Despite your marketing activity recently, your profit did not increase!

85% loss from ATH since months!

That clearly confirms that you did not make USD 5 million profit within the first years and without marketing! Cheesy
103  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MegaDice SCAM, over 19 BTC stolen on: January 22, 2020, 03:44:18 PM
We wanted initially to post The official untouched AWS logs,
So you have untouched AWS logs and manipulated AWS logs you sent to your partner in crime Curacao eGaming?
104  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MegaDice SCAM, over 19 BTC stolen on: January 22, 2020, 12:26:24 AM
We are in constant and in direct communication with Curacao eGaming Regulator. We are supplying them with the Round Logs, Wallet Operator Logs, and Official Amazon AWS logs. Those logs (Amazon's) reside built-in the Amazon infrastructure, meaning that Amazon could verify its integrity.
The Amazon logs are consistent with our Wallet and Round logs.
My statement referred to the official Amazon AWS logs.

MegaDice are deeply concerned for the privacy of each player, thus posting the Amazon's full logs in this forum would expose private information and other players Data/IPs. This is something we do not want to do.
First you offered to do it with the consent of newalias and after my clarification you withdraw your offer?

Please give us your written consent to post publicly our ACCESS LOGS, which includes your IP and other info about you and also prove that you never stopped gambling.
Looks like you are lying!

If "newalias" would like to get ahold of each and every log, he can contact directly the Official Regulator (Curacao eGaming) and ask them about logs, they get anything they ask  for from us.
Curacao eGaming is a criminal and anonymous venture and not an Official Regulator as you false and misleading claim! Roll Eyes

Curacao does not have any regulator for online games of chance!
105  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MegaDice SCAM, over 19 BTC stolen on: January 21, 2020, 09:12:53 PM
During the legal proceeding the lawyer can request the server logs from AWS directly and then the truth would come to light. Smiley

I am not sure about that, as I do not know their setup. If they just use EC2 or something like that, the logs are saved only on their own server.
AWS is based in the US and has to store the server logs for a while by laws. The lawyer can request it with a subpoena if necessary.

But first Megadice needs to prove that you continued to play, what I have not seen so far.

I only have seen code every coder could write with hands. Maybe that is why they needed so long to answer! Grin

Megadice is obligated by Curacao online casino laws to store your betting history for a while and forward it on request.

Where are the server logs?

Here is info about Amazon EC2

Quote
The Amazon EC2 instances in your Elastic Beanstalk environment generate logs that you can view to troubleshoot issues with your application or configuration files. Logs created by the web server, application server, Elastic Beanstalk platform scripts, and AWS CloudFormation are stored locally on individual instances. You can easily retrieve them by using the environment management console or the EB CLI. You can also configure your environment to stream logs to Amazon CloudWatch Logs in real time.

Newalias already agreed.

The attached logs are taken directly from our AWS server, which is were the slotgames are. Logs are taken from that server, and also we are open to give on public the IPs, User Agent of each and every call that this user made.

I agree on that.

Casinomia.io operates illegal without valid license because the usage right contract between Abudantia B.V. and 8048/JAZ license holder is invalid because the key terms and conditions "under its supervision and responsibility" are intentionally not fulfilled!

110  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: HitBTC scam! on: January 18, 2020, 02:22:55 PM
Today about 9 hours ago I also had this KYC issue. Account is registrered 2 years ago but at that time I only made few transactions with them and it was about 2 years ago. Yesterday I made a deposit to Hitbtc for about 1100USDT, 9 hours ago tried to withdraw it and got a KYC request from them. I uploaded pictures of my drivers licence, selfie, name, address and phone number. I didn't write them anything about that and decided to wait. Now 9 hours later my account is verified and made another withdraw to Binance and it also arrived. So I would not say that Hitbtc is a scam.
What are the HitBTC receiver account details?

Signature spammers promoting illegal and criminal online casinos not trusting online gaming consumer protection service is a good sign for Game Protect! Smiley

113  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitcasino.io DOESN'T PAY 1,149 BTC on: January 17, 2020, 01:51:36 PM
Hello,

I've been in talks with our security team about this case and we've recently been in touch with the user by email.

User has breached the rule 5.19 from our T&C's:

Quote
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are using the “Double Spend“ methodology, Bitcasino.io shall void all bets and winnings. Specifically, if you win, then confirm your deposit on the Blockchain and attempt to withdraw, all winnings will be confiscated and your account will be closed permanently. We shall also exercise this right where similar activities are attempted from any connected accounts.

From our side this case is considered to be closed.

Cheers,
Karl
Bitcasino.io
What is the accusation?

A) Used "Double Spend" methodology

B) Similar activities are attempted from any connected accounts

114  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITCOINRUSH CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK - Best Margins - Est. 2013 on: January 16, 2020, 09:43:16 PM
Can you trust your documents with such company?
What is the name of the company?

Game Protect received a huge scam report in regard to Bitcoinrush, so no I can not trust!

This is exactly my hesitation

Company is Bitcoinrush.io
Bitcoinrush.io is a domain, not a company.
115  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xBit.com - Betting, Bitcoin Sportsbook, Casino web-site| ONLINE SPORTS BETTING! on: January 16, 2020, 07:15:24 PM
I see that you promote Cloudbet on your website, a site that contacted me and that my team elected NOT to include in our ranking because on many bad reviews online...
If players or bettors register its Cloudbet account with Game Protect, then they have consumer protection service inclusive.

Means if a customer will get scammed by Cloudbet then we will enforce the money through legal channels if necessary on our expenses.

I can not follow your logic, because if you do not accept operators because of bad reviews, then it does not make any sense to accept 1xbit.com.

There are a ton of bad reviews about 1xbit.com online!
116  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xBit.com - Betting, Bitcoin Sportsbook, Casino web-site| ONLINE SPORTS BETTING! on: January 16, 2020, 03:07:26 AM
Could you share with us the 2 last complains for example and the date it was reported ?
The last 1xbit.com scam was reported 3 days ago.

Account holder won a bet of around 500 mBTC. 2 minutes after the bet was settled, account was blocked, and now can't login.

Support wrote the following email and stopped communicating:

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

Many of the other victims received the same email. They even do not say why they stop the collaboration or what Terms and Conditions were breached!

OneCoin is a scam because it does not have a blockchain to transfer its coin!

With the logs of his internet provider he can prove that he was not logged in at megadice.com when the losing bets were made.
