103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitConnect Lawsuit has Begun! on: March 03, 2018, 07:55:04 PM
Finally, some of the promoters/advertisers of BitConnect(ponzi schem) like Craig Grant and Trevon James have been brought to justice.

Wouldn't surprise me if that clown Carlos Matos is next on the list Grin .

Here is the Class Action Lawsuit .

All of us have to be careful.
There are many guys who want to catch our money. And first they waits for our mistakes with our safety.
Click some strange links... fill pass on a phishings site etc
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FAKE ICOs Bounties. What to do? on: February 25, 2018, 05:42:57 PM
even god company can scam you just need to choose a good project with a good team and a good roadmap and everything will be ok
It is absolutely impossible to choose an ideal ICO.
Meanwhile even  kids now can paint a roadmap and create a landing page.
We remember ICO's with fake persons and advisors photo. Smiley
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you day trade or prefer a long term hold? on: February 24, 2018, 12:20:08 PM
In my opinion the best strategy for begginers (like me Cheesy) is to hold coin for long term. I tried to trade in short position but not successfully mostly because of lack of experience. Gradually i'm going to start short trading.
It's too difficult to decide....  how I can plan my profit and will it be enough for my routine costs. If someone works and have regular salary he can try HODL for long time.
But some of us need some money now and that's the reason to daytrade or sculping I think.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The new ICO 2.0 concept will prevent scams! on: February 24, 2018, 12:09:18 PM
Vitalik is really a brilliant mind! Amazing idea, hopefully more ICOs will join this concept and if the ICO refuses that, it could be possible red flags pointing out that investors should avoid such projects.
He is not first who is talking about it. But may be Vitalik's opinion turn this process to right way at least.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment in ICO on: February 24, 2018, 12:04:00 PM
The risk of investing in ico is much less than that of altc investment. When the market is extremely bad or good, you can invest the appropriate funds to invest in ico.

Why? What's the difference to invest in alt's before it's ICO or after?
I think invest on alt's traded on some crypto exchange it's more safe than do it on a token not traded and distributed in market.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The new ICO 2.0 concept will prevent scams! on: February 24, 2018, 11:12:42 AM
It will be very useful options I think. It's a step to insurance your funds. As I can see it will be released as smart contracts?
Like an escrow but based on a user polling?
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The new ICO 2.0 concept will prevent scams! on: February 24, 2018, 10:53:36 AM
What do you think of the new ICO 2.0 concept suggested by Vitalik?
https://coincodex.com/article/1329/vitalik-buterin-suggest-improvements-to-ico-model/

ICO funds will be frozen and released at intervals, the users will vote if the funds should be released based on performance.

The first ICO to implement this will be The Abyss.
Sounds great. I hope step by step crypto world turn to some order. It's not about centralization but we will be more protected from scammers.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I will be a millionare by the end of the year on: February 23, 2018, 09:08:02 PM

That is quite an impressive progress you´ve made. ICOs sure are a good investment but some of them try to scam so always do your research. Reinvesting your whole profit is the fastest way to make money but try to do some risk management and invest in 2-3 ICOs at the same time to minimize the risk of loss.
There are many foundations in stock markets offered diversification for your investment. For example they can separate fund and invest on 10-30 different shares and indices. We should use same tactics in crypto I think.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptopia SCAM on: February 23, 2018, 08:54:30 PM
May be you can provide any proofs. Some screenshoots, transactions or anything else? Quite big exchange may be some mistake?

yeah I think so too. Any such strident accusations must have some prove.
Could you show us any screenshots etc?
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Money on: February 18, 2018, 09:47:31 PM
better view the situation, than directly sell token bounty to the market, understand and investigate the future of tokens received from bounty
When you was a part of many ICO companies it's mean you have many different tokens in your wallet. And it's not a simple to decide what we have to do with it. Hodl or sale as soon as possible Smiley
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new bounty campaigns out there? on: February 18, 2018, 09:40:47 PM
There are many telegram channels catch and deliver you a new ICO every day. It's very convenient to find they in Telegram, read their site and come here to their ANN topic
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto users on: February 18, 2018, 09:25:53 PM
In your experience What are the types of users in the crypto world.

IT specialists, students, CEOs, housewives, enthusiasts, glamour hip chicks, engineers, workers and unemployed... all our world Smiley
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The airdrop dilemma on: February 18, 2018, 09:19:23 PM
Over the holiday break I did approximately 80 airdrops.

I went out and checked each one that I completed over the last few days and the results were pathetic.  Almost every single one was a scam and is worth 0.  The few that stuck around had "speed" swaps where you had limited time to swap and even those are worth next to nothing.

Seems as though trading may be a more profitable way about making money in the crypto world.  Did I hit a bad stretch there?  Anyone having airdrop success in late 2017 - early 2018?

I don't do airdrops. I earned most of my coins to bounties and trading. As your post says, you are joining a very bad airdrops. check their project, ann or whitepapers first before joining. then look or the less look scam.
Oh I'm not a billionaire and I have not enough time to research every Airdrops. Smiley
As we know almost all of them bring just pennies. My time is my money.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram ICO is real or fake? on: February 18, 2018, 09:00:39 PM
Telegram is doing an ICO in real life.

But there are also many scammers who are trying to say they are Telegram and spreading fakes. Stay away from anything that is not official because they will scam you.
Right.. there are many groups who invite people in shady "Telegram investors secret pools' Smiley
Even Telegram owner Durov ask to be careful cause all of that groups are stupid scam. Some of that 'secret pool' stole more than 5 mln USD
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is ripple bad/corrupt? on: February 18, 2018, 08:50:21 PM
In fact, Ripple could be a good coin if it had not been centralized. I don't like XRP just because it's too centralized right now. It has excellent functionality and it is already being tested by many world banks! This is good, but it can not be called cryptocurrency now.... IMHO

ripple will always become centralized cryptocurrency and as i know, the banks interested with ripple because this ripple is centralized
so, in my opinion nothing special with ripple
I'm just making a wild guess here, so correct me if I'm wrong. Smiley
Thats right but there is a difference between XRP and Ripple system.
Banks interested in Ripple net but not in XRP
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram ICO is real or fake? on: February 18, 2018, 08:45:19 PM
Hi guys, You can there is a website ton.fund which is rugging ICO for telegram GRAM token (as claimed by the website) User don't have to create an account it can be done through telegram username so it appears like real ICO.
BUT
there is not much info on the internet about it. There are articles stating that its a scam also no authentic info from telegram. Please let me know your opinion on this.

A real ICO on telegram would rise a lot of publicity and lots of talks on this forum. Do you see any of that? Then drawn your own conclusions.

As I know Telegram developers have enough offers from investors... and while we talk about it's ICO guys have got 0,3 bln USD from Roman Abramovich
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is ripple bad/corrupt? on: February 18, 2018, 08:39:12 PM
Ripple (XRP) is a centralized coin so it can be easily manipulated by the banks :/

May be you mean "by  the developers"? As I know banks doesn't store Ripple as deposit Smiley
But you're right when somebody have most part of stoks/tokens/XRP he (they) can make his own 'game'.
