104  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to make money on cryptocurrencies without investment? on: December 28, 2023, 08:59:44 PM
I'm just a newbie and I don't have other opportunities to make money irl because of my place of living and age. I tried already bounties and airdrops, but I'm not lucky in it. Thanks for your advices!!!

The options you can use to earn without investment income using cryptocurrencies will generally be bounty campaigns or airdrops. Of course, not every airdrop will help you make a good earnings but you should remember that by participating in hundreds of them if even just a few of them are successful you can earn a profit that can be described as good. On the other hand, I would suggest that you increase your rank in the forum and participate in signature campaigns or try to earn money by using various options in bounty campaigns. Of course, the project you will choose in bounty campaigns should be researched thoroughly because choosing a bad project can potentially cause the possibility of good earnings to disappear.

In addition to all this information, I will recommend you to remember that it is possible to invest any amount in the cryptocurrency markets. So, if you get an investment opportunity I recommend that you work hard to evaluate all opportunities regardless of whether your current budget is small or large and evaluate possible investment possibilities in line with your means by doing good research.
105  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What will be your trading strategy for crypto in 2024? on: December 28, 2023, 05:01:06 PM
I haven't yet determined a roadmap for myself for 2024 but it is certain that my main focus will be Bitcoin until the halving process and that I will buy Bitcoin as much as possible at least until this period. In addition, since there are good earning potentials in memecoins and shitcoins in the Solana network today, I have shifted my focus of attention here in the short term. Although I use a very small part of my capital for this, I believe that if this winning streak continues I can also make money by trading memecoin and shitcoin.

In addition, although I expect an increase in the Bitcoin price I don't yet have an open position in leveraged transactions and it seems that I will not have a leveraged transaction position within the first two quarters of 2024 in order to avoid being negatively affected by possible sharp price movements. Of course, if I see a possible opportunity I can open a few positions using 2 to 5x leverage maximum.
106  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Anyone can succeed as a bitcoin trader on: December 28, 2023, 12:21:47 PM
Many persons have shared their bad experiences about trading in general, how they lost their funds, got into debt, even wrecked their finances.

Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 to you all.

The fact that many people share their unsuccessful experiences is definitely a very useful and nice thing for people who are new to the cryptocurrency markets because all these experiences have been gained by losing money and are experiences that people who are new to the cryptocurrency markets can access and learn from for free. For this reason, it is very important to read especially negative experiences carefully and learn from them to avoid making the same mistakes.

On the other hand, in order to be a successful trader in the cryptocurrency markets it is very important to manage risk well, get maximum efficiency from all kinds of experiences, constantly improve technical-fundamental analysis knowledge and be patient. In particular, I would like to underline that individuals with all these factors generally perform more successful trades in cryptocurrency markets.
107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling for fun, is it a lie that we tell ourselves? on: December 28, 2023, 03:36:22 AM
As someone who claims to gamble for fun I would like to make a comment here as well. Yes, human nature constantly finds an excuse to defend itself but it should also be known that not everyone who claims to gamble for fun does so to defend themselves. For example, we cannot claim that someone who stops gambling without reloading the balance when the budget he/she wants to spend on gambling is exhausted doesn't gamble for fun and we cannot say that this person is addicted.

As I stated in my message in the previous title; "Matches left to the last minute in sports betting, the excitement of the roulette wheel spinning, the adrenaline I release when I approach 21 and ask for a card and the spin of slot machines have never been more than a form of fun for me. As I mentioned, when I gamble I play knowing that the chances of a big win are very low and I just have fun with the excitement of this process.''

In summary, if someone who bets with an amount that will not strain his/her budget, doesn't constantly make additions in case his/her balance runs out and doesn't feel the need to gamble constantly claims that he/she gambles for fun, it would be wrong to say that this person is defending himself/herself or that he/she is addicted to gambling.
108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any fun in losing while gambling on: December 27, 2023, 09:32:18 PM
“Is there actually any fun in gambling especially when the losses are more than the winnings?”

As someone who gambles for fun, I would like to answer this question. Yes, gambling is a form of fun for me but I cannot deny that I always think about the possibility of making big winnings when I gamble. Although, as I mentioned, I think about the possibility of making big winnings when I gamble, I can easily say that I never get upset when I consume my entire balance since I always gamble with an amount that I wouldn't be upset about if I lost, depending on my budget.

Matches left to the last minute in sports betting, the excitement of the roulette wheel spinning, the adrenaline I release when I approach 21 and ask for a card and the spin of slot machines have never been more than a form of fun for me. As I mentioned, when I gamble I play knowing that the chances of a big win are very low and I just have fun with the excitement of this process.

It wouldn't be wrong to say that gambling is fun for me because I gamble regularly but in a way that doesn't strain my budget and I never run out of balance and then gamble again like an addict.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Too Expensive For Me. on: December 27, 2023, 06:04:52 PM
The value of Bitcoin has gradually reached great heights. It has become impossible for a new small investor like me to invest in Bitcoin. I am a very small investor. $2k wealth is mine. Well does Bitcoin provide any opportunity in future that I can invest.

Do you think that to invest in Bitcoin you need to directly purchase 1 Bitcoin or its multiples? Bitcoin isn't an investment tool that requires you to buy it all, like a stock or real estate investment. Depending on your budget, you can buy 0.001, 1 or 10 Bitcoins and I would like to remind you that these amounts are just an example and you can also buy Bitcoins in amounts such as 0.1234567.

Also, I would like to give an example based on your statement that Bitcoin is expensive for you. For example, let's say you invest in gold with a budget of 2,000 USD. When you turn this investment back into cash, let's assume that the price of Bitcoin increases by 200% and the price of gold increases by 20%. In this case, while a profit margin of 4,000 USD could be obtained if a Bitcoin investment was made only a 400 USD profit margin would be obtained from a gold investment. In other words, you will lose the profit margin on your investment because Bitcoin isn't preferred just because of its price. Therefore, if you are thinking of investing in cryptocurrencies, I will recommend you to wait for the right buying price and choose cryptocurrencies that you think can gradually increase depending on your budget. A financial instrument purchased at the right price always makes a profit and none of the cryptocurrencies are expensive as long as it is purchased at the right price level.
110  Local / Ekonomi / Re: Borsanın Toparlanamaması on: December 27, 2023, 02:08:30 PM
111  Local / Alternatif Kripto-Paralar / Re: Yorumunuzu merak ediyorum on: December 27, 2023, 11:30:19 AM

112  Economy / Economics / Re: My view of wealth and assets specially now on: December 26, 2023, 11:09:20 PM
that is why i think real estate is a good investment you can live in it and pass it down to your children and if they want, they can sell it at some point

land is a fixed supply which is why real estate is considered to be a safe investment you just have to pick out a good location

Although real estate investment has the advantages you mentioned, it has the disadvantage of not providing as much profit as other options especially in the long term. Of course, it is possible to obtain high returns by investing in real estate at a bargain price or in an area that hasn't yet been valued but this isn't always an opportunity and in some cases it can give good results as a long-term investment. Of course, the advantages of investing in real estate such as renting or living in a house or land make this option attractive but I don't think it is a logical option to constantly grow the existing savings. Being able to pass on these investments to our future generations as an inheritance is certainly an important advantage but we can also pass on options such as crypto or commodity investment to future generations.

The reasons why I don't prefer real estate investment especially in the long term, are that it requires high capital and if the rental option is used the rental income amortizes the investment in a very long time.
113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should security be employed in local bet shop? on: December 26, 2023, 08:26:11 PM
I definitely think that every casino or betting office should have security because as you mentioned some gamblers go to such offices with a lot of money. In addition, security is very important in such offices as it is necessary to intervene quickly in case of cheating, fighting or similar incidents in the office. In addition, such offices without security can often be an easy target for thieves because it isn't difficult to guess that many gamblers spend a lot of money here and the cash boxes are always full.

Although there is generally security in such offices in the region where I live, it is a bit sad to know that there is no security in some regions or countries. Certainly, it is very important for every betting office or casino to have security in order to ensure the safety of the business and customers in every sense.
114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Between Physical and Online Gambling which makes a person more addicted on: December 26, 2023, 04:59:29 PM
Physical Gambling for sure. Here's why:

Online Casinos are enticing sure, but most of them offer nothing but visual appeal as well as the perks that they give out to their users (free spins, etc.) that eventually run out or expires. So when these amenities go away, I think I speak for everyone when I say we get this sudden realization that we should be doing even more important things than sinking hours into an online casino. On the other hand, this doesn't happen in a brick-and-mortal gambling institution. First off, you're enclosed in a secure space where it's just as hard to get in as it is to get out. They offer stuff like free drinks, free hotel stays, or whatever to some customers they deem are bleeders to make them stay even more within the casino. Lights are so bright so as to make sure you don't fall asleep or to disrupt your sense of time, and as far as I can remember the perks that they offer to their customers, new and existing, do not go away. So in the grander scheme of things Physical Casinos have a better capability to lure and secure customers for longer than online casinos, which apart from those things got its convenience feature as the only things that really set it apart from their physical counterparts.

It's an opposite answer compared to my previous comment but I think you approach it from a very good perspective. Of course, both options have some advantages and disadvantages but in general I think online casinos cause addiction more and easily. The reason for this is that accessing online casino services is extremely easy in today's conditions. Of course, physical casinos also have attractive advantages over online casinos but I don't think these are advantages that can have a serious impact compared to ease of access.

Considering that not every casino service provides free food, beverages, cigarettes, hotel accommodation and similar services, I think it wouldn't be right to use these advantages to make generalizations based on the fact that they are only provided by certain physical casinos in certain countries.
115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can I ask for refund if casino game has bugs? on: December 26, 2023, 12:31:28 PM
Hello guys, I have heard many stories when person was playing casino games, for example person was playing slots and managed to win a huge jackpot, 100 thousand or up to a million but casino didn't give him his winning because they said slot had bugs and they can't give away money because person won through a buggy slots.
I have never seen a case when casino called player for a refund because slot had bugs. What happens if you think that slot has bugs and that's why you lose? If we follow logic, since casino can deny your winning because they think that game has bugs, you should have right to ask for slots inspect if you lose a lot. Doesn't this make sense? I think it makes but I want to know if you had similar experience or if something similar has happened in history ever.

If such a situation occurs, a refund must be made by the casino because the user may have spent his/her entire balance here due to an error in casino's own games or a restriction may have been imposed on his/her balance due to gaining too much profit. If such a situation occurs, I think that it is necessary to first reach the support of the casino and explain the situation in detail and request a refund. If the casino rejects this request, a complaint will need to be made to the necessary institutions. At this point, we remember how important it is to use a licensed casino service.
116  Local / Ekonomi / Re: Yılın Son Faiz Kararı Açıklandı on: December 26, 2023, 03:23:43 AM
Yalancı Bahar mı? on: December 25, 2023, 09:17:18 PM

118  Local / Alternatif Kripto-Paralar / Re: Yorumunuzu merak ediyorum on: December 25, 2023, 05:38:46 PM
119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When do you think Bitcoin ETF will be approved? on: December 25, 2023, 01:44:27 PM
I think it will be approved within Dec last.
What you guys think?

Do you think approval will come within six days? I think this isn't possible because in line with our experience of following ETF news and applications for a long time we have learned that this process takes time and there is no quick response. For this reason, I don't think that there will be a finalization of the application within the next six days. Moreover, since the majority of these six days coincide with the public holiday period, the evaluation will still remain pending.

My personal opinion is that the process will continue for a few more weeks and a decision will come very close to the halving period or a little later. Positive news coming close to or after the halving process will definitely cause the markets to be very lively and the Bitcoin price will be positively affected by this. Of course, it shouldn't be forgotten that we shouldn't immediately think optimistically and that a possible negative response may come and the market may remain volatile with both the halving and negative news.
120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Angry at the high fees? That's what everyone predicted the future will be like! on: December 25, 2023, 11:02:37 AM
Yes, I am a little frustrated with the transfer fees that are rising day by day and unfortunately I feel sad when I think that this will continue to be the case in the future. During the last few weeks I couldn't transfer the Bitcoins in my wallet due to high transfer fees and I don't think I will be able to do so again for a while. This situation was a bit annoying because I cannot transfer the Bitcoins in my wallet anywhere and I cannot use my capital stuck here for my short-term buy-sell transactions.

To be frank, it is quite sad that this situation may continue in the future because all this time we have been using Bitcoin to transfer money around the world quickly and with lower fees than financial institutions such as banks. Nowadays, due to rising transfer fees we make transfers more costly than financial institutions such as banks and unfortunately we cannot transfer money as quickly as we used to.

Predicting that the transfer fees that have increased recently and the longer transfer process will continue in this way in the future is both annoying and something that restricts people from making Bitcoin transactions. Although it seems certain that this process will continue in this way in the future I hope that there will be a positive development in transfer fees and transfer processes and we will be able to make transfers faster and at more affordable costs.
