on the other hand i just received an email from minex saying to complete all kyc/aml (did that and passed a long time ago) and to choose your delivery method - can't find that option anywhere?
I also have received an email like yours and when I log in my account on minexpay.com so all information is correct and successfully passed though KYC/AML and also delivering address . я пользуюсь интернетом с 1998 года и первый раз слышу о какой-то квитанции за интернет, вы в каком веке и где ее видели вообще?
Меня этот бред тоже поражает, квитанции за оплату это практика из сша и некоторых стран европы, когда тебе по почте в конвертике приходят счета на твой адрес и имя. Почему не учитываются особенности других стран? Чем например не устраивает связка паспорт + загран паспорт + права + свидетельство о рождении ? Это требования компании которая проводит верификацию, наш саппорт может только дать какие то рекомендации про прохождению КУЦ, пожалуйста учитывайте этот факт. |

А у верификаторов маразм крепчал - перезалить другой паспорт (загран, айдикарту) невозможно, соответственно не может быть принята прописка с внутреннего паспорта, устал, верните монеты, заявка отправлена в саппорт. Геморой длительностью в 3 суток  Что бы перезалить другой паспорт, нужно отправить заявку к нам на почту. А подтверждение адреса не должно быть старше трех месяцев. |

(translated from Russian) Regarding MinexPay cards- The first series of cards will most probably be Mastercard.
- We are not disclosing the card issuer yet.
- You can expect the details on the bank (issuer bank?) to be released over the course of the next several days.
- Card deliveries will be made from Kiev, Ukraine.
- We are 98% sure that cards will be sent out this month, however, it is possible that there will be a one week’s delay between the day the cards are sent out and the day they can be activated.
- We are still considering different courier delivery services.
- Direct legal arrangements with Visa or Mastercard has never been a part of our plan. All agreements will be signed with affiliate.
- With the launch of cards, your personal account on minexpay.com will allow operations with web-wallet.
- Prior to launch the app is going through the regulator’s tests. (Regarding question about cybersecurity)
- There will be both VISA and MC cards.
Instabuy- Coins for Instabuy are «borrowed» from the ICO/Bounty account, and, as such, need to be returned. Buybacks will happen.
- It’s not yet time for buybacks.
- Taking into account the last transactions, so-far around 80k coins have been bought through Instabuy, 27k of them on the Saturday-Sunday night. This was the situation that caused the dump. There’s no such possibility any more.(fixed)
- Instabuy caused the amount of card orders to rise threefold.
- Q: Why not link Instabuy to card addresses only?

General- Rebranding is only the change of visual and verbal representation (image?) of the project. There will be no changes to the essence of the project.

- Please, don’t «harassing» the support team so much. Their nervous system needs some rest as well.

But yes. If there is anybody that mines the bank gets no fees. but without mining this POW blockchain is dead anyway. So it does not matter that the bank wont get any fees....
That's really not that big problem, they could lower diff and mine it by themself and secure blockchain. Bigger problem is that we are under 2$ now and team is not doing anything about delivering on their promises! The project has never been aimed at the sky-high price, we position ourselves as a global payment system in the future. At the moment, we are focused on cards, and working on it. |
