What other role does Boomcoin have in the bigger picture here?  Anything other than 5% discount on equipment that will be at least a year out?  Are there any new features coming to Boom?  Development has been at a standstill because we were waiting on this news.  Will Boom move forward with anything new?

Development has never been at a standstill. Boomcoin miners did very well for themselves during the POW stage and so did investors. What do you think will happen to Boomcoin when it has 400 aurora units purchased in Booms? What do you think will happen when Boomcoin has real long-term funding to hire some of the most talented programmers? Can you name 3 other crypto's outside of Bitcoin that have anything like this? This is only the beginning for Boom and HASH is a vehicle in which Cleverhash can give back to the mining community. It will be a sight to see

How long until the actual hardware is available? We want to give realistic expectations. We have seen many companies promise faster deliveries, only to end up delaying. This hurts the customers. Q4 of 2015 is a realistic and transparent.

How long will you mine with customer rigs before they are released to the public? The rigs will be tested and after passing quality control will be shipped immediately to customers.

So this will drastically decrease prices of all x11/x13/x15 coins that still can be mined? Depends if our customers decide to hold those coins versus selling them. We will not however, mass produce units and devalue our customer’s hardware.

What about X14? Currently our X15 Triple X chip will only output X11, X13 and X15.

Which can be ordered at The Sonic Miner? After this community offer - ICO concludes, our website will go live to the public for retail sales. Miners can then pre-order either model.

If we Order, are you going to "test" for 6 months and then send when obsolete? Not at all, we are a real company and that would be fraud. The process will be completely transparent throughout the process. At the time of delivery we will ensure hardware profitability by upgraded performance.

Even by buying the hashtoken in the ICO, makes us bound to buy the miners? No. You can choose to sell your tokens on the exchange, exchange them for a miner or hold them long-term for continued net profit sharing.

You get ICO funds 4 days after ICO completion.  Development isn't going to be completed for another year? Yes, ASIC development is a lengthy process. We began this process earlier this year and partnered with the best. The funds raised in the ICO will go towards funding development and secure benefits described in the whitepaper.

2 to 3 years? Around 13 months is more accurate for mining hardware delivery estimates.

For those who may not know....


We are holding the Confidential skype conference at 7PM EST. Attendees are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The purpose of this conference is to engage the loyal community members and give a sneak peak of whats to come. Confidentiality is very important to us at this point and we thank those of you who know a bit more and have remained honorably silent with that information. This project was designed for the community and if we stand together, amazing things will come from it. No recordings please as it would only be counterproductive.

What I can say is that we have a tentative pre-release date of October 17th that will last a week, where everything will be revealed to the community.  We will hold an additional skype conferences at this point where everyone can attend and no nda will be required. Recordings will be allowed at this point.

On October 24th we will go LIVE with hopefully several new community member additions to the team.   then after 30 days, we will go live to the general public.

Hello everyone, Things have been moving fast over here. Boatloads of work. Making progress.

At Cleverhash, we have sent out 3 NDA's so far for those who sent us their email and name for the NDA. (Mandatory for Skype conference) We will present a list of those who are brought on to the team after the conference and there new positions.

We will close the Conference sign up by Wed of this week. We have scheduled the Skype conference for Friday. We will announce the time on Wed once we receive a little more community feedback. Let us know what time works well for everyone.

We are making great progress on the wallet qt GUI/UI platform design. Here is a screen shot of some of our code changes. We hope to have it finished soon.

Unfortunately having a stealth feature/anonymous transactions makes the blockchain synchronization slower. I have updated the Bootstrap file to rapidly increase syncing. Please make sure your using the latest wallet and please follow the bootstrap instructions. Thank you.

8/26/14 Important Update: A few minor improvements to the software was made. Mandatory Wallet upgrade, Please update before block 20,000. Download Links in OP updated. Stealth will re-activate after block 20,000.  

We found the problem. It appears that some people never upgraded their wallets during the mandatory upgrade period. We are building a new wallet as we speak. When finished, only the correct wallet will sync (Boom Stealth). This should force the network on the proper chain. The Stealth feature will be fixed and everyone will be synced to the proper nodes.
