101  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price bubbled? on: March 03, 2018, 04:52:53 AM
According to the forecasts of some experts, the bitcoin rate is unlikely to go below $ 8,000, and soon it is promised a second growth. True, most likely, temporary.
If this prediction become true believe me few people be happy and many people will be sad. Reason for the happiness is to buy. Get bitcoins as much as possible because the prices will get so low that everyone can afford some portions of bitcoins. But this is a temporary drop, don’t just worry, and this is for those who will be worried that what would be happening with their investments.
102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What stage of adoption is Crypto currently at? on: March 01, 2018, 10:14:32 AM
I saw a graph of the adoption rate of new technologies. In it there is a slow start and then an explosion in price. The price then capitulates into what looks like a popped bubble and this usually last for a very long amount of time. I feel like this lull period was between 2014-2016 for bitcoin. After the lull the wider community begins to warm back up to the technology and the public begin to accept the technology.

I think we are at the very start of the trend of the wider public beginning to adopt the tech.
At the very present moment, the market growth rate is not that much as it must be or as we all are expecting to be but still most of the crypto currencies are actually doing exceptionally well and they are quite comfortably making some good name in the international market too. Most of the crypto currencies are at their early stages of adoption and all of them are striving hard to go to next level.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recommended alt coins? on: March 01, 2018, 09:02:03 AM
can you guys recommend any alt coin for next month?
I am looking for the coin to invest my budget into, but I have no idea.
So, if you know any, pls recommend me.

You need to figure out in what is your investment short on long term. But what ever you want at the moment at least by me think that ethereum is for the moment possible the best option to invest. For ETH is expecting to see price over 2000 and this may be perfect time to buy.
Eth may be one of the highly recommended altcoins in recent times but I am afraid that it may get dumped at any time because people are discussing like it is not having any real time application other than providing platform for scammy ICOs. This may be one of the negative aspect we need to consider as Eth is still lagging for real time application. When a coin is not having potential for real life supporting things then what will be the meaning of holding them for long periods.
Yes, in this manner if you look for any altcoin then there will be no point of investing into altcoins. As far as I am concerned, only bitcoin is having real time applications. This may be the reason why many people are still suggesting to go for only bitcoin investments by ignoring any altcoin which are promising for short-term big returns. Still I'm holding some of altcoins but I'm really not expecting any big returns from them.
104  Economy / Economics / Re: buy high and sell low. or hold which one is it? on: March 01, 2018, 08:31:13 AM
after this major price correction. i want to see what are your ideas on this. lets say you bought bitcoin 2 years ago. you notice prices were high at 19,000$ should u sell or continue to hold? what are your thoughts after this huge correction?

it is probably too late to sell after holding since the 19000$ correction.
If you buy bitcoin now I think you must hold it and wait for the right price for you. Because when time came that bitcoin will became stable everyone who own bitcoin now are very happy. Just wait the right time and sell your bitcoin.
The underlying circumstances actually matter a lot while choosing amongst any of these options. The thing is buying at the time when the market is little down is a good thing to do as it makes you an owner of bitcoins in less price. After buying of some bitcoins, you need to hold them for as long period of time as you can as this will eventually help you out in having greater profit. Sell only when you are satisfied with the money which you getting in return.
105  Economy / Economics / Re: What happens when there is NO electricity? How does one trade BTC? on: March 01, 2018, 08:02:45 AM
If there's a natural disaster cutting off electricity for days, trading bitcoin should be least of your worries really. Priorities man.
You wont really bother or to problem this thing first when theres an electricity outage for sure you would find to secure first your family, loved ones on how to live without electricity rather than minding on how you would able to trade with bitcoins. This is just really a non sense question after all because not only bitcoin trading would be affected but all the things which been powered by electricity would be gone too.Imagine a life without energy for sure you would struggle on daily living knowing that we are already living on this convenient world because of gadgets or things which uses electricity. If its gone then were fucked up.

I agreed with your opinion, that's the best thing to do incase no electrcity, they can't do nothing but to secure his family first.
Do not mind my words fellow and try to get my point. In order to live, we need air, water, food, clothes and at last shelter. Electricity does not come in any of the basic needs.

If there won’t be any electricity that does not mean the family will die out but in case of bitcoin rather whole of the cyber world, it will come to an end and that is really painful even when imagining. Without electricity, everything that needs battery or charging will be gone.
In this era of modern technology, electricity is also one of the basic needs and there is no way that we can survive without having electricity. In case, there remains no electricity in this world, then things will be very much difficult for us to manage especially when it comes to that of crypto currencies as we do need to have an electricity and internet connection in order to perform transactions.
In case there remains no electricity in this world, then it will not be only trading of crypto currencies which will get affected by this. In fact there will be number of other things as well which will suffer in case we don’t have electricity. Without electricity, we cannot even think of doing anything with any of our crypto coin as it is not possible to buy or sell any coin without internet and electricity.
106  Economy / Speculation / Re: Quinlan Associates: Bitcoin Price will Crash to $1,800 in 2018 on: February 28, 2018, 05:01:09 PM
Quinlan Associates, huh. They lost any semblance of credibility in my eyes for at least two items. The first, dark market use. They have to be seriously outdated in their research data if they still believe dark market provides any significant use for Bitcoin. It was already displaced by Ethereum all the way back in 2016, and after last year's enforcement stings on the top dogs, it's extremely difficult to see how Bitcoin can still play a role beyond the tiniest ones there.

Second point that grinds my gears isn't really a point, just their choice of phrase: "Critical bloodbath"

Can't believe you actually have to pay to see their exact methods for coming to their conclusion. Makes me want to enter the consultancy business.

Oh yeah bro, you do want to be a consultant. It’s estimated that globally all major consulting firms combined, like Deloitte, make somewhere near $200 billion dollars a year, they don’t produce a product and are wrong half the time. They generally have no better outcome than guesswork can produce.
Probably I may have to start considering this to. The only thing that perturbs me though is the fact that some people still keep listening to them when their words should be taken as nothing. Since all they do is guesswork and hoping that one day, they can come tell you something like; 'I told you so', they are just set of craps to me. Only that they always find some excuses to justify their stupidity anyway.
107  Economy / Marketplace / Re: to get the bitcoin should issue a capital? on: February 28, 2018, 03:00:56 PM
Try if you want to play with bitcoin, do not use the money if it is needed. Use casual money. If you have money that is not necessary. Purchase capital for trading and always monitor the market

You can’t get in to the world of the bitcoins or any other crypto coins with such an ease without spending your money. You need to invest some good amount of money first into the world of crypto coins, only then you can expect to have greater profit and can have more number of coins by using your coins very much carefully. You need to invest money if you want to have greater profit at the end.
108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do if the prices down again? on: February 28, 2018, 02:01:53 PM
Second one is a good way of trying to time the market, usually ending (at least with me) is that the price goes up an insane amount and then you'll lose out on all of the profits which you could make. In Crypto, like most investing, can't be timed. You shouldn't try to buy and sell daily, if you think the market is good for the longterm buy now and then see where the markets at in a few months

Don't go ahead and check the price all the time, or the crypto news, or one of those things. Just wait and let the market do its course.
This is the true beauty of digital market. It is unpredictable and volatile. What’s even more admirable is that after a downfall, it is guaranteed the whole market would be recovering soon. And when this happens, all the investors are provided the chance to increase their capital and this takes place time to time. As far as checking out of the value on hourly basis is concerned, it can be depressing during dump and only day traders should do such stuff.
109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: please help me seriously to leave gambling ???? on: February 28, 2018, 01:31:34 PM
Today i realised i am in huge huge trouble due to gambling...i just kept loosing amount in gambling quickly...decided many times to leave gambling but never happened....today i counted that i have lost almost 10 bitcoins in gambling in last 1-2 years and the amount i loose is going to keep on increasing...
i just tried to do every thing but nothing is quiet working...what ever i earn i dont know what to do with them and in some time i loose them again...
i am realising i am in big trouble, already in huge loss what to do... Embarrassed
What I do for me to get rid over gambling was to divert myself in other things that also get my interest like to be in sports also you should have the determination if you really want to quit gambling i know it is so hard to do especially when you are in a community that full of gambling places. I've been there and almost lose everything but i told myself that i should stop set my goals to earn money.

The easiest way to get away from gambling when you are addicted is to take holidays and move out of that city or country if possible or else join your passion in any of the sports or something like that which will change your mind and you will be involved in some other daily activities which will make you much better and keep away from gambling as well.

Yes,i agree with you that it is most effective if we move out to the place which are lots of gambling because once you are a addict it is easy for you to get tempt to gamble over and over again even how much you wanted to quit but since you used to gamble everyday you cannot say no once someone invite you to play. And actually thats what i'm doing right now I move out to my parents place and divert myself into sports like i play volleyball also I go to gym and now i can say i am free of being addict in gambling.
Three things could help a person to give up on gambling. the first one is the change of locality that is not possible for most of the people but if it is made possible for some days such as moving to some other place on temporary basis where there are no casinos at all then it is the most effective way to give up on gamble thing especially if a person is addicted to the house games. The other is that emotional support by the close friends and family members could prove to be a great help.
110  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's the worst trading decision you've ever made? on: February 24, 2018, 09:12:13 AM
We always hear people posting about their awesome trades and/or gains but very rarely hear about the stupid things that people do. With that in mind, let's hear the biggest brainfarts you've had while trading crypto...
My biggest mistake yet was when I invested in an ico, the price went down and I kept holding my coins, I believed in the project but I was afraid to invest more in it since the price went below the ico levels, now some months after, the coin is back at ico levels, if I had invested back then I could be in profits already instead of barely making any money.

Sometimes i feel the same too. When some of my ico coins that i bought suddenly deep. There is always a feeling that i need to buy more because it's too cheap but i'm also afraid that it will not increase in it's price. Now, when i believe in the project i will buy more at low price. We can't win or profit if we are afraid that our money will be gone.
Lesson learned, this is one of the things I will do in the future, but right now I cannot do that since I'm not holding a lot of coins and the only one that is down is bitcoin, I could use fiat to buy it but I'm short of money, so I have no option but to hold and let go of this golden opportunity, however once the price recovers I will begin to look for cheap alts once again.
Most of us would really have that kind of hesitation on which we are afraid specially on the very first time we bought our altcoins. The feeling of pump is there which is it somehow caused by intuition together with analysis that it will pump soon but the hesitation is there. If you are a risk taker then most probably you will end up on buying even more when the price is on dip its our choice if price goes as expected then cherish the profits you have made.
I remembered when I started trading and ended up bumping into some of them on telegram, I really regretted not saving my money in my wallet and watching it grow. They have nothing to offer as far as I know, and one would be better off both learning and making those decisions than allowing someone to give a signal that will only be profitable to them alone as that is what they usually do. Relying on others always make one end up screwed and even badly.
111  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The market fell sharply, what is going on? on: February 24, 2018, 08:34:03 AM
At the moment, we need to have positive news for crypto especially because more people are aware of it now than last year. And its not only btc but other alts as well. I agree with you that crypto is here to stay and all these fuds are just delaying the inevitable fact that crypto will be mainstream
Yeah, positive news right now will really help give a good buying momentum into the crypto environment. For a while now though, I have been getting to see some of this, and it seems the tide of negative news is changing gradually to the positive ones, so that is a good sign that the market may really recover pretty soon. With the segwit adoption that is increasing as users are beginning to see the benefit, then I believe that better days are coming for bitcoin.
112  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying Coins on: February 24, 2018, 08:03:32 AM
If you are looking for the cheapest price try to look for someone near your place who's in need for cash and is willing to sell his bitcoins for it. Here in my country, P2P trade is very common and the prices was even lesser than exchanges. There are exchanges (local) who are confident with their service and is trusted to buy bitcoins and its convenient to the buyers. Try to check it if there's one on your place as I'm sure as bitcoin is getting more popular there must be one in your country.
I wish there is something like this in my place; it would have been so easy to be doing arbitrage locally. Grin Buy from the locals, sell on exchanges and get some profit, go back to buy and keep doing that until you buy everything from them. I am sure at some point, they would have been wondering what was going on. Most people here already know a lot about bitcoin, and would rather sell at exchange prices than give you lesser.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you day trade or prefer a long term hold? on: February 24, 2018, 07:33:17 AM
I have day trading because I think with day trade we can make our asset keep spinning. But I have hold some ETH in my side. I think the day trading or long term trading is same. It's depend to use to choise what we wont. If you not have time to watch coin movement, the best choice is long term. For me a day trade give me some fun, especially when our analysis is have a little wrong and we stuck in some coin.
Day trading and holding will be same only when you are capable of making professional like trading. I mean to say if you are a professional trader then you can find more profits by simply holding any asset.

When you are choosing highly established coin then you can simply hold them otherwise you can trade them more effectively like you can be sure all the times your coin will bounce back whenever you find a downfall. Buying and selling at right opportunity will make more profits than holding.
Day trading is not an easier thing for anyone can do. Only if you are good at trading like predicting market directions then you can go for day trading. But holding for long period will be easier and comparatively it may produce more profits. But all the requirement of holding is, you must choose right coin to hold. Because there are a lot of shitty coins are available everywhere and if you choose one of them and holding them will never get you any differences in your financial system.
114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Selling Bitcoin Over Market Price? on: February 24, 2018, 06:58:13 AM
It is possible to buy Bitcoin and sell it at a higher price than the market price rate. But the thing there is what kind of people would like to buy at a higher rate that is above market price?Well, let me guess– traders or newbies? maybe one of them. I know some exchangers will buy from people at a price below the market price and then sell to others at a higher price rate.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recommendations for Under 1$ Coins on: February 24, 2018, 06:24:22 AM
I would like to invest 2000$ for alt coins under 1$ , my suggestions are these please guide me

Bluzelle
Power Ledger
Request Network
Substram

give your opinions on this and your suggestions?
They are good choices and since you have made your decision after doing some research on them, then you should be fine. The reason I said that is because, it is a huge market and knowing that each market will perform at its own pace when the time comes is what is important but we cannot force it, the most important thing like what you have done, is holding a strong project and believing it gives you the long profit you want.
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do We Need Social Media Promotion on: February 23, 2018, 11:39:15 AM
For a company to be successful, they need to ensure their company is gaining popularity in the market in order to attract more consumers and investors, and thus it is very important to focus on marketing, social media is used widely by a lot of people worldwide, and it is much more easier to reach a wider audience via social media.
Exactly now almost all people are active on social media they use to visit different websites throughout the world so it can be best way to promote something good like bitcoin, you are right now almost all big and well known companies are advertising their goods through social media so I am sure it will be very helpful for the popularity of bitcoin as well. Bitcoin is digital currency and social media user will take good interest and it will be an attractive offer for them to invest in bitcoin currency to get fast and high profit.
117  Economy / Economics / Re: crypto market demand is increasing on: February 23, 2018, 11:04:35 AM

That is at least the biggest news I have heard so far, but it will take a while for all people will forget all of those FUDs that came out recently.
Really good news, but I am not surprised. It happens most times when the market has been beared out and it is time to start rallying for another run, then the media ends up changing their lines from bitcoin being banned all over the world which is not true to bitcoin being adopted hugely and then we see those who panicked before stepping back in so as to quickly buy and then they see how much they have screwed up over time.
118  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coin Fee Info (BTC/ETH) 💰 💰 💰 on: February 23, 2018, 09:57:23 AM
This is really great. You just type the coin of your choice and it brings up the fee for transaction. It’s really great, I have never seen any not like this one. Normally, I don’t check the fee for transaction in coins, I only see them when ever I’m about to make transaction, so this will help in lot of ways. Thanks to the developers.
119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price bubbled? on: February 23, 2018, 08:34:42 AM
You got your answer recently, it seems that at 20k most people tought this was pretty bubbled until 6k where it was undervaluated again Cheesy
Right, a lot of investors decided to cash out when the value kept going up and looking more scary and then a lot of weak hands in the process sold for loss, and then like you said, when the market got so much tapped out, some of the investors started stepping back in for another huge profit in coming months. A cycle we will always keep seeing repeat itself and nothing anyone can do about it. It is a market and it is bound to happen in any market.
120  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I Invest in Bitcoin in 2018? on: February 23, 2018, 08:01:31 AM
Yes, You invest in Bitcoin in 2018, because most popular and profitable one of the crypto currency. Most Bitcoin specialist predicted bitcoin will reach $28000 - 40000 in this year .  countries are start again bitcoin treading.

YES! You should invest now! Start now! because this year will surpass last year price, ad according to many bitcoin speacialist hey predicted that bitcoin will pump in this year, because bitcoin now is support by many countries, getting popular, so that many investors will invest, also us.
I think we cannot assure the price of bitcoin in 2018 because everything is just an speculations some speculation says that bitcoin will rise up to $50,000 at the end of year 2018 but I think it is just a 50% basis we cannot really predict bitcoin price because it is unstable and it can really change any time anywhere.
Asides from the money even growing, it makes any investor to be a part of the future in which only few are able to get a glimpse of right now and some will always at one point come late to the party. Investing in bitcoin is like being certain of a great future, so why would anyone consider something they cannot predict over something that it is worth the risk of taking now, most especially with the lower value.
