I've made two deposits there in the last week and both times they held my money for over forty-eight hours.....They refuse to tell me why they are doing it and they refuse to move my coin manually....The customer service is beyond rude and with my latest deposit they tell me they can't do anything to help me and I quote "It'll be fixed when it's fixed".

I made toto parlay with you guys....I've emailed you guys but haven't gotten a response...the wagers were over 1.5 in West Brom and Swansea Draw no bet...the wager doesn't get confirmed by you guys until 80 plus minutes into the game when Liverpool equalizes...how is that legit?...it seems like you guys waited to confirm it until I had the best chance of losing..
happened with me as well (with the match difference), The bet just confirmed and appeared after my pick was losing 2-1 (as it was sent when the result was 0-1) ... Yup I checked to make sure and it wasn't confirmed when Swansea was up 1-0...nothing...I look back after its 2-1 Liverpool and confirmed...shady.. |
