Well that is too bad. it is very highly unlikely that someone who ever owns that address will send you back your money just because of honesty. And if that someone is truly honest and want to give back the money how would that someone trust that you were really the person who sent the money to him? Sure you can provide logs of the transaction but logs can also be copied somewhere else. I would say by by for your money now if it was really your money. I would suggest to just move on and try to earn it back through legal stuff and may it be a lesson for you to double / triple check the address before sending anything. Sometimes learning experience comes with a hefty price and your were just hit with it.
If the guy sees this and wants to send the money back. He can send it to the same address where he received it.

Stock market returns are 10% annually at best. Subtract 2% due to the inflationary economy of fiat and you've got just 8% if you're lucky... more like 4-6% normally.

I applied three times to the Bitlogic campaign only to have my post deleted for no apparent reason every time. Here is the proof: https://i.imgur.com/OLF05Is.pngYou clearly see where my posts were deleted and there is no explanation by LoyceV, the one who deletes them.
Why are my posts getting deleted and no other users? What makes my account not qualify to get accepted into the campaign? Why do you continue deleting my application without a reason? Maybe you will find an answer on this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1777744.msg25502582#msg25502582So, if you don't want to give a free promotion for his service with your profile, you shouldn't apply once more. Nope. 1) I am not on that blacklist. 2) Are you saying my posts aren't qualified? I mean I speak multiple languages, but my English is on point.

Ladies and gentlemen, 1 bitcoin is now $10000.. Congratulations! ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F4zW23yP.jpg&t=663&c=luYanCsxVWxsMQ) Yeah, congratulation everyone and to all bitcoin holders they are the one who is absolutely happy now because they got their profits in holding. Just hold your bitcoin it is not yet the year end it will increase for sure. Yes it is official! 10k is just the first tiny step though. It's actually a blip compared to what the price will be long term so buckle up and get ready for the ride. Buy as much BTC as you can right now because there will not be much of it left as the years pass. It is going to become harder and harder to buy more BTC so the demand is going to cause the price to skyrocket.

Can any person teach me what is fiat?Is fiat also cryptocurrency?A lot of instances someone in this forum is speaking about fiat and I every single time seem wtf what is that?I always feel that they think about fiat auto but I now see that they dont.
I think when more people, institutions, organizations and companies will be accepting bitcoins then there will be no need of fiat and people will discard it automatically. In short bitcoin can replace fiat in future but it will take some time around 30-40 years ahead to reach to that limit. Time it will take but surely we will be seeing a cashless society in future. Hope for the best for bitcoins. That's right, everything depends on the user, the government are just the people help smooth the popularity of FIAT or something, but they can't stop the demand of all people in the world. Someday, if Bitcoin's really becomes the world's currency, we don't need to care Bitcoin can't replace FIAT. Absolutely yes, bitcoin can't replace fiat throughout the country. Each country has its own fiat money which is very important for paying transactions like on some ordinary stores. I would say bitcoin will be used only on highly developed countries or places with fully developed internet connections and to those placed didn't developed internet may used fiats money as an alternate paying transactions. Bitcoin is already replacing FIAT and it is clear the consequences that are happening for FIAT because of this now. BTC is becoming worth more and more because less and less people are believing in the current financial system that uses FIAT money to control the masses by squashing any sort of economic competition by inflating the value of the economy even more.

There is a better solution far better than localbitcoin. To be honest it is the place I will go to sell some Bitcoins. The majority of people are using cryptos exchanges such as Kraken, Bitstamp, GDAX, and so on. It takes a couple of seconds to sell and 2-3 clicks to request a bank transfer that you receive 24 hours later. It is far better than LocalBitcoin in a lot of points.
I still will vouch for localbitcoin website because you will receive almost money to your bank account almost instantly with the help of "unified payment interface" that my county had implemented recently. For other exchange platforms, you will have to wait for at least 24 hours and the fees is also high. In localbitcoin platform, I often see offers which are a little higher than the market price. The services you have mentioned may be good but certainly not better than localbitcoin platform. actually all the same according to me. which distinguishes only the fee and how long the transaction time. now depends on each individual want to choose what kind. There are also other options on localbitcoins as well man. You can meet someone in person. I don't live in the city, but could meet someone there.. There are also Bitcoin ATMs that have options of buying and selling. That is the best option because you do not have to give up privacy. If they ask for your number it is just for verification purposes and info on your txn.

In his latest visit to his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, where he hosts a casual event for business students, one of the attendees asked Warren Buffett a question about Bitcoin. As a clarification, Buffett went on to say that cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin are “a very effective way of transmitting money, and you can do it anonymously and all that”, but it doesn’t mean much in the grand scheme of things: “A check is a way of transmitting money, too.
Are checks worth a whole lot of money just because they can transmit money?”. He finished his statement with a harsher criticism of Bitcoin, saying that the “idea that [it] has some huge intrinsic value is just a joke, in my view”.
The fact that he's trying to compare BTC with a check in value transmission actually shows his ignorance when it comes to the technology behind cryptocurrencies. In the grand scheme of things, it's really the system behind the check that's becoming irrelevant. It's inefficient and it's costly in its own way. Doesn't he also see that banks are starting to do R&D on distributed ledgers? He's old but I hope he'll have enough time to think deeply about BTC and have his own aha moment. These old people are going to say whatever they can to try and hold onto whatever wealth they have left. Or maybe he just is a complete idiot and doesn't understand the value of BTC. This is huge because he made a lot of money, but from centralized systems so he is an expert on greed. People who don't know compassion and cooperation, don't get Bitcoin that's just what it comes down to.
