It feels like we heard the bull run through out this year. The year began with the green market and its about to end on the same note. Though there was some down trend during the year, but it did not last too long. It feels like the cryptocurrency industry is getting better and there's really no need to fear as more positive projects are coming onboard.

I'm a proponent of real estate investing because it doesn't only contribute to your income but also gives you the opportunity to contribute to your predecessors income. Real estate may not be very lucrative but it's less risky and has a long term yield potential.

The truth is that whether we can see it or not, Shiba inu is gaining the popularity and momentum. Several cryptocurrency exchange are beginning to give the token the needed recognition. I took Shiba inu seriously when it was listed on binance and seeing great exchange like kraken list the token is an additional accomplishment to the project.

It's Rather unfortunate that developers don't really care about the interest of investors or holders of the tokens. Their major aim is to maximize profits and they are indifferent about ethics or the rightness of their actions. As an individual the best way to avoid being scammed is to be cautious of the possibility at all times. The decentralisation feature of the market has given so much power to the community which has led to the increase of scam cases because people are striving to take advantage of the ignorant and naive in the industry. It's been a while since we've been expecting the implementation of the ETH v2, but I really don't know how much longer it would take. The transaction fee on ethereum has been on the rise and the developers are yet to find a way to get the issue resolved. Many blockchains are been launched and several are leaving the ethereum blockchain to more user friendly platforms and this could affect the number of users of eth.

When it comes to trading, one needs to be mindful of the exchange to trade because there are several platforms that are not trustworthy. I personally see binance as the best platform to trade, though I trade in other platforms but binance holds a higher chunk of my trading capital because of the trust the exchange has earned.

We've had the value of Bitcoin and several altcoin move downwards severally, but at the end of the day, they still find their way up. I'm personally still positive about the market and as long as bitcoin maintains its value above $50k, I believe we're still in the bull market. It would get much better because I see eth hitting a new ATH before the year ends.

If I have to select some legit coin for less than 10 cents, I'll be going for tron, safe moon and Shiba inu. I believe there's a lot to be benefited from this projects in the short to medium term. In every cryptocurrency investment, it's better to invest only what you're willing to lose as the market could be bearish or bullish in the future.

I think endorsement of notable individuals is one of the best marketing strategies as they tend to pull their fans to the project. Another good strategy is the use of cryptocurrency influencers on social media, this could also contribute immensely to the success of the project. It's rather unfortunate that we've gotten to the point when most new projects are baseless. Several people come to the industry without the right mindset, and due to the fact that the industry is decentralized Scammer are taking advantage of the ignorance and greed of users whose intention are to cash out huge from the industry. I only do wish that many more people would be willing to learn more about the industry before investing their resources.
