whoa thats kinda alot...diff has dropped down to 39.1ish for LTB, I might stay a little longer Hey what thermal compound is your fav for aluminum heatsinks?

Maybe something is up with CCE? The reason I suggest this is because I don't have any addnodes in my conf and I delete the peers.dat file before startup usually to ensure I connect to CCE to sync. I'm not getting any connections at all right now after restarting the wallet. ..guess I'm not solo mining btb just yet.

holy difficulty..... 66.1 is too high for me.. looks like over 2000Mh on the network as of now. but what if LTB gets valued at like 600 million dollars each? I'm so torn right now...should I jump off the network and mine BTB some more or should I stay? I can't decide...

I think the loss of interest in BTB is because it forks and keeps on forking...the new wallet needs to come out and make BTB fork proof. Then people will come back to it. I stopped mining on it just for this reason... I dunno if I'm mining the right chain...that's just too much risk without enough reward..
LTB is @ like 39.xxx diff as of now. with over 1000MH. ...glad i got the jump on everyone and mined it when no one else was..when I first started mining it solo the alerts for mined blocks was happening so fast it sounded like I hit the jackpot on a slot machine. It was pretty awesome.
I don't think any crypto-currency is fork proof. Getting the checkpoint server for Bitbar online should help. There is usually 3-4 miners on the Bitbar Cryptopia pool, and that helps - I haven't noticed any forks, with the exception of h2c. What do you expect when your throw 4x the network hash rate in one place ? Bitbar wallet is almost done, just some cosmetics on the popup menus and tool tips. I can give you a download link if you would like to try it out if you backup your wallet, the worse thing that can happen is you might have to download the chain again. I haven't had to on my tests. It would be helpful to know about any issues before going public. You could be my guinea pig yeah man, send me that link. I'll check it out for sure and report back. I hope you remembered coin control! As far as I know, 42 has never forked on its own like BTB and there used to be mad hashpower (well over 1000Mh) on it before cryptsy fell (all of the trading was happening at cryptsy, soon after the cryptsy death it was listed elsewhere...got dumped and now it's only worth .25BTC roughly. I know there were a couple hard forks requiring wallet updates but they never were accepted by the community as official. The original wallet is still the official one even though there is no active DEV for the coin. So if it did fork, there's no one to fix it..nor has there been for awhile. Does BTB take longer than other cryptos to communicate throughout the network nodes or something? Maybe the update intervals can be closer together in time with a change in the code?

I am not sure if can be refitted into a 88MH machine.... technically I dont think any issues... this A2 came with 5 board for 110MH. One of nerd friends is working on the A2 now and I hope he could make it work again - so I will hang on to it for little longer.
ok let me know if things change. I have 1 failed board of 6 so it would be nice to replace that one and have 1 more on hand as a backup. There was an ebay listing for a set of 6 a few weeks ago but it's gone now. I feel like I should have bought them..

maybe my luck was so bad that at 45-50mhs i still didn't hit a block in 48hrs. who knows
no you should have hit a few i would think...I only have about 72Mh on it now and I'm getting one about every 10 minutes or so. diff is the highest I've seen it so far since the relaunch right now. sucks you couldn't get it going. I think someone has a pool now but I don't remember where the post is.. you might be able to hop on with them.

can someone post a copy of there working solo conf I don't know what I am doing wrong. this is not my first time solo mining a coin but I am having some trouble this time.
here is mine: addnode=mineblocks.no-ip.org:9065 addnode=65.102.140.115 rpcuser=user rpcpassword=pass rpcallowip=192.168.1.2 rpcport=9051 daemon=1 server=1 gen=0 but also, I am using CGminer. I never had success using BFGMiner for solo. Either way, you need the "rpcallowip=" in the .conf so the wallet will allow your miner to connect to it. If the wallet is on a different computer than the miner, then the ip you input into CGminer/BFGminer needs to be that computers ip address. ok I have tried cgminer with no luck cgminer does not even see the wallet. I have the ip right its on the same rig. what is the name of your conf file litebar.conf right. it seems that the wallet is not going in to server mode or something yes litebar.conf If the software saw the wallet's IP address you WOULD be solo mining right now. Something isn't right, either the port or ip and port. I can't think of another reason why it wouldn't work. i think I'm stumped on this one.. I was going to say that you need the -server flag but I checked my shortcut and I apparently didn't put it in and it's still solo mining. So maybe it's not needed but you could try that. What I do is use a shortcut to start my wallets because I have all the blockchains on NAT but run the clients on my local computer. So in the properties of the shortcut you would see in my case: Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Litebar\litebar-qt.exe" -datadir=S:\Litebar try adding -server where i have put -datadir=S:\litebar on your shortcut or in the cmd prompt when you go to start the wallet. That should put it into server mode or not...like i said it seems I didn't have to do this for it to work for me. I always thought you had to put it in the .conf and put the flag for it but I dunno. Good luck. This might get me to unbox the widow and try to solo mine with it. I really should put it up on ebay...I've been procrastinating.

do I have to click the mining tab and start mining to solo mine with my scrypt rigs?
nope, don't even mess with that at all for asics. try CGminer and my instructions. The wallet never actually confirms you are mining. I never could get BFGminer to solo mine. But I am solo mining right now with an asic rig using CGMiner. I'm getting a block every couple minutes or so. What does the output say in your mining software? Does it say the url is dead? If so, maybe the port you decided to use is not open or allowed to pass info through a firewall somewhere or already in use. no it looks as It should for solo. new block found diff change but no found blocks and I have 45-50 mhs. zues thunder x3 and a widow I was mining with a widow but always on pools. Never solo mined with one before. you might have to create your own pool and mine LTB that way. I dunno. Did you try CGminer?

VOTE TOTAL 556,136 of the 5,000,000 needed to get listed.
they don't do a weekly 'most votes get added' any more. Apparently, you get added when you get to 5,000,000
I'll mine some more.

My miner is located at ip 192.168.1.2 and the LTB wallet is running on ip 192.168.1.244 so in CG/BFG miner for the ip I input literally "192.168.1.244:9051" then username and password IF they are on the same computer, using the ip addresses above as an example, would be inputted into CG/BFG matching the "rpcallowip=ip" so 192.168.1.2:9051 then username and password I want to add that I chose that port, it can be any port number you want. This should get everyone solo mining LTB!

Hey I'm sending you 44,000 DOT or so.. OK maybe not just yet, H2C is acting funny.. where you sending them to, I don't think I setup a DOT address yet for donations. yeah you did..lol...I hope...because I just sent them... The bottom of page 4 of this thread is where you posted up the address.

I could see things not getting updated being a sd card issue, if the pattern of LEDs is the same on the dead board as the others then you don't have a blown chip, normally there drastically different or not at all, you said green/red LEDs so I am guessing the boards are green, check cables , swap two of them and see if the dead board moves or stays the same, if it moves then maybe a bad cable if the same then might be a messed up board, most trouble shooting steps at this point are very advanced, requires probing stuff and such. I don't know if I would buy a new board really the cost vs/ the payback is going to be a bit off .
Ok, so after some troubleshooting with no luck, I decided to let it be for a few days. Suddenly tonight I had another board basically die. This has to be a power supply issue, right? Should I try switching out the 6+2 pin PCI cables? Or switching around where they're plugged in? PSU is fully modular, so I have a few open plugs to try, but I'd imagine if one part of the power rail fails, it all does... I'm starting to get really worried that I dropped over $900 on a rig that is just falling apart, and then another $280 for a PSU that I got no reimbursement for from Zoomhash, but I'm holding out hope that it's just the PSU. Is there a way I can test the output of the PSU? Having 2 boards die off of a 1300W gold rated output shouldn't happen. Hoping for a very fast response before I throw this thing off of a cliff. your case sound very similar to mine. My A2 had 5 boards, one by one the boards failed, and now I only have 2 boards working. I have turned off the A2 - 110mh before 44mh now = waste of electricity. I wrote to Innosilicon and they dont do returns... But online sellers in Aliexpress selling 136$ per board - see my earlier post Can your lasting 2 boards be installed into an 88Mh setup with the 8 chip boards? If so, what do you want for the 2 that are working?

been looking around for some info on why one of the blades in my 88Mh A2 stopped working and only blinks with 4 green LEDs now. Anyone know anything on this or where I can find troubleshooting info? Thanks
