Scamming for 3 bucks just shows he has abandonment issues. This is the downfall of bitcointalk being able to sell buy accounts. Theu should be ip restricted.  It would cleae up a lot of issues. Also blocking multiple datacenters and proxies.

How it went down:

• I was buying a .edu email from him and he stated that I will be getting a random email.
• When I paid he then says that it will take 30 minutes to make which he said above that its random accounts already made http://prntscr.com/fsp64u
• After 30 minutes he ends up ignoring me. I wait a bit
• I felt like I was scammed so I posted a update on his thread
• He starts insulting me claiming he had the email ready and that he doesn't want to give it to me. Now he wants to refund me http://prntscr.com/fsp6ss
• After giving him my wallet he ignores me for 10 minutes

Update: He insults me and then tells me he will refund me.

After given my address he just ignores me.

I will take a vouch copy for this. Also ill buy like 50+ if u have the time to make them.

I would caution buying from these *NEW accounts as there is a big scamming spree going on with these new accounts.
