Yes. Sorry. We have been pretty busy. I'll try to make it a priority to be more here. This board is so busy the servers are over loaded regularly. There should be bitbay positions for a few people to keep the thread on page 1 here. That alone would be one of the most important positions in the bitbay team For features this coin stands out. It however is practically unheard of still. This is what I use as the launch forum for the Coin info page on Cryptopia. I first check BTC talk Posting on Bitcointalk is literally a chore for me lol... there's literally no reason to use a non-live form of communication in 2017 in my opinion. Maybe i'm just an ungrateful millenial  That being said we have discussed making this and the BitBay subreddit (which is growing quite nicely!) more of a priority in the future. That all may be true. However this is the jumping board for new investors. Bitbay has gone from top 50 to 150 in a couple of months. I would think that keeping this thread on page 1 of this board would get a lot more attention. If bitbay is as good as we say then all we need is attention. Slack is good but unless you are already interested specifically in bitbay then it brings no new investors. This thread and the main board really could do with more bitbay activity. Agreed. This is usually one of the first places new investors come to see the history of a project. Keeping this thread alive should be a priority not a second thought. Newer is not always better, live does not always trump static. If we ignore the new users, we are lost. I'm one every type of board, forum, slack, reddit, twitter there is but, when I want to learn about a specific project I've just heard about, I come here. This is the historical record. We really should continue to post here. |

Lack of marketing and people knowing about it would be my guess. CHC was super hyped. Scam pumps like what happened with chaincoin, kill the coin longterm, if you have any desire to develop the coin and not just dump it to hopeless noobs, then you don't want what chaincoin had, it's got the label "p&d scam coin of the year". When they were talking about $100 CHC, I dumped it. I don't usually do that this early in the game. MNs aren't a good idea. It just helps the rich get richer. I thought crypto was for everyone, not just for 10 ppl to manipulate like they counterfeit USD... |

So I looked into this coin. The wallet works and syncs on Windows. The block explorer is active. 12 Masternodes are currently running and staking. It appears to be based on Dash/Chaincoin from a look at the source code. This seems like a hidden gem with huge potential based on its similarity to ChainCoin.
Masternode config seems the same as other masternode coins with a collateral of 23,000 coins. That would be a current cost of $179.24 for a masternode (at $0.007793/coin or 283 satoshi/coin).
The problem is the website and branding. There is some link on the homepage that redirects to spyware or something. Does anyone know who controls the website? A simple redo of the website with a new logo and maybe roadmap would launch this coin.
I'm sure there are folks who could volunteer to make a website, logo, etc.

I think the most valuable coin in 2017 is Ethereum, which is considered Bitcoin 2.0 because it has improved many aspects. Besides, its price is now half that of BTC so its development potential is very high Did I just see you say that ETH is half the price of BTC?
