate new address via the address page", yet there's no button or option to generate new addresses there.
Is it ok to make deposits to the current addresses listed there or not?
If it is your "OLD" MUE address from before the message, then no, don't deposit there. I'm pretty sure you've joined us in Slack this morning to check right? Also, please feel free to post support enquiries for MyMUE here http://forum.mymue.com/category/7/mymue-comMakes it easier to follow. I haven't joined the slack recently, but let me walk you through the experience. MAY I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE
Your old wallet addresses on this platform are no longer valid. make sure you generate a new one, by visiting the addresses page
As you are aware we have seen a few incidents in the last few weeks, this have culminated in this message to users, MYMUE was never designed to handle the depoists it has seen due to miners mining to there myMUE account, as such starting 1st Feb 2018 We will ignore all deposits smaller than 1000 MUE
Please make sure you have updated your miners to mine else where. Yessssss we really will ignore them.
Thank you! I see this as soon as going to the MyMue page. First thing I think is, "uh, what does old mean here? before the fork last year? or did something happen recently?". Then, when I go to the Addresses page, there's an address listed. Doesn't say new, old, or anything. So then I think, how do I know if it's old? See how that's confusing? How does one know if they have an "old" or "ok" address just based upon the initial message? And more importantly, if I think it's an old address, I don't see a button to 'generate new address' or anything, so how would I even fix it? Thanks for your time. I agree, work needs to be done on that platform for a better user experience, and that is hopefully coming soon. The deposit address should be fine to use (other than for mining) but please be sure by first sending a small amount to confirm.

I've missed that one yesterday. Every time I check for new shares, they're quickly sold out. Is there any way to receive notifications for this via email, or text message? It would be great if the MyMUE platform would have some sort of notifications system every time new shares show up.
Hi, yep, we've added a service bot, just follow this on twitter to be notified when shares are available https://twitter.com/MyMUE_AvailThanks

Hi, we've signed up, deposited 0.1btc and created an ad campaign. How long does it take to be approved? It's just the one banner & one URL, and is still pending some 12 hours later. Thanks

@channel
Hi Muers As your aware myMUE Went offline yesterday after the application self protected itself, further investigation has revelled we were the subject of a concerted effort to exploit a certain set of IIS Security Vulnerability.
First though, all coins are safe, at no time did we allow the coins to become “at risk” As part of the investigation we decided to disable all masternodes and move all coins to a secure location as you read this the box is still under heavy attack from locations east of the United Kingdom.
The steps we took have resulted in no masternode income in the last few hours, for this we are deeply sorry, however it was in everyones intrests we took the actions we took.
So what happens now, this morning MYMUE will be restored to partial service on all new servers, and masternodes will be restored on a new off net network, this means it will take some time for payouts to resume, once full service is resumed there will be no withdrawals permitted under ANY CIRCUM Stances until Jan 18th at 20:00 GMT + 0
Once the service is restored we urge you all to login and check your balances and report anything thats suspicious in terms of attempted withdrawals and such, we dont expect you to find anything, but ask you to check non the less.
Our networking team have compiled all available logs and have submitted them to the UK NCA, and will worth with them to improve the situation
Once again ZERO Coins were moved lost or stolen, all the steps we took were more for prudence than anything, and we hope you can understand our reasons for all the actions we took
We would like to apologies for the lack of communications from our side since yesterday, our team have been working around the clock on this and only this.
If anyone has any questions please feel free to reach out.
Remember - withdrawals are now disabled and will remain disabled until jan 18th, we are responsible for hundreds of millions of coins across hundreds of coins we are protecting both you and us
Sincerly Paul Jenkinson (pjcltd) The MP-Hosting Ltd

Nice succinct and fair write up. I think for a noobie to MUE that would be pretty useful. Thanks
