Да, много кто говорит, что русских стороной обходят. Но в тоже время статистику привести никто не может, что мол в русских такой процент скама, в зарубежных такой. А многие просто начинают поддерживать это мнение по инерции. Мол, все говорят, значит реально так.
Дело не только в скаме, еще есть такой фактор - компетенция. В СНГ-проектах как правило команды с низким уровнем компетенции и пониманием как провести хорошее ICO. Зачастую проект с хорошей идеей и порядочной командой не может собрать деньги из-за ошибок в организации, маркетинге и т.д. И в итоге перспективный проект не собирает деньги и скатывается в трубу, а инвесторы вешают на него ярлык "скам". |

If you are not a citizen of the United States of America, then I think you can take part in the ICO. You just need to go through the KYC procedure. |

1) neonexchange.org - обменник NEO c cross-chain в ETH Мне кажется это очень перспективный проект, довольно много хайпа и очень ограниченно кол-во мест участников с лимитов в 1000$. Правда люди пишут, что токен секьюрити и выйдет на биржи только в октябре 2018г. Я скорее всего буду заходить в ИСО. |

Правительство не сильно спешит легализировать криптовалюту. Наверное все никак не могут определиться с процентом налога. Меня вообще не прельщает такая легализация кстати
А вы думали вас освободят от налогов? Живете в розовых мечтах? В любой стране есть налоги и глупо обижаться, что сейчас тоже обложат налогами. Это ожидаемо. Хотелось бы что бы они были поменьше и можно было спокойно обналичивать в белую крипту на фиат. |

Если бы все знали, когда она кончится, но так рынок не работает. Остается только ждать, выживет сильнейший, закон рынка. Сейчас подгорает только у тех, кто битки за 12к в кредит покупал, у остальных по моему все более-менее должно быть в порядке.
да.. в кредит покупать, или покупать перед падением - это печальная тенденция. Вот пользователям форума, думаю намного проще, чем тем, кто заливает кредитные деньги... отдавать то их надо в любом случае. Я вложил в крипту пару сотен рублей)) Все остальное зарабатываю с баунти, пусть и не много, но как говорится "курица по зернышку клюет". Думаю мы находимся в моменте, когда тренд сменяется с падения на рост, еще 1-2 недели и биток пойдет на 10к. |
