I don't believe they sound like 10k rpm fans to me. I've heard a 10k delta fan up close and these don't sound like that.

They sound like a little puppy whimpering compared to that delta fan.

Just reflashed them both. Fan 1 on both units 5500 and 6000 rpm. Fan 2 on both units 10350 and 11050.

Anyone seeing weird fan speeds with Batch 4? I got fans showing 9000 rpm's.

Yes, it's the first thing that I noticed right after checking to see if there were any x's or -'s.

Yesterday we mined block 313338 00000000000000000000b7de9e5c19e52be073156924b7cf235efb27ae8a202a, the block hash has 20 leading zeros, the most in bitcoin's history so far.

Interesting fun fact.

Question macbook-air: Are there any plans to expand the website, it's useful and efficient, but could use a few small additions.

Couple suggestions:

1. On the payout page, add the total revenue that can be seen on the home page
2. On the home page, add an option to see workers hashrates individually. Also, the 24 hours button, while it's clickable there isn't anything to change to, such as 48 hrs. or weekly hashrates.
3. Any namecoin mining?

Thanks for your consideration.

Stumbling aimless towards the support beam in my basement, I managed to secure one miner against my chest. The other miner was doomed, flying across the room with such force it hit the chair with a thud. Kicking towards the cat, I quickly set down the box I had managed to hold on to and rushed towards the other box like one would rush towards loved one who had injured themselves.

Recalling all the humane societies in the area, I used my pocket knife to cut the tape from the box and opened up the miner. The damage was minimal, the padding had held. Turning towards the cat, she was no where to be found. Like the waitress, I had no love for that cat and decided no amount of beer would change such things.

Maybe it's my ADD or just needing to change my tone, I hit play on the Netflix and continued to take the miner from it's brown padded box. Seeing no reason to worry about this any longer, I unplugged an old miner and promptly plugged this new, potentially damaged one right in.

Man I tried.. They said driver would not be back until 7:15. They close @ 7PM. lol. I told them to hold it and I'll just pick up there tomorrow.
I hate when this happens. At least it's in town and not stuck in a shipping fiasco like some.

Missed my UPS guy and he didn't leave them. Called in and I'm going to try and pick them up from the UPS office this evening. The one time this dude comes before 6PM.

if ur packages arrived at the warehouse, go call the UPS, and ask them if you can pick it up by urself now
u'll always ended up dissapointed if u want to wait them to deliver it
trust me, just pick it up urself, then mine immediately

I got mine today, heard him from the basement with his squeaky ass brakes. Ran upstairs to see him "tossing" them up to the front of his brown van, and then deliver them to me.

He got my signature, verified the address, I asked him if he needed any ID and he said "no, whats your last name".. Satisfied with my answer he said "Have a nice day." I told him you too and went inside.

Then what happened?

I know, I'm gripped, the anticipation is killing me.

After going inside, I realized these were heavier then I wished to carry at that point in my life. So I set both boxes down, rubbing my back gently, as I can get some aches from time to time.

Staring thoughtlessly at my new miners, still wrapped in their plain brown boxes I remembered 3 things.

First, I really did not like the new waitress at the restaurant down the street, she was quite ugly.
Second, I was thirsty and wanted a beer.
Finally, I really had better get these things down stairs, before my wife arrived home.

I'm okay if this becomes a thing. Please continue.

Taking a long drag from my cigarette, I wondered if the ugly waitress holding a beer would change my opinion of her? You see I hadn't actually introduced myself, I worried she was the type that was desperate for attention from men. I quickly dismissed the idea as I put each miner under my arms and carried them into the basement.

I quickly descended the stairs, feeling the warmth on my face increase with every step along the way. I noticed I had left the netflix on, an episode of Family Guy was staring back at me. You know the episode where James Woods invites everyone to his mansion and then gets killed?

I can't recall what exactly happened next, either it was the smoke from my cigarette that got into my eye or just the damn cat brushing my leg. But, the next thing I knew, both arms were releasing the miners as I braced myself for a fall. I hated that cat. I knew my dog would never trip me, especially not with my beloved miners in my arms.

Payout queue seems empty and even though I should be paid, I am not getting paid right now. All the block rewards found right now are going to a single address. What's going on today?

WTF?

rant about BitLicense

BitLicense is a good example of just how fucked up everything is

Ben Lawsky said he would not over regulate, he said they would be very minimal rules even less then current AML laws. to make sure NOT to stifle innovation, he must of said "NOT stifle innovation" at least 21 million times. and now people are talking about how it might necessary to just not service NY customers, because of his proposed laws. lol.

I can only hope some of it gets rewriten, but still, I'd like to thank Mr Lawsky, for being such a prime example why no one should trust a word this goverment says. not a word, never.

USA, you've totaly let the whole world down. for a time we looked up to you, because you valued freedom as priceless, oh you still talk the talk.... but its all fucking lies.

SUCH A SHAME!

bitcoin is the new beacon of hope and freedom!

No offense, I think it's cool if you are, but you seem pretty high right now

Won't you have a Pepsi?

About 3 years ago, I gave up about 99% of sodas - and life has gone on without those kinds of drinks....  Cheesy

this could be the reason for the drop in price the past few day?

"BitLicense"

I guess i missed this news when it came out.

so apparently Bitcoin is pretty hard to use to buy small things in NY ( you have to give allkinds of info to buy anything with bitcoin in NY? )

THAT proposed regulation is at the 45 day public comment period.  Accordingly, it is still only a proposal.

Doesn't NY limit the size soda drinks you can buy too? I don't see Coke and Pepsi stock dropping

That Soda restriction legislation news got a lot of press, too, but I think in the end that legislation did NOT withstand the test of time.

But, back to NY bitcoin legislation, it seems too preliminary to be having such a negative impact on the BTC price - even though rumors do have negative impacts.. .

As I tend to pin tabs in chrome for my pools, it would be handy if you added a favicon

Weird thing is, the OC'ed one is doing the best. Obviously shares accepted, but hw errors are lowest,  and discarded are the lowest as well.

The temps on all machines are right at 40c
