many days after April, 11 was checking at cryptsy - it stood at block 525599 but there was no red mark ''UPDATE'' and supposedly transfers in/out were possible. most likely was checking daily till around April, 22. Then - at some unknown day - come red mark ''UPDATE'' and in/out was frozen. At which roughly day came red mark ''UPDATE'' ?

Is there a information somewhere when cryptsy plans to finish the wallet maintenance?
anybody knows when ''update'' at cryptsy started (with freezing asiacoin inputs/outputs) after receiving reply from mullick on April 11 that ''update should be not longer than minutes'' - this ''update'' very strange link to original mullick reply screen : http://imgur.com/Cu9ceBr

around a month ago Asiacoin status was as described below in detail: 1.no working wallet 2.no developer at all 3.no github page 4.no development since almost a year 5.no active internet page 6.no active forum 7.no active social media no twitter no facebook no reddit and so on 8.no active irc 9.no marketing work since almost a year 10.no marketing plan at all - no whitepaper - no strategy 11.no volume on exchanges
now it has changed in points 1, 2, 3 maybe it is why price is now 80 % up and some volume up?

Is anyone having trouble with the 18 Apr 2015 wallet?
Mine is syncing but not done yet. Syncing, but not stacking,I do not know why. You won't know if you are stacking until the sync is completed if I am not wrong. I have 1850000 asiacoin, but for 45 day stack only 5000!! Check my address AXokha7nPJFLaApNKnwhbi9XsVtgLVvFu5. you can check network difficulty here https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ac/ or also shown on a wallet now network difficulty is shown as 1.95 most of last days network difficulty was 2.2 to 2.8 around a month ago network difficulty was shown as average 0.08 to 0.015 most likely this high level of network difficulty affects speed of staking supposedly staking becomes slower when network difficulty shoots that much up edit: now network difficulty already 3.1 edit: couple of hours ago network difficulty was 3.6 to 3.8 - https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ac/ edit: now found have screen shot at block 530694 - April 13 - network difficulty was 0.2825 http://imgur.com/zZaushp

Hello, thanks but this /adding asiacoin.conf / did not help me. Can I rewrite blkindex.dat from another computer or blocks must be synchronized with using this AC account?
most likely ( over 90 % chance ) it will work when copying all files just replacing wallet.dat file another way : from our release of blockchain at http://sourceforge.net/projects/asiacoin/files/blockchain/just unpack this file ( contains blockchain up to block 527628 ) to Asiacoin folder ( usually Users> ( *user name* ) > Appdata > Roaming > Asiacoin ) and put only these three files + add asiacoin-qt.exe . most likely it will start very easily and start syncing from block 527628 If i change blockchaine - i lost all coin. With my saved blockchaine don't sync from 529872. Thank for your answer. uploaded correct blockchain at block 547635 to sourceforge. previous upload was broken, sorry. as to St13runtime_error - google search shows such warning happens to many wallets and another programs when there is a corruption in database. most typical cause - using blkindex.dat from a wallet which was not correctly closed, for instance - without checking option ''detach databases at shutdown''

thanks for great idea
see lot of coins talk of 2FA. Could you please disclose at which coins it works already and is tested OK ?
NEOS got it in their wallet, I think they are the only one who got it now. thanks for info as for wallet security, we could rather suggest to implement multisig menu similar to implemented in Peercoin Peerunity wallet https://github.com/Peerunity/Peerunity/releases/download/v0.1.2-RC2/peerunity-0.1.2-RC2-win.zipthis wallet is being tested by most famous devs, and this multisig menu option is actually safer solution that newer 2FA idea. let us know your opinion

FEATURE REQUEST QUERY
after repairing Asiacoin wallet we could put some more features into Asiacoin wallet
most of our community have great experience with many different wallets of different coins
please to submit your ideas which features we should add to Asiacoin wallet
which features ( most likely seen at other coin's wallets ) were proven to be useful
we would work to implement features list submitted by community
2FA is a great feature for a wallet, only 1 other coin has it as far as I know thanks for great idea see lot of coins talk of 2FA. Could you please disclose at which coins it works already and is tested OK ?

Thank for your answer. have noticed new wallets starts better when from old blockchain only three files left in asiacoin folder try to have in asiacoin folder only these files : 1.asiacoin-qt.exe 2.blk0001.dat from old wallet folder 3.blkindex.dat from old wallet folder 4.peers.dat from old wallet folder do not put any more files ( no peers.dat.0007 and so on ; no asiacoin.conf file ) strange but feels last wallet ( 18.04) starts easier without asiacoin.conf try this and let us know if it helps also - there is newer blockchain http://sourceforge.net/projects/asiacoin/files/blockchain/ at block 547635 again : best try is to put in Asiacoin folder only four files as above

we have made new checkpoint, now testing and in few hours will add wallet to sourceforge and source to github
would this work with the exchanges? sent info to cryptsy usually cryptsy reacts quite fast actually you could open support ticket at cryptsycould be helpful on status page https://www.cryptsy.com/pages/status still block 525599 ok will add a support ticket at cryptsy. Edit: Submitted one at bter too very interesting what exchanges reply and when ( how many hours ) there is a possibility that exchanges caring of low volume coins much less although asiacoin volume most often keeps in the middle of 221 coins at cryptsy, this exchange possibly services coins with volume - let's say - less than 0.1% of total cryptsy volume with some neglect

asiacoin wallet mandatory updatenew wallet http://sourceforge.net/projects/asiacoin/files/17.04.2015/
source https://github.com/AsiaCoin/AsiaCoinFixthere was a single line code error of Asiacoin old checkpoint was from block 26722 we added new checkpoint from block 536310 actually some coins recently deleted from their code warning of outdated checkpoint to reduce burden of adding new checkpoints we decided strongly against this practice Checkpoints are helpful: 1. Reduce the possibility of forks. If blockchain doesn't have the checkpoints blocks then it will not be accepted. 2. Reduces CPU load when synchronizing until the last checkpoint
