maybe the current altcoin price is too dependent on btc so the altcoin developers have trouble in raising the price of their own coin. This makes them hampered to make the program they set to grow

I think changing the rules and the number of coins in ICO is very normal because not all ICO's are successful. Sometimes when they didn`t reach their targets then probably they need to extend the length of the campaign to get more investors.

I'm using Hitbtc, Cryptopia, Binance, Kucoin and Coinexchange and I recommend all those exchanges because my experiences there is good and I haven't encountered serious problem in those exchanges right from the start.

For now I use several exchanges in order not to keep all my capital in one place. I think this is the right strategy, which reduces the risks. Now my capital is divided between Bitrex, Binance, KuCoin, Gate.io, Huobi.pro and Poloniex. Even if one of the exchanges is hacked I don't keep all eggs in just one basket.

In my opinion the price for ETH is very low compared to several months ago when the price for one ETH exceeded $ 1000 and I`m sure that soon the price for ETH will return to this mark and it will probably grow further.

I don't think so, too. Some of investors has burned their capital and they might be afraid to invest again. Also governments will try to regulate main crypto currencies or simply introduce their individual (with more "stability").
