As long as the parties agree with the terms, deal closed, I don't see great difficulties.

Since BTC is not treated as a currency by the legislation, I believe the deal will take the form of a barter agreement.

Another interesting article on the subject:

Quote
Why We Need All The Altcoins We Can Get

Danny Bradbury (@dannybradbury) | Published on August 9, 2014 at 10:45 BST

Did you know that more than one altcoin is launched per day, on average? Website Altcoin Calendar keeps a running total: one day this week we’d had linkcoin, onyxcoin (version 2, no less), xryptbit, and limicoin. The day before that, we saw the birth of bizcoin, shopcoin x, filebit, and, predictably given the political situation, palestinecoin.

The obvious temptation is to say that there are too many of them. After all, the cryptocurrency markets are littered with crummy coins that add little technical merit to the coins that they cloned, and which have no clear goal or community backing.

Sometimes they’re launched by enthusiasts from their basements, with good hearts but no idea how to execute. Sometimes they’re ‘flashcoins’, launched by smart fraudsters, intent on pumping and dumping for a fast buck. Either way, many altcoins are like the fast food of crypto. They’re no good for you. You’ll buy them, and receive no value. And half an hour after you’ve bought in, you’ll want another one.

Some altcoins may offer returns, but they’re like penny stocks: highly volatile, and difficult to predict. That makes investment difficult, especially when they’re entirely unregulated.

However, this still doesn’t mean that there are too many coins. In fact, we need them all.

O Sigilo Financeiro é a regra (http://www.jurisway.org.br/v2/dhall.asp?id_dh=426) garantida a todo cidadão.

108  Local / Economia & Mercado / Re: Dúvida Primeira Compra (Orientações) on: August 07, 2014, 03:16:55 AM

Recomendo)
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 things you should know about Bitcoin's competitors #bitcoin #facts on: August 04, 2014, 10:40:21 PM
Remind me to steer away from that site for info because they evidently know this scene - nOT! The last thing we need is a panic... People thinking that bitcoin has competition, because it doesn't, it never did. LTC and FTC were created to compliment BTC, not to compete. Altcoins worth 10 times less, collectively, than bitcoins is not competing with bitcoin... against each other, sure. But no altcoin should have so much confidence that it considers itself competition -at least none out there now can.

OP, is this article written by you? If not, please remove this garbage... It's confusing the noobs and those already confused. If this was written by you, after removing this thread please educate your a little bit more before making a claim like this.

Smiley I also do not agree with the OP's text, but... let ideas flow. freedom is better than censorship. May the readers exercise their criticism.
110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 things you should know about Bitcoin's competitors #bitcoin #facts on: August 04, 2014, 10:32:50 PM
The good thing about the altcoins is that it is a sign of freedom, first of all.

Freedom to create and to innovate. It brings new ideas and features that, if proven useful, can even be assimilated by Bitcoin itself.

Competition is always good: it avoids the stagnation that a monopoly may bring.

And having a variety of systems/networks/blockchains working in parallel is also very useful as a way to dissipate risks: instead of keeping all your money in a single cryptocurrency, people will tend to spread it holding three or four different coins that have proven to be useful/honest.

Of course there are also scams, but this will be filtered out.
111  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Project : My first Bitcoin !!! on: August 04, 2014, 10:25:33 PM
Before getting excited on receiving payments from faucets, do some math to check how much you can get hourly from the sites on average. You would likely just get a very small number.

To get a small amount of bitcoin to play with, you can just buy $10 bitcoin from localbitcoins.

That's very true. That's why I have said that I do not like faucets: it's a waste of time. But worse than that is the fact that there are many scam faucets which do not pay their users as announced (but the scammers still receive quite a lot of income from their ads). That's an awful welcome to new users...
112  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: POLL: How do you think government regulation will effect bitcoin? on: August 04, 2014, 02:01:47 PM
Governments will never be able to regulate bitcoin itself. They are only possible to regulate the operations of companies under their jurisdiction. If the legislations are fair and sensible it will be a good and useful thing, protecting the customers, etc. But if the regulations are abusive it will simply scare away investors (tax payers/employment creators) from that specific jurisdiction.

Bitcoin is stronger than all that.

The vote of the people is the most powerful thing on this planet. I know most of you will say "what about guns? force?" but the vote (or will) of the people is more powerful.

Votes means nothing, the distance to the top is to big, it is impossible to keep the leaders in check.
Still the consent and economical support, based upon eiher fear or ignorance, is the source of the power of government. When the individuals, though by their leaders to be subjects, withdraw their support, the state quickly falls apart.

Numerous examples from our time. For instance in Ukraine. When the individuals residing in that country saw to what extent Viktor Yanukovych was willing to use deadly force to keep his position, he was ousted. Why is Assad still in reign? Because he has support, although he is a tyrant.

That's exactly how I see things: corrupt governments receive people support based upon fear and ignorance. Most of the people refuse to even try to see that their governments DO lie, commit crimes and acts of terror. They prefer to believe whatever they are told by the official propaganda.

Based on this info found on the ANN Cloak thread:

The following seems to have happened:

An account at Mintpal was hacked without 2FA .  This account had 100 BTC in Cloak , this was sold , then also MYC was sold and they bought with all BTC DRK.
This DRK got withdrawn from Mintpal.

Who is more evil to you? And state your reasons.

Remembering that the evil is the governments, and that all the governments work together to enslave us. They only pretend to be fighting in order to justify their power. The worst evil of all is Israel.

The USA are evil, but they only obey Israel's interests.
Russia is evil, but a necessary evil to give balance to the world agaisnt Israel-USA / Europe.
China is evil, but is also a convenient stop to the other evils.
Islamic Militants: are being lured to serve just as propaganda and justification to the real evil acts.
West Ukraine: Seem to be a people fighting for their self-determination (?) or puppets (?)
Israel: danger
North Korea: Nothing, joke, puppet, etc

All the peoples from these nations are innocent and do not deserve what their rulers do.

It is so bizarre that it would be funny if it was not tragic. Anyway, I am not at all surprised that this is just another marketing ploy from the statists: a firework war to justify a genocide.
