Baru tau saya tentang ini,dan ada semacam aplikasi ikd itu(karena saya saat ini belum pernah melakukan kegiatan yang membutuhkan ktp).
Tapi yang saya dengar buka untuk di ganti seutuh nya,tapi memang untuk saat ini belangko ktp terbatas,jika dulu kita mau bikin ktp terus belangko nya habis biasa oleh dukcapil dikasih selembar kertas untuk pengganti ktp yang asli,selembar kertas itu sah bisa digunakan untuk apa saja(tapi masa aktif nya dibatas),kayanya ikd itu untuk saat ini pengganti selembar kertas itu yang biasa diberikan dukcapil disaat belangko ktp tidak ada.
Karena sekarnag sudah berganti jaman mungkin lebih ringkes apa-apa ada dihp,dari pada harus genggam selembar kertas.
