Each and every one of you owe me a thank you. I predicted that it was a trap and that we'd stall out around $470... now the rally is developing momentum. Obviously, the market does exactly the opposite of my posts. So, I am going to keep posting that the price must come down. I am doing it all for your sakes. Just saying.
Note: I am still bearish on the market, generally, albeit not so much on today. But, as I said above, that might be a great thing for everybody else.
Why are you bearish when the market is clearly oversold, is a huge way down from ATH in a sea of good news that only a year ago would have been predicted impossible? Sentiment is a fluid thing, if we bust back up through into the 6xx's then watch it turn on a dime. That's a long way to go to 6xx. Meanwhile 475 - 485 is worth more attention |

That's what I love about this place. A decent dump by one or a few entities and it's the end of Bitcoin. A decent buy by one or a few entities and it's moon train time. I said nothing about moon or trains! Please don't put words in my mouth. Even breaking 500 would mean nothing more than breaking a very short term bear trend, and has a lot of potential for a bigger bull trap. |

Yep, rally failed because we're now on to the troll trader BS.
That's a rough description of a momentum trade based on news. But to be fair, this works also the opposite way with bad news in a strong uptrend. Let it rise to ~485 and I will put attention on it, until then....yawn. |

hmm that's actually a good point. A better point is that 99% of all news are only good for momentum traders and they don't effect a mayor trend reversal. Is this one of the 1% news? We'll know it when entering the real resistances, and not by bouncing up in the lands of nowhere and nothing. |

Looking interesting, nice momentum...but until now nothing had really happened. 480 - 500 is the first interesting resistance zone, all below is cheerleading a potential bull trap just for fun.

You guys excited yet? Witchcraft! But one question for further understanding: You are estimating that wave 3 of C (I'm right?) brings us down to ~420 and with wave 5 of C we will test the April low. But talking about a possible mayor capitulation (< 300) it would need another mayor wave? Is this correct? Or could the current wave C include this mayor capitulation? |

in my count on huobi, we had a truncated wave v. you can count 5 subwaves on the 15m time frame, we failed to make a new high, then pulled back. i believe this completed ABC and the down we saw last night/this morning is part of a new wave. down trend to commence, imo. So you mean like that?:  That's what I suppose now. |

The triangle that I posted yesterday turned out to be the B wave of the 2 instead of the iv of 1.  This C of 2 could have one more wave to it, possibly breaking 500 (with an actual target around $498.45), but it should find some fairly strong resistance around $500. Invalidation of this short term wave 2 is at $514.98. The over-all picture is still quite Bearish at the moment. We are in one of those situations again, where a Bullish count would require many extensions higher to even consider a Bullish impulse. This rise still appears to be corrective to the larger downtrend. So I see you had a similar count (*cheer*), ignoring if my correction-waves had any validility.
