Maybe it can go higher. For now many holders are maybe getting discouraged with this. The second ICO was fixed at the price of 30k satoshis. The current price is not only at 3000 satoshis. How do you expect everyone to believe it will climb back up to 100k satoshis after what happened with Dor and Greg?
I think Greg was trying to scam the project. He knows his Rchain does not and will not work.
