101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏆 The Emirates FA Cup - Season 2021/2022 on: January 05, 2022, 09:29:24 AM
Arsenal been having a good records at home not until Manchester City trashed them at the eleventh hour.
Extra-time then Arsenal truimphs.

I won't call that a "trashing" and I don't thing it is. Arsenal was excellent in that game and was unlucky to not have scored immediately after Man City's equalizer. A team the pressed man city for almost 70 mins and prevented them from having a shot on target for the whole first half. Such team should be given some credit.

Inexperience is what killed ARSENAL in that game. The penalty was very much avoidable with little more experienced players, and the last minute goal shouldn't have been too.

I expect Arsenal to take the game to Liverpool and if they'd manage to cool the game down and play more passes, perhaps they'll get the bette of their opponent as Liverpool doesn't thrive in slow paced games.
102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏆 The Emirates FA Cup - Season 2021/2022 on: January 04, 2022, 11:50:33 PM
There's going to be a good number of draw games in this week's FA Cup matches. If you're playing multi games ticket, the best selection should be (Win or Draw) double chances.

Arsenal vs Liverpool is the star match for this week and watching the new Arsenal engage Liverpool will be a value for money.

104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I Missed Out of a 10 Year Bitcoin Investment Plan on: December 29, 2021, 01:30:35 PM
Well OP you did not say if you had 50k to invest then and you didn't. That's the actual point where regret should come into place.

Yes, I'd have raise the $50k If I was totally convinced about the investment prospect. I'm not actually regretting though, just sharing the past experience and reminiscing the prospect.

OP forget about the past like everyone else said. Focus on building a firm that can you more fiats which inturn you will invest into bitcoin with your profits.
Sound advice. That's what I'm focused on doing going forward. Trying to raise some fists, convert to crypto, and repeat.

Thanks for the comments.
105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I Missed Out of a 10 Year Bitcoin Investment Plan on: December 29, 2021, 11:41:39 AM

Supposing I had invested those $500, which would set me back with approximately 2 Bitcoins, now I'd have a decent sum of money for myself and my family. Even if I'd held that small amount of BTC I had acquired, it would still be worth a few thousand dollars at least.

There are countless of people with similar experience like ours. The feeling of regret is hard to let go but we just have to. And that's what I'm trying to do. The guy who lost his hard drive of 7,500 BTC may probably never live normal life again if he refused to let it go, we just have to let it go and focus on the future.
106  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Share your costly lesson about cryptocurrency.. on: December 28, 2021, 06:31:03 AM
I have two Bitcoin costly mistakes that I still regret probably up till now. Some time, I just wish I could turn back the clock.

First was refusing to invest $50k in Bitcoin when it was $1 to 1BTC. Then I knew practically nothing about Crypto but someone with the vast knowledge approached me with the investment proposal and plan to hodl for ten years which I turned down.

If I had invested that amount then, perhaps it would have worked in my favour and I'd be a Billionaire by now  Grin

Second was selling my 0.5 BTC at $3,000+ in 2019 just as soon as I got it. If I had waited few more months, I'd have made $20k extra or more.
107  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: That honest attitude is better than the thousands of spam posts you spread on: December 27, 2021, 12:10:50 PM
I applaud that user's honesty even though I don't have details of how it happened. It's rare in this era to see people receive money by mistake and be able to willingly return it back to the owner. I give kudos to the person because it's not an easy thing to do.

I did similar thing in 1994 when I was still a little boy with so much stupid needs for money. I Picked a large envelop filled with cash and letters. The only thing that came to my mind was to find ghe owner and return the money. I used the information from where I picked it to trace the owner and handed it back to him. I didn't get any reward but it has remained my legacy.

For someone who has made only 3 posts since 2020, he could have easily disappeared with the money and never come back here ever again.

So you came and posted these all in a bid to fish merits for yourself and also to acknowledge the people who you feel they supported you to get merits.
It's very visible that most people seems to be favoured than some people maybe because of:
* Same ethnicity
* Same country and state of origin
* Maybe the probably have a particular telegram channel that they gather and distribute merits to themselves and their alts.
Racism is changing so many people's mindset just to favour some part of the whites and purposely forsake some.
I won't stop talking until things are done properly the way it ought to be done..
What's the need of giving the Russians or the Chinese or people from any other part of the countries of the world I'll treatments simply because they ain't from your country??

I honestly don't get exactly why you posted this but I'm sure you may have your seasons. But some time, it's not just okay to make up stuffs and assume things just because we feel hurt.

1. Every posts and threads I've made so far were because I genuinely feel strong about the topics. None were because of anything else other than to lighting up the conversations.

2. I learned the importance of giving appreciation to whom it is due. That's why I mentioned the names of the people who contributed in one way or the other to make my first stage in this forum a memorable one. And I think it's a good thing to appreciate people who have influenced your life in any little way.

3. I do not belong to any Telegram group, not even one. Wether people make such in telegram group or not, I do not know about that. Perhaps you could just elaborate?

4. People naturally gravitate towards people of like minds and languages. I don't necessarily see that as racism. Though, I'm very new in this forum to tell if there's racism or not, but I don't think there is. So, I'd suggest you free your mind and enjoy this forum.

Chinese, Russia, Africa, India, Arab, The USA, etc. We are nothing but one Bitcoin family.

I also ran through his post history of three pages and found out that he has made 54 posts till now but all of them are not any bounty submission or asking merit or how to rank up as you already said which shows the true representation of the forum or those who joins it for the purpose of learning only.

He has participated in cygans guess the word game and signature taxation and some others quality posts that has made him rank up to the junior rank on forum and yes we will see such members growing fast.

Congratulations to you @OP and keep up the good work...

Thanks for the incredible assessment. Even me have forgotten most of the places I've posted. Grin Grin

I just wish and hope this forum continues to be the best Bitcoin community on the internet. The simplicity and unadulterated nature and knowledge base is quite amazing. From the look of things, I won't be surprised if all the who is who's in the Crypto world are in this forum.
110  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Signature campaigns and taxation. on: December 10, 2021, 04:05:51 PM
The truth is that, there shouldn't be any worry on paying taxes on Crypto revenues. The choice is totally in your hands, that's the beauty of decentralization. You move, spend, and hold your wealth without government interference.

The only thing that would make you pay taxes on Crypto is, probably, sense of patriotism. Else, you have no reason to worry about as you can easily make your Bitcoin untraceable.

The above diagram explains the beauty of decentralized blockchain transactions  in contrast to the centralized financial flows controlled by the banks and governments, and why it's difficult to trace Crypto. More reason you shouldn't worry about taxation to your Cryptocurrency earned revenues.

I am really impressed going through your profile you have shown you are ready to participate and learn alot from the forum. Keep contributing and before you know you willl get to the highest rank in the forum. Congratulations on reaching this milestone.

Thank you guys for such encouraging words and advice. Be rest assured they're well received and I'll do my best to always be a good member of this forum. I'm overwhelmed by your kind words even when the achievements is so little.

Thank you all.
112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain Bitcoin to Newbies on: December 07, 2021, 10:54:36 AM
If you go technical, the newbie will miss the point, get frustrated, and lose interest. Keep it basic and try to be practical.

Don't start by explaining Bitcoin as an Investment vehicle, they'll miss the point and confuse it with HYIP. Let them see it as money first, before anything else.

1. Help him download and install Bitcoin wallet for experimental purpose. During the process, he'll be able to see what Master seed looks like. And teach him how to secure and use it in future.

2. Show him/her how to Send and Receive Bitcoin using the wallet address.

3. There are countless MLM and Pyramids programs out there disguising as Bitcon investments to trick newbies. Explain to them the differences.

4. Show them the white paper and encourage them to read through.

5. Use practical illustrations to them the blockchain technology. And the potential it holds.

It's really difficult to deal with newbies in this subject but time and patience will do the trick.
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Michael Saylor has Acquired 121,044 BTC at $3.57 Billion on: December 06, 2021, 04:50:51 PM

Why do you claim that something happened yesterday, if that tweet dates back to November 29th? This is old news and you have several threads in which it was published.

I don't get it. Where did I say it, anywhere in the thread, that it happened yesterday? Or you just inserted that to make your point?

This is not a news update. The thread is about highlighting the potential profit that has accrued in their $3+billion investment. We all know where to read news if we want to. This place, I think, is where we discussed anything and everything about Bitcoin, and that's exactly what this thread is about.

Total Profit so far: = 3.7 Billion.

Total profit so far = $0. It would be more accurate to call it unrealized profits.

You can take that as your own belief if it makes you feel better. But I don't think anyone can dismiss the fact that there's potential profit in billions of USD if they decide to sell today.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Michael Saylor has Acquired 121,044 BTC at $3.57 Billion on: December 06, 2021, 03:17:37 PM
Well, I know they will and I just hope that they will keep their keys/passwords carefully as they are now the possible target of these hackers.

I believe the Bitcoins are sitting somewhere in multiple custom made Cold Wallets tucked away into a hardened Central Bank Vault.  Grin

Hacking would be completely impossible
115  Economy / Gambling / Re: DAPPINO.COM - Roll Dice & Flip Coin game in BINANCE & POLYGON [FEEDBACK PLEASE] on: December 06, 2021, 10:02:44 AM
Your choice of color is not the best in my opinion. The color choice makes the site look rather unappealing and you know, nothing beats the first impression. Your graphics design need more professional touch or maybe it's not loading well in my end.

I'm only speaking about the front end because that's what I'm seeing, haven't tried the game and the functionality. You need to hire a branding expert and professional UX designer to help you create designs and over all branding that converts.
116  Other / Meta / Re: Interesting facts about the merit system on: December 06, 2021, 07:13:56 AM
Only a few bounty participants make it a point of duty to write constructively.

I think last week, I saw one important Thread Headline and quickly clicked on it to get some useful responses and to join the discussion. I Read the entire replies but couldn't find any useful response. Every post in that thread sounds like they were written by drunken bots who are also on steroids. Now I get it. Perhaps those posts were made by the Bounty Hunters?

If the thread appears on search engines, everyone who's clicking on it is going to be very disappointed. The mistake I made was that I didn't report the posts but I'm sure someone would do that.

It's going to be almost impossible for anyone in their right mind to merit such posts. I don't really know what Bounty Hunting is or how it works but I think more effort should be put in moderating their posts.
117  Economy / Gambling / Re: TEST / REFERENCE - blockchain panic game on: December 05, 2021, 11:35:05 PM
I'm trying to wrap my head around this game, to understand it better but it seems not clear to me yet. I think I'd just follow the discussion and watch out for more information because it sounds quite interesting to me,  provided it's practicable.

I'm especially interested in the revenue model because that's what can attract new investors and Investment into this new game niche. You said it's more like Casino but I didn't quite see where you explained the similarity.

It will also be extremely slowly if it is based on Blockchain confirmations.  Roll Eyes

Any game that is based on blockchain confirmation, to me, is not a game that can be said to be anywhere similar to casino.
118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Michael Saylor has Acquired 121,044 BTC at $3.57 Billion on: December 05, 2021, 04:42:06 PM
Psst, buddy. The price isn't $60,000.
I know the current price is 48k. I'm speaking in general sense of the current price range. In other words, if they decide to sell at the next bullish movement to 60k which may likely happen before February.

For clarity, I'm going to add this comment to the main post.

Thanks.
119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Michael Saylor has Acquired 121,044 BTC at $3.57 Billion on: December 05, 2021, 04:33:07 PM
Michael Sayor just Tweet that his company, MicroStrategy has acquired additional 7,002 Bitcoins for the price of $414.4 million USD, bring their total holding to 122 044+.

Let's look at the profit they've made so far

The 121,044 BTC was acquired with the total Investment sum of $3.57 billion at the average price of $27,534.

Now, let's assume they decided to sell everything off at the current market price range of about $60,000.

Update: I know the current market price is 48k. I'm speaking in the general sense of the current price range. In other words, if they decide to sell at the next bullish movement to 60k which may likely happen before February.

That wound amount to:

$60,000×121,044 =$7,262,640,000
= $7.27 billion Approx.

Subtract: The Investment capital from the current value

$7,270,000,000 - $3,570,000,000

Total Profit so far: = 3.7 Billion.

Remember, they aren't selling yet. Going by the current market trend, the profit could double to $7.4 Billion before the next year runs out.

Advice: If you really wants to make it big in Crypto, HODL without let up until the price is right for you.
120  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sedated Biden is Unfit to be President on: December 05, 2021, 10:35:22 AM
Oh he's still very active on twitter:

https://twitter.com/joebiden

Or does he leave the task of getting on twitter to your assistant? honestly I don't understand how he ran for president even though he is very old and he had already been vice president in the past, it got me in the image that the US is equal to African presidents who don't like to let go the power

Joe Biden becoming American President is a mystery that may never be solved.

I think his social media account has always been handled by his numerous handlers as I guess he's incapable of doing anything meaningful.
