101  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to avoid depression? on: January 26, 2021, 08:07:32 PM
Is there really no cure for depression??... I have a friend who suffers from this condition. She always cry and always feel lonely without any other reasons or whatsoever and I always ask her whats wrong. I just dont think she deserves to have that, nobody does. I just dont thing avoiding it is the answer anymore. Im always there for her every time she is like that. Always listens to every thing she rants about coz I know how she might feel being alone just inside her head. I dont want her being alone anymore.
I had my ex with same situation, she couldn't fulfill all my suggested 4 points mentioned above, it's in my gene to be optimistic all time; when I feel down, each time is due to at least one of my 4 mentioned points that is not fulfilled.

1. find a hobby to keep you busy
2. do regular sports (including regular sex)
3. have healthy habits (including diet)
4. ensure you have enough money to sustain you, your family and your hobbies

I was really curious about others' performance (I like challenges, I like contests) for me this is just a new hobby now. It could be just beginner's luck, we'll see.

Trading is more efficient than holding, the more you trade, the more profit, that's mathematical view I see applicable now.
Assuming the BTC will go down and you don't have any stop loss limit set to convert to stable coin/fiat how you can secure your profit from holding?
105  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Indicator for good daily trading performance? on: January 08, 2021, 11:48:04 AM

Cryptocurrency trading is easy job but making profits consistently in trading is not possible, if you consider yourself making 2% profits everyday then it is 60% for a month and 720% per annum even when there is no bullish trend on the market. Now say, Do you actually think it is possible to make such returns?

IMO better keep the margin like 5 to 7% per month which itself a huge when we compare with traditional investment.
I'm new hence I open this topic to get feedback... from my calculation with 1% per day profit you can get 100% of your ROI in about 70days. I'll post here once I'm reaching that so we'll see if your annual calculation for some individuals can be true Smiley

I use Binance as it was recommended here Smiley

Hello guys,

I'm quite a beginner in crypto and I have about one week of trading.
I find trading quite easy, I managed to learn from my mistakes and observed different market patterns.

My current performance (average) of daily profit is around 1-2% and I have no clue how far I'm from those who are expert traders Smiley

I created a poll if you don't want to share your experience, in case you suggest new options, please let me know.

I have also a strange feeling that these earnings are done too easy comparing with other offline jobs and I don't see it quite fair  Roll Eyes

I'm a trader since one week, I buy and sell everyday and so far my trading self training is improving every day.
109  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to invest best $2,000-$5,000? on: January 02, 2021, 11:28:22 PM
I want to thank you all for your input, I'm now active trader with positive trend of 1-2% daily profit, I think I found a new hobby Cheesy

In the end I agree that a newbie with no technical skills (including Maths skills) should stay away from daily trading.

you're lucky if you have local exchange with less than 1% fee that is the escrow fee here Smiley

goal is to exchange crypto to fiat without escrow fee
112  Economy / Speculation / What you'll do when BTC price will go down heavily and fast? on: January 01, 2021, 02:15:34 PM
assuming the history of BTC from 2017 - 2018 will repeat this year, what you'll do with your BTC?
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Call for review - 2 days trading with Binance on: January 01, 2021, 01:45:43 PM
hi,

I started to play with Binance trading, I used so far "Trade > Convert" method and I'm checking 1m trading to know when to buy/sell and 1h/1d/1w view to see the trend.

I bought first XRP, made some profit selling to USDT, lost some by buying BCH, ETH, BTC and LTC then recovered selling that LTC as BTC.

My first bad experiences are linked to:
1. convertion from BTC to EUR -> minimum 0.25 BTC is needed -> I couldn't find such statement anywhere
2. convertion from BTC to USD is not possible (only to USDT or USDC) -> maybe it's linked to my address as being in EU?
3. I am not sure about the conversion fee using Trade > Convert -> is it 0.1%? or 0?
4. I am not sure if 1m trading is the best view I should use for trading? Do you recommend something else? Now I'm on vacation so I can spend more time on this new "hobby"
5. I've set a limit order for the same price the actual one was listed, I've seen no progress on it in 1min then I cancelled it -> you'll be charged as maker order only when the order is completed? what happens if it's completed only partially and you decide to stop it?

It was quite hard to open the trading view for different pairs, overall the Binance interface is too complex for a beginner but I managed to figure out some if its features following their support/faq.

I find this trading quite challenging and I'm excited about it...btw, are there organized contests like "best trader of the day / week / month"? It could be fun Cheesy
114  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your plans in the year 2021 on: January 01, 2021, 09:47:59 AM
I want to learn how to trade efficiently
I want to build a list of trusted members that can help me to convert crypto to fiat from time to time
I want to learn more about crypto
115  Economy / Currency exchange / [CLOSED][WTB] $1000 as BTC - Transferwise on: January 01, 2021, 09:30:24 AM
hi,
I would like to buy BTC as ~$1000 (Transferwise sending fee is about $1) at preev.com price.

Transferwise seems to be irreversible transaction (not like Paypal):
https://transferwise.com/help/articles/2565014/i-want-to-cancel-a-transfer-thats-completed

I will go first, trusted members only, selection choice is mine.

Happy New Year!
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the point of so many cryptocurrencies? on: December 31, 2020, 07:38:56 PM
I think you missed the point: instead of having just 3-5 crypto to cover the market needs (assuming just one is not enough), we have 8000 as e previous user posted.
Starting a new coin it's nonsense unless it's meant to be a scam / gambling via trading, otherwise, one could say some concrete facts that would require a new coin should be put in the market...
117  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to become a trusted member? on: December 31, 2020, 07:27:49 PM
Well, I was expecting some concrete figures (eg. after 1-2 years with constant activity), the general approach I was able to deduce myself as I have 20 years exp in online interaction.
On craigslist, eBay or other auction sites people are being trusted quite easy for doing trades, not the case here so it's kinda frustrating for the honest new members that they cannot trade without escrow, but, I understood the reasons since you have quite several lessons that all should learn.

119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What's the point of so many cryptocurrencies? on: December 30, 2020, 09:04:31 PM
Hi,
I was browsing about 50 pages here https://www.blockchain.com/prices?page=50 then I gave up and googled it...there are more than 2000 cryptocurrencies!
Why?
The fiat tends to reduce thanks to EUR, what's the purpose of so many cryptos?

thanks
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP - The 2nd Biggest Scam in Digital Currency History on: December 30, 2020, 05:49:20 PM
Are you saying that it might be that my first dive into crypto is going never come up to surface?
I just bought XRP for 50EUR Cheesy
If all what you say it's true, I won't be sorry as I really think 50EUR as self training in crypto and trading it will worth!
I would have loved to buy BTC but not at today's price...

the mistakes you do you can accept as lessons in the future. it is like that sometimes in investing, we must be really prepared if this has happened. Plus nowadays many exchanges announce that XRP will be deleted like bittrex and make prices dump, you should immediately secure your funds before it's too late.
I think I just made my first earning! I just converted now the XRP I bought earlier today to USDT and I see about $1 profit...it's kinda funny as I have the feeling is pure gambling Smiley)
