We're nearing block 12000 and there are only 3.7 million coins mined. There will be around 200,000 more coins before pure PoS. Total supply will be less than 4 million! Once pure PoS commences only 1200 coins will be minted a day.
Waiting for a sell order below 1500 sat could mean you watch this rocket from the sidelines.

We need a POW+POS coin like this with rotating algos to nerf asics and GPU mining Create a custom CPU miner available at launch with wallet and before someone can build a GPU miner POW will be over. Fair for all not just those with a lot of mining rigs or asics. |

After reading IRC just before I left work today I felt very disappointed, still am but I managed to find the positive in the situation though.
The SHA community came together and we also discovered CryptoGir.
Thank you for all your efforts in saving the coin CG and thanks to all in the brilliant community. I hope you guys will support CG in the new coin that he is planning, I know I will!

Good morning all! I have received word form the original SHACoin dev, that he will give me access to the original OP as soon as I release my new wallet. So, I am releasing my new wallets here for now. Once I have access to the original OP I will update all links. Below, we have links to the Windows wallet, MAC wallet, and my GitHub repo. The source code and Windows wallet are both version 1.0.0.3 and the MAC wallet is 1.0.0.2 (will get 1.0.0.3 up soon). These versions are compatible with each other. Both 1.0.0.2 (the version we beta tested with) and version 1.0.0.3 are both working fine, so either is acceptable to use. There is a ReadMe file and SHACoin.conf file located in all wallet builds and the Source code. Use these files!!!!!!!!!!! When the official version of wallet will be out?
Tentatively tomorrow, around 9:00-10:00 am EST (after I have had my coffee at work, of course). We have been running the new wallets, with the help of our IRC tester for a good while now, with (in my opinion) I would call great success. So we are all letting them run tonight just to make sure everything stays good. Also, if the mods have not responded to my PMs about taking over the OP by then, I will create a new thread. Also, Also, added just a little bit to the new wallet...  A nice little unlock feature, for all you GUI users. ;-) Also, Also, Also, I will be posting my ToDo list for this coin (basically some ideas to add to the wallet, or other code changes to improve security). Well it looks like I picked a bad day to sleep in... I have been looking at the case and was able to recompile the Windows wallet. However, it looks like that does matter if nothing will sync. I just woke up, so I havn't been able to look into this yet, but I wanted to let everyone know, I will not let this coin died.
I would like to officially take over development of this coin, affective today. I would also like to welcome any help from any other developers. As soon as I get a shower I will get in front of a computer and get to work.
I'm sorry I haven't responded to PMs yet, since I can only post or pm every 356 seconds, I thought it more important to let the community know that we are alive and we will handle these issues.
I would also like to set up an irc channel so we can all communicate easier. I can do this in a little while or anybody can feel free to. I can also be reached on Skype, my username is CryptoGir and I will be on there shortly.
