101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ETC] Ethereum Classic: Immutable Smart Contracts on: October 11, 2017, 05:44:47 PM
Although many people are ignoring Ethereum Classic, but I think ETC is still promising, we can see the market share that has reached more than 1 billion USD. I expect next year the price to reach at least $ 25.

I'm not saying that the price of Ethereum Classic will not reach $25 or maybe $250, but don't forget that it is only altcoin of altcoin.. For sure it will be very difficult and to reach so high level and first ETH have to grow hard.

Altcoin of altcoin? ETC is the original, ETH comes from ETC.

Did I miss something?

Charts on Coinmarketcap show that activity of ETH is much longer than activity of ETC..

The way the hard fork in Ethereum is supposed to work is that it’s a branch that separates from the main block chain at a particular point (in this case right before the DAO attack). Up until that point (block 1,920,000) the old chain and the new chain is the same, but immediately after the hard fork, the two chains become completely different entities. The new chain was named “Ethereum” or “ETH” for short. https://blockgeeks.com/guides/what-is-ethereum-classic/

why do you think its called ethereum classic? Smiley

are there active development projects for ETC?

there is nothing dude

You should really research a bit before saying such stuff. Roll Eyes

Yeah i think they must be blind or something, follow etc on twitter, "active developtment projects" they are multiple, if im not mistaken 3 different dev teams are working.

Next time before posting anything make sure you at least check etc twitter, that doesnt require any research.

ohnyeah , three team who are not agree on what to develop... really nice

no, they each are developing different projects which makes developtment for etc faster

Is there a way to send stox token back to ETH wallet from etc wallet?

Don't think so..

GOLEM NETWORK AIRDROP

At Golem, we believe that tokens are most useful when they are as widely distributed as possible. In the case of a worldwide supercomputer, a wide distribution is also critically important for network security. Unfortunately, not everyone has the time, opportunity, and technical proficiency necessary to get into the earliest moments of a token generating event. How then can a given token find its way into more hands?

In GNT’s case, 7% has already been set aside from the total issuance, ready to be distributed by an automatic airdrop. That is, now every address on the Ethereum blockchain that has a balance over a minimum threshold of 0.1 ETH will receive a share of this 7% that is proportionate to their share of ETH.

For every 1 ETH that you hold, you can recieve proportionate 390 GNT tokens as an airdrop. Existent GNT holders will also benefit from this airdrop, for every 1 GNT that you already have, you can recieve 0.3 GNT.

CLAIM AIRDROP

Token sales do take significant value out of ETH, often (but not always) without giving much back; a number of token projects present this problem in a significant way. Even though Golem doesn’t, due to its unique economic construction, with this airdrop gesture we also wish to underline the topic of incentive alignment with the entire Ethereum community.

Through our history with Ethereum, we have done our best to encourage an approach of simultaneous generosity and conservativism. This approach has worked well for us, but it is by no means perfect for everyone. We acknowledge that many people who have wanted to be involved with our projects have been unable due to one reason or another.

Still, we believe that introducing to a few hundred thousand account holders decentralized sharing economy of computing power will ultimately make the network stronger, and we hope it will create interest in Golem and its underlying mechanisms as a new, complimentary construction to Ethereum.

Thank you for your attention,
Golem Team

Anyways esat dzirdējuši par next btc hardforku? laikam BTC gold, iespējams, ka to varētu normāli noflipot

Par nodokļiem runājot, vari jau it kā atrast pircējus, kas maksā naudu uz rokas..

Kādu laiku atpakaļ arī biju rakstījis vidam par nodokļiem un saņēmu šādu atbildi, var būt kādam interesē -

110  Economy / Gambling / Re: Need a developer for a Gambling site! on: September 24, 2017, 10:06:28 PM
Needs a partner or developer for  a gambling site.

We will both be the admins. You need to design the site and I will invest  Cheesy

Any Great developer around ?

One question though, what would you be bringing to the table other than money. A developer could also opt to create the site on his own and search for investors on his own aswel.

you just answered your own question.

Op how much are you willing to invest? in order to make dice site you must have a decent bankroll, hopefully you have more than 3-5k to invest. If you cant find a dev until mid october I might be able to help.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Siacoin - speculation on: September 20, 2017, 02:50:30 PM
To be fair when I created this topic I was really hyped about siacoin and i did sold my siacoins at 500 satoshi, I was about to rebuy, but this time it just doesnt feel right anymore, lack or marketing, lack of updates, as the reply above mine already said looks like they are focused on other stuff

I believe there will be a pump again, but i dont think it will be that soon, could be wrong, because siacoin is really easy to pump and twice as easy to dump, ill just stay out of siacoin for good
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ETC] Ethereum Classic: Immutable Smart Contracts on: September 19, 2017, 05:36:35 PM
I really think to dump my bags, i see no future for ETC ... 9$ ...

Do it

LOL... that's exactly what I was about to say. He should go ahead and sell it all, then strike off the head on wall after few days. Grin

Friendly advice man, it just isn't the right time to sell ETC, its way under-valued right now.

after few days ... lol.. dont worry, i will sell at 17, there is no future with ETC. You are all waiting for ETH POS for etc to pump, this is a proof of that ETC is weak .

Why? I think ETH PoS will be long time away.

thats what ETC fanboys are all waiting for , they think miners will switch to ETC when ETH goes POS

You could argue with "waiting something to happen" to all cryptos, everything here is just a speculation and we will see what happens in the future Smiley

ETC will continue like this. It will not win. Btc needs to be calm. Very aggressive. Even the big news do not affect the coins anymore. I think the market is full. You need to be more careful when investing.

I bought etc at 2usd so i dont care that much, but im not planning to sell it anytime soon either.

118  Economy / Auctions / Re: Rollin.io (BTC casino) is now for sale! on: August 30, 2017, 01:33:17 PM
Very high price for such a cheap looking website, you better have huge traffic otherwise its nowhere near your price.
119  Economy / Gambling / Re: Another dice site - Dice That Makes You Poor (not really) on: August 09, 2017, 07:38:02 PM
It was done in 5 hrs Tongue it's not a serious site actually. Was just bored Cheesy it even uses 999dice as back-end
Done in just 5 hours, you seem quite good at coding or atleast at cloning sites. 999dice as back-end  Huh What you mean by this, aren't you paying payouts from your pocket?

Deposits are usually credited instantly. Sometimes they might need one confirmation.
Anyway, got this notice on deposit page what does this mean.

What is the maximum amount anyone can bet/won on site?

If this site was really done in just few hours than I like your work.
Yea, I'm not paying from my pocket. Signed msg anyways.
Deposits are instant. Sometimes, like when you give it low fee, 999dice waits for one confirmation.
Minimum bet: 0 BTC
Maximum bet: payout shouldn't exceed 40 BTC

You only have 1 bitcoin dude. Cheesy How will you pay wins that exceed that amount?

He already said that he isn't really serious about this website and that already makes users sceptical, i highly doubt that anyone would even try to achieve that kind of an amount of btc there.. you can even ignore "Maximum bet: payout shouldn't exceed 40 BTC" in this case based on his previous texts
