Correct, the seller has their coins frozen so if the buyer can prove payment has been sent correctly, the coins can be sent to the buyer and the seller would most likely be punished.

Thanks for the advice. From my own experience, there reaches a point where you have to trust someone to stay liquid and trade. But redundant wallets sound like a good idea, cheers for that.

I've bought with paypal because the seller knew me in person but was abroad. Great between people you trust, terrible otherwise.
