It depends on how strict they would make it for the average man to use bitcoin cause you see bitcoin network is run by nodes and as long as they are nodes still functioning then the bitcoin network would still be functioning but they could put strict rules that would make it difficult fir an average person with little knowledge on how to access the network anonymous to do that therby shading investors away from buying bitcoin.

Where you see more women in the gambling business is as staff in physical shops. Most of the workers in casinos in my area are women and sometimes they do gamble but not as much as the men. I guess you haven't meet the notorious women that gamble a lot without really caring about the image I would give them publicly, you know women are supposed to show off good attitudes and try to have better self control than men.
