FAC is still frozen on Poloniex because there is a shortage of about 500,000 FAC in the wallet. This is because someone--who evidently knew what they were doing--deposited that amount on the wrong block chain, dumped it, and took the BTC. They only made off with about 0.83 BTC, so I can cover that, but I will need to roll back the trades that occurred during the dump.
The only other option would be if someone wants to sell me 500,000 FAC for at 166 satoshis. I doubt someone would want to, but the offer stands until I roll back the trades.
So if i deposited bitcoin to poloniex and bought cheaply during the fork, whats gonna happen to my btc and fac? |

we're really busy with the coin, don't really have the time to go over the talk in the forum
can anybody please make sure poloniex and nxt-e stop trading
if we do fix it, the blockchain will be reverted and all current fac transactions destroyed
if we don't, the coin is dead and all the coins are destroyed as well

REMOVE YOUR BUY ORDERS, ALL OF THEM. I don't know if Busoni (dev of Poloniex) has stopped FAC deposits.
My fear is that people can sell for BTC now, and when Busoni rollbacks to the past blockchain (before fork), everyone will have their coins back in their wallet.
I've never actually went through a fork like this, but I do know DOGE and WDC have forked in the past. I don't know about what happens to trading on exchanges. Buy at your own risk.

lmao. It just requires some new hardcoded checkpoints in a new updated wallet. Nothing to worry about. I would personally try to buy as much as possible at those rates haha might be a small technical issue, but due to the nature of cryptographic currencies and the promise to be absolutely secure and reliable in themselves, this could mean a huge hit to the confidence of the people. dev should make a clear statement very soon |

with your pr strategy i have more faith in what you don't post in irc, twitter or ann thread I just update people on what the developer has told me that he's doing. You want me to spam people twitter walls, to spam ANN thread with: "Developer just answered and said he's doing this X" 5 times per hour?  Also, I have proved what can @ThisWeeksCoin make ( Speaking from promoting point ) We got a lot of attention, before we "launched". That should be a proof on how good we can promote a coin. Find me just 1 coin which gathered near 50BTC IPO in 4.5 days.
