It wasn't the best season for Liverpool I'm afraid. They still won two tournaments like the FA Cup and the EFL Cup though but winning the Premier League and the Champions League titles was much more important after this high effort. They missed the chance to become the champions in this league by a small gap. The Champions League was their only hope left but they lost the final game to Real Madrid too. It was a really devastating ending for Liverpool. They still had a solid effort generally this season but they need to turn this effort into titles too.

I think that El Clasicos can still be very heated like in the old times. It is true that we don't have Ronaldo and Messi anymore. But they were going to be out on some day in the end. Maybe it happened earlier than I imagined but I still think that Barcelona and Real Madrid can bring back those very exciting games in the future. This can happen even by next season. I think that it depends on the future transfers too. Barcelona are much stronger now and they will surely bring new players too. Real Madrid are already awesome and I expect them to strengthen their squad with some top players as well. It would have been really nice if they signed Mbappe by the way.

Yine de ben diğer birçok ülkenin mevcut yakıt fiyatlarına da baktım ve öyle aman aman bir artış da yok. Bizimkinin yanında artmıyor desem yeridir. Zaten ekonomimiz kötüyken bi de savaş iyice kötüleştirdi. Bir yılda akaryakıta bu kadar fazla zam nasıl gelebilir insaf yani.

It was a very easy job for Warriors in this. I didn't expect this. Mavericks should have been able to fight really hard against them. Their performance against Suns was just fabulous and I expected to see the same level of effort here in this too. I assume that even Warriors weren't expecting this series to end this much quick. Warriors have started to play better as a team now. They don't rely on only one player anymore. In addition to Curry and Thompson, a few more players have started to show a good performance recently.

I'm feeling very positive about next season for Barcelona. They have come a long way so far. They have made a big improvement since Xavi came to the team. I expect them to make the right transfers for themselves also. They surely need to get stronger than this to fight harder next season. I think like that not only for the La Liga but also for the Champions League. But when it comes to the La Liga, they can fight with Real Madrid at the same level only if they have a better lineup than this I think. I know that they destroyed Real Madrid in Bernabeu the last time but I meant the whole season.

Manchester City'nin içinde çok sağlam bir potansiyel bulunuyor aslında evet. Ligde zaten üstlerine düşeni layığıyla yerine getiren bir takım oldular artık. Guardiola'nın sistemi saat gibi işlediği için ve diğer takımlar henüz buna sağlam bir çözüm bulamadığı için ligi domine edebiliyorlar. Liverpool kafa kafaya gitti bu sefer evet ama anca öyle işte. Geri kalan takımlar kopmuştu uzun haftalar önce. Manchester City'nin şu an tek problemi var o da Şampiyonlar Ligi'nde kupa elde edememek. Bu kadro o kupayı kesinlikle hak ediyor. Tabi artık Haaland gibi yıldız forvetleri var o yüzden bence seneye Şampiyonlar Ligi'nde mutlak favoriler ve kazanma olasılıkları da yüksek normal şartlarda.

Real Madrid seem to be in search of a strong player for their attacking line. It could be a centre-forward too even if they have Benzema now. Benzema is doing amazing this season but he wouldn't perform like this every season from now on. He would play decently for two more season or something and then he might retire. And a team like Real Madrid should be investing in the future for certain. Mbappe was their main target but they couldn't bring him for now. After he extended his contract, it seems like they are thinking of Milan striker Rafael Leao. The 22-year-old striker is a promising one indeed but I wonder if he would adapt to the league quickly.

Everton had a very unfortunate season despite having a really good squad. They had very talented players like Richarlison but they still struggled too much. I thought that it was mostly related to the management of the team during almost the full season. After Lampard became the new manager, they started to perform better but they were still not impressive. They made very simple point losses even on the final weeks. Thankfully they maanged to continue in the Premier League but if they don't pull themselves together, they might be more likely to relegate this time. But I believe they will get better.

Boston Celtics dün gece yine kazandı. 93-80 gibi rahat bir skorla kazandı ve savunmaların konuştuğu bir maç olduğu da söylenebilir. Celtics savunma konusuna gelince zaten NBA'in en iyi takımlarından birisi net bir şekilde. Özellikle Brown ve Tatum'un sağlam skor katkısı ile daha rahat kazandı Celtics. Seriyi şimdi 3-2'ye getirdiler ve 6. maçı heyecanla bekliyorum. Bence Celtics sıradaki maçı kazanamayacak ve serinin galibi 7. maç ile birlikte belli olacak. Çünkü Heat de seride genel olarak çok sağlam oynuyor ve 3 kere üst üste yenilmezler diye düşünüyorum.

Like most people, I was also favouring Roma to defeat Feyenoord last night. Roma were very determined to win the title here under Jose Mourinho's management. They had a quite nice season actually despite not being able to qualifying for the Champions League in the Serie A. It was better than last season for sure. Besides winning a European title is still a good achievement for them even if it isn't even the Europa League. Roma played decently in this game but Feyenoord found more goal chances than them too. Roma must consider themselves lucky about not dealing with extra time. Congrats to them!

Liverpool must be very disappointed after losing their title chance by a small gap at the end. They started to be hopeful after Manchester City had a hard time defeating Aston Villa first but they lost their hopes after some time passed. Liverpool shouldn't have leave the title to chance in the first place. They could have got ahead of Manchester City if they were able to defeat Tottenham before. It would have carried Liverpool one point ahead. That was an important loss of points for Liverpool. Anyway, Liverpool are still having a decent season and they still have an opportunity to even win the Champions League title now.

Final maçı gerçekten harikaydı. Eintracht Frankfurt ile Rangers bildiğim kadarıyla tarihlerinde ilk defa birbirlerine karşı oynadılar. Maçın başlarında biraz birbirlerini tartmaya çalışarak ne yapacaklarını düşündüler. Sonrasında da Frankfurt eline ciddi bir üstünlük aldı diyebilirim. Yine de Rangers öne geçen taraf olsa da iş penaltılara kadar gitti. Penaltı aşamasında seri penaltı atışlarına geçilir ve ondan sonra biter diye düşünüyordum fakat daha erken bitti. Ramsey'nin penaltıyı değerlendirememesi Rangers'a pahalıya patlayınca Frankfurt 5-4 kazanıp kupaya uzandı.

Barcelona are going to play against Villarreal in Camp Nou and this is still a very challenging game for Villarreal frankly. This is an important game for Villarreal to secure their ticket for the Europa Conference League like some people indicated here already. If they lose this game, drawing with Sevilla is going to be enough for Athletic Bilbao to take Villarreal's place in the last moment. Maybe it looks like Villarreal's chance to defeat Barcelona is not too high. But I think they are capable enough to get one point. I think Sevilla wouldn't lose against Athletic Bilbao which would be great for Villarreal then.

Celtics really made it to next round tonight. They opened a big gap with Bucks before the beginning of the last quarter already. And in the last quarter, Celtics put on a greater show too. They were just unstoppable and Bucks were already out of the game hopelessly. Congratulations to Celtics for reaching the conference finals. I think that they are going to be the favourite against Heat too.

There is still a good competition for not dropping to the second league now. Cadiz, Mallorca and Granada seem to be the most likely teams to drop now. Levante and Alaves have already been out of the La Liga by next season. And I think that Mallorca might be more likely to be in the second league now. Because Cadiz are going to play against Alaves and Granada are going to host Espanyol. But Mallorca's job is much harder against Osasuna in an away game. So I think Mallorca will be the last team to say goodbye to the La Liga.

It can be an opportunity for him to start off with a clean slate in a new league unless he decides to go to Inter. And I think that he will be leaving the Serie A for new adventures. He is still 28 years old which is a good age for a striker. If he adapts to the new league quickly, he can be very helpful. Arsenal really need a good striker now and he might be the solution for them. Arsenal would be better next season in that case.

Milan got what they wanted today from the Atalanta game. They defeated Atalanta by a 2-0 result in San Siro and got too close to the championship after that. Now they need only one point to be the winner of the title. But of course I'm saying this considering that Inter will win against Cagliari today. By the way, that game has just started as well. I'm not waiting for Inter to mess things up. They'd win and carry their hopes to the final week.
