101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This makes sense or not? on: September 12, 2022, 08:12:44 AM
Hi Fam, I am new to crypto investment and crypto mining, I have a plan in mind with this upcoming merge, just tell me if it's bad or not, I plan to sell all my bags after the merge because I believe there will be a massive sell off, and I will buy back at a lower price, is this making sense or not.
Merge events will indeed happen but what do you mean by that massive sale and you have no source what you are saying here I don't know for sure and it is still a mystery to everyone to really know what will happen after the merge event this . So be prepared and always alert to do something with the assets you have so that there is no risk of big losses with the assets you own, keep looking for accurate information about this.
102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing for a real Assets on: September 12, 2022, 07:14:23 AM
When you say real asset is money in your pocket, I think Bitcoin is also asset, just like you have money in your pocket, the only difference I think is, Bitcoin is in digital form which cannot be grasped or felt with skin unlike money in a pocket that you can hold and feel with leather, but the meaning and purpose is the same both have value to use when you really need it in the future.
103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is your bitcoin hero (excluding Satoshi)? on: September 12, 2022, 06:21:33 AM
Who is your bitcoin hero?

Who do you look up to in this space, or think is the most amazing person within the bitcoin world?

I think Sirius - Martti Malmi is mine. Here's a kid still in college who risked for a venture that he wouldn't know would work. He was willing to be open with others across the world. He lost bitcoin trying to be honest, as far as I can tell, with others when running the first exchanges.

For me personally there are no Bitcoin heroes and from the list of names you mentioned above I don't recognize them, I think Bitcoin heroes are all communities involved in holding Bitcoin with its presence from the past until now Bitcoin is growing and continues to grow until now. So basically no one is a hero in Bitcoin other than the original creator (Satoshi Nakamoto) and the entire Bitcoin community.
104  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: cheapest and safest way to buy bitcoin on: September 12, 2022, 06:09:29 AM
Actually buying using Payoneer is not a problem, but the problem is whether they have permission when one of the users wants to buy bitcoin using Payoneer in the regulations in that country. I think it's better for you to exchange it for fiat money first to make it easier for you, after that you look for a cryptocurrency exchange that is already widely available for you to buy Bitcoin, so maybe you will be safe in buying Bitcoin.
105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some say Bitcoin is dead but Bitcoin is not dead on: September 06, 2022, 07:51:04 AM
Many people say Bitcoin is dead from the past until now FUD about Bitcoin is dead is always heard over and over again including the person who made a thread a few days ago here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5411824.0 , I don't think Bitcoin is will never die, it's just that Bitcoin is in price correction for the future it will be even better.

I think people like those who spread FUD saying Bitcoin is dead maybe they want to take the opportunity to drop Bitcoin and after making everyone panic to sell it, those people have the opportunity to buy and hold it for the long term.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does altcoins actually have the potentials of generating benefits to investors? on: September 05, 2022, 09:40:03 AM
As a beginner into the trading business, I'm always scared of putting my money into altcoins but I do hear some people talk about how they make profits altcoins.

So I decided to come here to seek the views of experienced traders on the potentials of altcoins.
If you are a beginner and want to invest in Altcoins, you should look for someone who really understands Altcoin trading, because if you only hear from someone without hands-on practice, it is a very big risk in my opinion. In crypto exchanges you need instincts that must be understood and also algorithms in market movements so that you can understand them there.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help me choose on: September 05, 2022, 08:51:03 AM
I don't want you to be disappointed with the three altcoins you pointed out, now is a bear market not the time for you to invest in it, I see a lot of people get caught up in risk in this bear market, if you really want to invest better with coins already having a name like Bitcoin or Etherum or Cardano maybe you can choose from those three coins, even if right now is a bear market going on, at least you can keep it long term until you actually see ATH in the future.
108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cheap Bitcoin tx fees! on: September 05, 2022, 08:34:34 AM
Maybe this is one of the factors behind the decline in Bitcoin prices and the occurrence of a bear market, many people prefer to hold their assets so that there are not many transactions so the costs are low. I think this is the best moment for people who often make Bitcoin transactions so they don't incur a lot of fees that they use when transactions occur.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: An article on how to be a Bitcoin maximalist on: September 05, 2022, 07:59:47 AM
Bitcoin maximalism is also a bit of a misnomer, as Bitcoin is not the first project to build a decentralized cryptocurrency. That said, this is the most successful attempt so far, fueling Bitcoin maximalists' beliefs about how Bitcoin will offer everything investors, companies and everyday users need. It is the digital currency of the future capable of monopolizing the future cryptocurrency industry. That might seem impossible on paper and a rather toxic attitude towards cryptocurrencies, although Bitcoin's maximalism is a bit more nuanced.
110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS NOT DEAD! on: September 05, 2022, 07:17:38 AM
From the past until now many people have stated and assumed that bitcoin was dead but in fact Bitcoin still exists today. All Fuds about bitcoin are dead, in my opinion, there are a lot of people who buy and hold Bitcoin so there is a big bubble, making the price higher and until now Bitcoin is still there but still in correction.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should newbies Invest in new Projects on: September 04, 2022, 09:56:01 AM
For beginners, you should not invest in new projects, because in my opinion many new projects offer and promise profits on their websites or white papers they make for everyone who invests in their projects, over time and many people invest to buy their tokens then the brand pretends to be silent after that it runs away and the tokens you invest are worthless. This is just a suggestion, if you want to invest better with projects that are already listed on the exchange, that way you don't risk losing big money in the future.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Keep or sell ethereum before the merge? on: September 04, 2022, 09:32:04 AM
Do your best for your decision or you should look for information that you really believe in, because if you have doubts about this, you will miss out on this best moment. In my opinion Ethereum is the best coin I have ever seen, for something like this you better keep it because I believe once the merger starts 2.0 Ethereum the cost will be very cheap and everyone will definitely hunt for Etherum after that the price will definitely go up. Of course this is just my opinion, all your decisions will be decisive and it is the best thing you can take for your future investment.
113  Other / Archival / Re: A bit of history: What the first bitcoin exchange looked like on: September 04, 2022, 09:06:52 AM
I'm still too new to the issue of Bitcoin trading history at this time, after seeing this I understand a little about this history, but I only heard a little about MT.GOX trading, it's just that I never followed developments about this at that time. . After a long time I just found out about the history of bitcoin exchange for the first time I think this is very interesting.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have started teaching Bitcoin to my Neighbors on: September 04, 2022, 08:24:59 AM
I think this is the best way to provide understanding and introduce bitcoin to your neighbors, especially they look very young whose understanding is very easy to catch the discussion you have talked about Bitcoin. Continue to do so that they truly believe that Bitcoin is very important for the development and excellent insight about Bitcoin and crypto in the future, especially in this era of increasingly sophisticated technology so that they can help you convince everyone in your area to understand Bitcoin and how to use bitcoins.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Coin and Token on: September 03, 2022, 09:24:41 AM
Hello everyone,
Please I would like to know the real difference between a coin and a token as it has to do with blockchain technology.

Thanks in advance for your kind response.
Sometimes there are certain terms in the crypto world that are commonly used in the real world, but have a different form from physical objects, such as coins and tokens. The difference with these 2 options you can listen to below.

Coins: Coins are crypto assets that have their own blockchain. This asset is a crypto currency that is created using encryption techniques so that it can be stored for a long time.
Token: A token is an access of a decentralized application built on a blockchain system. Tokens also have a market value, but technically they are not a currency.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which meme coin is your favourite on: September 03, 2022, 09:11:08 AM
Between Baby Doge and Shiba inu which one do you feel is right for long term hold? Is there any fan of Baby Doge here? Do you think Baby doge can bring better gains than Shiba already did in near future.
For the meme coin recommendation you mentioned above, I'm not interested in the meme coin, because the meme coin is not good for long term investment in the future, but if it's short term and only taking temporary profits this might look good. Coin memes like BabyDoge and Shibainu in my opinion don't have good potential for future development because many of these big whales set traps to lure everyone into buying after everyone is caught in one big net there will definitely be a big dump that will happen later.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Solana(SOL) price could reach an average of $60 in 2023 ???? on: September 03, 2022, 08:42:12 AM
The price of SOL in 2023 is unpredictable because it all depends on the demand of everyone in the market and if the market is still in a bear situation in 2023 then SOL will be harder and harder to reach $60 in 2023, let's see if 2023 will reach ATH or not. So always do your own research and never invest the money you have if you are not sure about this.

BTC won't survive in 2022
Many people like you don't like Bitcoin and spread FUD about Bitcoin from the past until now that bitcoin will die, but the reality is not proven and it looks like Bitcoin still exists, because all of that is a lie.

Why use bitcoin when there are more promising cryptocurrencies? XRP, Monero or BSV for example
I laugh at you, cryptos like XRP, Monero or BSV do they still survive without Bitcoin. I think all crypto will never live without Bitcoin, because Bitcoin is the heart of all crypto.
119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I Disliked Bitcoin on: September 03, 2022, 05:40:15 AM
I've known Bitcoin since 2012 but started using it in 2019, though it was still for payments (funding and withdrawal) of online Forex trading, nothing more because I was careful to deal with something that might aid illegality. I later discovered that I was naive at that time, the latest development/revolution in Bitcoin made me ever feel bad and I had lost a lot of opportunities in the past to this.
When you have seen and feel that you are losing a lot of your assets on Forex why do you continue, you should think about looking for another trade and move your assets there, that way you will not lose a lot of assets that you had in that time. Never blame Bitcoin for the risk you get at that time, because it is purely your own fault, before investing you should see and understand which market is good to invest in Bitcoin.

120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most trusted stable coin currently (in your opinion)? on: September 02, 2022, 09:41:47 AM
I think it's true that using USDC and BSUD as a pair is safer than using USDT which is not transparent in terms of auditing, regulation and underlying storage, as stablecoins like Tether (USDT) are said to be at higher risk because they are less trustworthy. Although USDT has US dollars as its base, it is held in less reliable offshore banks and USDT is not audited regularly. This is in contrast to Binance USD (BUSD) which the company audits every month to make sure the money in the bank is equal to the BUSD in circulation. Meanwhile, USD Coin (USDC) follows United States regulations and cooperates with banks and auditors to be audited every month.
