101  Economy / Speculation / Re: what you think about bitcoin in like 5 years? on: September 18, 2017, 12:56:16 AM
I'm very optimistic about future of bitcoin.
I am optimistic too but I have some worries about the future, especially after this recent Chinese ICO ban and possible BTC trading ban.

2 years ago value of bitcoin was only $200 and last year around $700.
Today, even with this recent big drop, btc price is still much higher than last year.
So, regardless of the occasional higher falls, bitcoin prices are constantly increasing every year.
I expect that such trend will continue and that we will reach price of $10 000 very soon Smiley
And what will happen in a situation where China will step out?
The Chinese government and People's Bank of China are paranoid enough to block every possible cryptocurrency because they are afraid that wealth will leak out of China.
Huobi, OKCoin to will stop Yuan-to-Bitcoin trading by October's end - what will happen after that? Bigger crash may happen.
102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How does Bitcoin affect other Crypto? on: September 18, 2017, 12:17:12 AM
I am not here to judge which altcoins are good and which were created purely to earn money for their creators.
As most of you said, bitcoin is the benchmark for the whole crypto currency ecosystem, every other altcoin is aspiring to follow Bitcoin's footsteps and become accepted worldwide.
In case of any sort of legal troubles with bitcoin it is almost certain that every single altcoin will be affected by the same fate. This is why altcoins price will be forever bound to BTC's.
103  Economy / Speculation / Re: Short term investment on: September 16, 2017, 08:52:15 PM
If China supports bitcoin them it will negatively impact their economy so they will never say that.
They are passively supporting is all this time and I don't think that negatively impacted their economy at all, but what do you mean they will support bitcoin?
Like what? Legalize it fully or simply allows it to be traded on Chinese exchanges? If they ban bitcoin then every single altcoin will follow and this move could force every crypto investor to seek other place to invest.
It will, in the end, bite China in the ass, and I hope they will realize that sooner that later.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin dream! on: September 16, 2017, 08:02:51 PM
A truly superior technology or evolution of the blockchain could in principle make BTC obsolete, even though your reasoning still make sense if you look at BTC purely as storage of value, like gold.
Another possibility is a serious security problem (like the appearance of quantum computers), but perhaps changes to the code will always fix this.
Thats what i am talking about , bitcoin may go down by an internal security problem like quantum computer , but as you said bitcoin but not the blockchain technology itself , there is always a fix to the code , it's much like the time cell phones was invented there was alot of similer attacks like it cause cancer and alot more but it just passed it all because ppl need it.
We have technically better coins, with more sophisticated protocol, lower confirmation times, fully anonymous and offering better user experience.
Quantum computer will be a threat to every possible system which uses cryptography - do you think that bitcoin will be the first target? Not really.
Banking industry and standard fiat processing payments operators need to worry about it even more.
105  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin a road to 10k. on: September 15, 2017, 08:28:26 PM
Bitcoin is finally starting to recover, it is the same old story, some bad news spread and then the whales use their power to crash the markets, then there is panic, the weak hands sell and the whales take the opportunity to buy bitcoin for cheap and then the price goes eventually back to normal.
The question is - what is normal "price" is there anything we can call normal? What normal price is measured?
Many speculators, economist, bubble researchers said that bitcoin is nothing more than a brief craze and temporary bubble.
Bitcoin fever can last for a decade or so and then people will ditch it because they will be disappointed with lack of progress of adoption,
terrible user experience or lack real usage outside "hold forever and hope for the best" scenario.
106  Economy / Speculation / Re: I can see a flash crash to sub $2k after the current bulltrap on: September 15, 2017, 08:14:00 PM
Op, the current rising trend is not a bull trap it is back to the normal rising trend after we were fed with Chinese FUD, like always.
There is high demand for Bitcoin and it is growing every day - don't worry about the situation where newly created coins will 'go to waste' because there won't be anyone willing to buy it.
This is not the probable scenario at all. of course nothing is impossible with Bitcoin, but the pros of having BTC definitely outweigh the coins. Crash to $1000 is not happening.
107  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Is Falling Down? on: September 13, 2017, 05:28:53 AM

How do you feel about this downturn?
Don't worry about this, it's only a temporary issue caused by random events and FUD from scaremongers.
Ther problem with China banning ICOs and the panic that followed is nothing to worry about.
This new lower price will simply create new floor and great entry point for new investors to join the hype train.
108  Economy / Services / Re: Easy task for $.20 on: September 12, 2017, 04:22:33 PM
If you are paying in ETH then why are you in BTC service section? There is altcoin section for that too.
Some questions: any personal info or credentials needed for this job? Phone number or anything like that?
Do you need scans of any documents or confirmation of registration (or whatever) other than via email?
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of ICOs on: September 12, 2017, 04:01:22 PM
few days ago ,china ban ICOs is bad news but we don't have anything to be afraid of , ICOs will continuous , however when investment people need research project to can earn money
Now they say they will control ICO not ban it
I've read a good, informative article about possible future of ICOs in China. The title will say it all: China's ICO Ban: Understandable, Reasonable and (Probably) Temporary:
https://www.coindesk.com/chinas-ico-ban-understandable-reasonable-probably-temporary/
As soon as China will find a way to control ICO and regulate the market ICOs will be back.
110  Economy / Economics / Re: The panic seller irony on: September 12, 2017, 02:50:32 PM
The irony is, these casuals are the ones that are always complaining about how it's unfair that BTC is distributed in the hands of few whales, YET, they are the ones that constantly panicsell and give their cheap BTC back to these same hands they are complaining about, because guess who is profiting the most on these dumps: whales. They buy lots of cheap BTC.
The sooner we realize that there is no equality in this world the better. People who are afraid to risk will never achieve greatness.
I am convinced that these people who are panic selling would never even touch or buy bitcoin in the early years when BTC has been basically worthless.
For nay sayers, it would be too risky to spend 'real money' on some virtual numbers, scaremongers will never accomplish anything.
111  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's make Bitcoin's Price Higher on: September 12, 2017, 01:29:05 PM
The only way to increase the bitcoin's value is to maximize its' usage if any government won't allow to use it on the state level.
It is not as much about government to let Bitcoin be used to pay taxes with it. We need more general adoption of big business.
Amazon, Apple, Google all kinds of technology giants - if they will accept bitcoin then the price will reach the moon.
Additionally - we all can influence Bitcoin price, even a little by spreading the words about it, tell your friends and family!
The more people know about Bitcoin the more will buy it and increased demand = higher price due to the limited supply of coins.
112  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitcoinCrack.org - All Bitcoin Private Keys Cracker (review) on: September 12, 2017, 01:11:28 PM
It is much more realistic that you will hit jackpot in your national lottery than find bitcoin address with a balance you could claim for yourself.
Face the truth guys - it is most likely just a new version of Bitcoin Generator Scam, I wouldn't touch this BitcoinCrack with 10-yard long pole.
Do you want to get Bitcoin? Then buy it or  earn it, there are no shortcuts anymore.
113  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Drops Below $5,000, So sad! on: September 12, 2017, 12:16:34 AM
I'm rather happy since I prefer lower prices than higher prices. I regret I didn't sold my BTC but just closed buy position.
Current lower price of bitcoin hopefully will create a new, better entry point for new crypto investors so it is not a big deal.
With every decline of the price we have higher ATH next time, it is a natural circle of life in bitcoin ecosystem.
From my experience I can tell you that rumours an news from China were always greatly exaggerated - we heard multiple times about chinese potential bitcoin ban - nothing happened so far.
ICO ban is totally different, even I think that rampant ICO project needed to be regulated - just maybe not by a hard ban.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [vDice.io]►Ethereum Blockchain Gambling►►**New & Awesome Version of Site on: September 11, 2017, 11:09:42 PM
I wanted to test this newly released vSlots but apparently, it seems that this is not official public release, but some kind of internal milestone.
From what I could see there is nothing new on the site, no access to any new panel with vSlots or anything. So beta version will be public?
115  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Newbie Question on: September 11, 2017, 10:41:22 PM
There is nothing wrong when you want to earn some money while using something that you like at the same time, I understand that perfectly.
The thing is - you don't need to be so obvious, your blog is not unique and fresh, as others said it is basically one big referral hunt project.
When actual newbies will visit your blog and find pile of referrals above all else it won't provide the best indicator of what Bitcoin is about...
116  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price predictions for BTC? on: September 11, 2017, 09:04:26 PM
I know about some predictions, but most of them are either too optimistic (John McAfee's prediction: 500,000 per Bitcoin in 3 years) or too conservative (many old school economists) for my taste.
The most reliable prediction I have read recently: legendary Bitcoin trader “masterluc” predicts $15,000 Bitcoin this year. I hope this will come true considered current situation in China.

117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Price up again? on: September 11, 2017, 08:17:18 PM
chinese altcoins will die but international altcoins will rise up again
Which is the best scenario for Bitcoin to be honest. I would like the altcoin market to die - of course not entirely, some altcoins are interesting projects.
Most of altcoins have been created only for one purpose - to earn a buck for their creators or for funsies (PutinCoin, PutinClassic, TrumpCoin, even DogeCoin).
With crazy ICO scene gone in China, hopefully, traders, investors and newbies focus more of old reliable coins: Bitcoin and Litecoin.
118  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin get back to it's first time value? on: September 11, 2017, 04:21:29 PM
I do not think it's possible that Bitcoin's value goes back to its first value, even though the Chinese government is currently heavily blocking in their country. while China is blocking, maybe bitcoin is developing in other countries.
They are not blocking bitcoin, they are blocking unregulated money flow if they will manage to curb its trading and legalize it somehow the problem will be gone.
I know this is not something that can really be done but to some extent it can be done - via regulating bitcoin related services.
When there will be no place to exchange Bitcoin to fiat other than using government approved exchanges then most official issues linked to Bitcoin legality will be gone.
119  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Value Will Soar High in the Future on: September 09, 2017, 05:52:15 PM
There are some issues which potentially can hinder bitocin price increase, adoption rate and disrupt people's faith in cryptocurrency.

1. Bitcoin ban by China or some other major player. Recent ban of ICO in China showed us that total cryptocurrency ban is not something unreal.
2. A lot of economists predict that Bitcoin might be the biggest bubble of 21th century, for example Nobel Prize winner Robert Shiller stated that bitcoin resembles past market bubbles.

120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: regret by not believing in BITCOIN? on: September 09, 2017, 05:30:26 PM
Can you guys imagine a possible scenario when bitcoin will be worth millions someday? What will people who know about bitcoin know will say then?
It is true that 1 BTC is almost 5k right now, but the potential of grown it unlike anything in before. Are you guys scared of bitcoin being the bubble of the century?
There is still opportunity that we are early adopters, and when BTC will finally reach 'true' mainstream we will be wealthy elite.
