I just joined there but didn't get that free 1 m BTC, so all the 50 slots have been taken in just 15 minutes? Wow.  If you dont get the free 1m BTC now it doesnt mean that all the 50 slot was already taken before you join their site cause their representative stated that the reward (1mBTC) will manually be credited to the participants account which I believe will take some business days before it will be executed. Requested a withdrawal and they paid me out in less than 3 hours. Pretty quick for a site that doesn't do instant withdrawals. It it a pretty nice site overall though with a wide range of games 3 hours is certainly acceptable. I am curious about the amount? Often smaller amounts are often paid out quickly. That does not mean, however, that this cannot be done with large amounts. they probably watch and assess it per customer profile. |

So i deposit 25mbtc and after 6 confirmations , my balance is 0!!! And deposit address is updated like if the deposit were credited. WTF IS THIS?  ? That is a very strange. Be careful with this, it's a double-edged sword. I wouldn't be going under that path if I was you. Better to consider halting users' withdrawals until they have more than 3 confirmations. You don't have to implement anything special and you are good to go. I think it is not necessary to wait for confirmation from the network for 3 confirmations. 2 shouldn't be necessary either. Isn't 1 confirmation on the blockchain enough to prevent fraud with transactions? |

You can play it safe by only accepting free bets, sometimes you see them when a site just opens to let customers try their site. they are risk free.

We may update our KYC rules to state that KYC is mandatory only if you deposit 1000 EUR or more. We don't want any fraud going with our casino (i.e. bonus system abuse) so we keep right to request KYC -- you're right about that. Just want to clarify this before you implemented. I think it's the other way around? I think it should be withdraw right? since what if we deposit a $100 and might won a jackpot worth $100,000 technically we can withdraw it since the value we only deposit is $100. Is it 1000 EUR limitation is a bit small? To think that there are players which do make deposits of 1BTC or even more considering on the value then it would really be that small for the limit. and with this kind of rules where asking out some KYC after you deposit 1k will not really make some interest or most likely gamblers specially high rollers will really see this one not interesting. Unless if this is some sort of typo or a real one then that will really be a problem for some specially whale bettors but for us small time gamblers then this wont be an issue. About on sites design then its a bit simple but i do still like it rather than with those fancy colors. There are situations that last much longer than 20 hours. Have they not given an explanation via the helpdesk (live chat)? Perhaps there are a lot of payment requests at the moment. I hope for you that they are not going to start about teaching etc. to stretch it. |

Quick update, i posted a complaint on AskGamblers about it and 24h later my account is now verified and unlocked coincidence ?  but it's solved now after almost 40 days it seems that they do have the necessary influence on that site there. just a pity it took so long before you got access again. anyway, it was resolved in the end. |

If you don't have much money to spend, low limits aren't really a big deal. And you can't lose a lot of money this way, so having low limits has its advantages.
