This is a very good question because one way or the other someone has told us something bad about bitcoin. My own story was that I was stop bitcoin is an advanced ponzi if I buy BTC that is the end. I stayed away for a long time though but here I am already into the concept of blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

The first rule of any investments either cryptocurrencies or stocks is first..  Never invest what you can't afford to lose. If the husband had prior crypto trading experience it would have been better in making better decisions. But my believe is that our experiences today shape us for a better tommorrow.

Every innovations has its pros and cons. The solutions blockchain technology will bring and the advantage it offers outweighs the cost from my perspective. Even  though this new technology is still in its infantry the benefits it's has offered is already huge. More is already on the way

I never had a doubt about the recovery of etherum. Eth is such a good coin with a use case that cannot be outdated currently. But every coin has it up and low. I guess eth is currently on its low I believe eth will surpass the 1k mark in the next bull run
