101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung has now entered the cryptocurrency world on: May 16, 2018, 05:14:07 PM
For sure this is really a good news for us and also in the community of bitcoin, as they will make a mining rig for Samsung and in our population now we have a lot of people who are using Samsung phones which really can benefit them. Also, this is a start and soon big companies like Apple, Nokia, and other phone companies will start making one too compete with there competitors. This is just nature in a business and this really will benefit us and bitcoin will be recognized more and more.
102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This guy has lost 103 Bitcoins on: May 16, 2018, 04:48:16 PM
I feel very sorry to the guy, If he hasn't lost it he would be a millionaire right now and enjoying his life, but then he lost it and never recovered it again. I do think that this happens and sometimes it happens for a reason God controls your life so if he did not lose the bitcoin maybe there will be something will happen to his life or bad happen but we really don't know. If I was the guy it would be really sad and disappointing but everything happens for a reason and what he can only do is to move on and keep earning with bitcoin.
103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: May 16, 2018, 03:59:53 AM
Not sure why Boston Celtics are not in the list but I do think you guys just don't know how strong they are, Brown and Tatum are only 21 years old but then they are dominating the league and which they have already proven themselves with a 2-0 lead by Boston vs Cavs. Lebron James is really in a bad position right now, I just think that even if the Cavs can come back with the 2-0 run they will be eaten by the GSW right away in a sweep due to that Lebron doesn't have the power to carry the team and they don't even have the a team plays to much turnovers. Gladly, my boy Kyrie Irving left to go to the Boston but unfortunately, he got injured but for sure next year when the team is all healthy they will dominate every team and can possibly win the championship.  Cheesy
104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Simple Tips Keeping Your Bitcoin from Hackers. on: May 16, 2018, 03:52:10 AM
If you are storing bitcoin in your computer for sure you need to have protected computer and have an updated computer and anti-virus but as well you need to have a password on your wallet to make sure that no one will be able to access it or to make transfers but mostly for me I just used the two-factor or the authentication which is pretty good and it really gives a security in your account. You should not tell anyone that you have a bitcoin or that where your bitcoin is stored, for me I never tell anyone except my family but they don't know how it works and where do I store it to make a privacy with my coins.
105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mining , Is it worth it? on: May 16, 2018, 03:44:58 AM
Hello guys, I have a friend who told me about BITCOIN MINING.

What do you think? Is it worth it ? Buying Hardwares / Mining Rigs and plus the TIME to be consume.
I'm not even familiar with it , so I'm probably asking for advice on for those old miners.

Electricity here in PH is so expensive. Do you have some tips and tricks?

Thanks in advance guys !  Wink

First of all, pretty sure the electricity in the PH is too expensive unless you live in an apartment where you have free electricity but then it would be really waste of your time. I would just recommend you on to do trading and to just earn by campaign signatures here in the forum if you want to earn more bitcoin. It is not worth it to mine with only GPU unless if you can buy 1-2K US dollars mining rigs or if you can buy more than one 1080 GPU then I would say you can earn but would take you years to be able to get your return by just the electricity and on how much you payed for the GPU so the answer is NO and Good luck. 106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is Different From Other Currencies? on: May 16, 2018, 12:04:47 AM
Bitcoin is very different from others because it is where it all started. Without bitcoin, this other coins would be nothing and it is the very first coin that was introduced to the public. Until now not many people know about bitcoin but because of bitcoin, some other coins are also being recognized because of their uniques traits. For me bitcoin is always be the number one coin and it will always be.  Wink
107  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chinese Investor bought 10,000 bitcoin during the dip! on: May 15, 2018, 11:26:16 PM
If I was in his place I would do the same and it would be the natural to do so because if you have a business and have the money, of course, you would invest it in any way you want and bitcoin is a big one to invest and it is very volatile which you can make millions in just  months or years than investing in banks which the interest is not too high compared to the rate of bitcoin. Also, bitcoin is a good investment in a company which the country of China is taking it seriously. This is a start of the companies accepting with bitcoin and will revolutionize our currency.

108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Learning Cryptocurrency in Universities? on: May 14, 2018, 10:04:58 PM
Do you think that cryptocurrency should be taught in schools or University? Specially in the field of business management?

As a student, I believe it will give us an advantage to this so called cryptoworld, right?

As a college student, this is the ideal to have cryptocurrency be taught in schools even high school. Teaching the students on how to invest and the benefits on what can we get from it but for sure the government won't allow it that's because they don't own or hold the crypto world. They are afraid of what it can happen to the economics of the country. If this is possible to happen we should push it through but it would be a hard battle especially it is hard to exactly who will be able to do it and even we are not sure who is the founder of bitcoin. So before this all happens we need to solve our own problem and so that we can make this happen.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You can buy KFC chicken by Bitcoin on: May 14, 2018, 05:19:09 PM
This is really good news for those who love KFC, I myself love KFC and I'm really happy with this news. Not many fast food chains are accepting bitcoin yet but this is a start for other food chains to accept bitcoin too. Especially, here in Canada were bitcoin is starting to get accepted and many companies are starting to getting interested in it also. I hope this continues and hopefully other fast food chains will do the same.  Wink
110  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Criminals and Bitcoin on: May 14, 2018, 05:05:58 PM
Bitcoin is just like our real money it can be the reason to commit a crime or used to commit a crime. It just really depends on how the person is using it and that is why police come in and to do investigations for those who commit crimes. The Internet can be also the source of crime but the government doesn't shut down the internet because it can be also their source to find the criminals there are cons and prons but in reality, bitcoin is just another currency which people wants. We should not blame bitcoin for the wrongdoings of the criminals.
111  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin a Bubble? on: May 14, 2018, 02:31:14 AM
I do think that bitcoin is a bubble but when it burst it will start climbing back to where the price is and it will stabilize. I do believe this because nothing is impossible now before we did not even care about what bitcoin is and or given notice about it when it first started at a value of cents but if look at it now. Do you ever think that bitcoin will be this big? since when it started? NO right?. This is the kind of feeling I have when it comes to bitcoin if you believe what you believe then it is up to you on what you gonna do about it. We all have different ideas but this is what I believe.
112  Other / Off-topic / Re: what wallet can you recommend? on: May 13, 2018, 07:04:12 AM
I'm not sure if they already have both BTC and ETH coins in one application for a mobile app but for sure I know there are wallets available for both separately. I myself is using https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet for both mobile and pc version of wallet just in case anything happens with my phone I can restore it to my pc or laptop. There are many different versions and websites that you can store your coins but for sure there will be mobile versions of it. The only recommendation that I can give is that before you choose what application you are going to use in your mobile app make sure they are legit and always check for reviews. Good luck  Wink

113  Other / Off-topic / Sportswear Companies that Accepts Bitcoin on: May 13, 2018, 06:56:59 AM
I do believe that Bitcoin is the future currency and as we can see many companies around the world are slowly accepting bitcoin as payments. If this keeps up, more and more companies will surely start investing and accepting bitcoin and for sure big companies like Addidas, Nike, Under Armour, Puma, Reebok, and other sportswear companies will start adopting and think about their companies future with cryptocurrency as many people are slowly investing and start earning with Bitcoin. What are your thoughts about this?. Vote on which company do you think will it start first and drop your thoughts below.  Wink
114  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: easy way to follow the bitcoin price on: May 13, 2018, 02:50:16 AM
For I just search it straight in google and it will show right away the price of bitcoin but usually, what I do is that I put one of the trading sites that I use to trade bitcoin in my tabs so whenever I open my chrome it will immediately load the web pages that I usually open and it shows the prices of the coins that I trade and also the price of bitcoin. There are many websites now that lets you see the prices but for me I hate having pop-ups and advertisements around and whenever I miss clicks it will open a page that is also the reason why I just use google to check the prices and legit website for trading with no ads.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is investing in bitcoins today late? on: May 13, 2018, 02:44:07 AM
In my perspective, It is not too late to invest in Bitcoin.

A very low percentage of people own Bitcoin.

Take a look around you. How many people actually have Bitcoin?

It’s a low percentage, perhaps around 4%.

Bitcoin is only owned by less than 5 million people worldwide and still has tremendous growth potential.

Everybody thought they were too late at $100, $500, $1000, $5000, and now almost $10,000.

Nobody knows the answer for sure but it’s worth researching and getting into with a small amount of money that you can afford to lose.

There's a saying in Crypto world.

Keep calm and buy bitcoin Wink

Your right 100%, It is not too late in investing with bitcoin and still, some people are worried if they can be able to invest and earn with it. As you have said whatever the price is, it is not too late and it is already proven on how bitcoin price can increase as much as almost 30K and for sure that it will soon go up again. You will not lose anything when you just try to invest little by little, It doesn't matter how much you started but what it matters is that the knowledge and the experience. Never stop investing and this really benefits you in the future. I myself started at 3K and at that time I'm thinking how high it was but as I look at it now I did not regret starting investing with bitcoin.
116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Shyness in gambling on: May 13, 2018, 02:34:09 AM
I actually did feel shy when I first gamble when I was legal to gamble, I have no experience or anything I just went there at first and feel shy to play that's because I'm afraid that someone will look at how I play and judge me that when I started and gain some confidence, I just don't care what other people think and just have fun playing and winning. This is really common if you are a newbie who doesn't know what to do. There is nothing to be shy and admitting it, what it matters is that you overcome it and just play and have fun.  Wink
117  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin & College students . on: May 13, 2018, 02:27:48 AM
Many students who are in college or university don't even know what bitcoin and what can even do. Also, being a college student I know what some of the students who use their bitcoin buy anything that they want and not using it by the needs because of their parents are rich and are being given with lots of money. I believe that bitcoin can do a lot of stuff especially, in investing for the long term. As we already experienced bitcoin is really volatile and can increase in just matter of days but also can decrease that is why it so volatile and this is also a good chance to invest and earn by trading it. Many students should start investing and think about the future and not buying useless stuff on the internet.

119  Economy / Services / Re: ALAX.io Signature Campaign on: March 12, 2018, 02:20:39 PM
There is something wrong with post calculation. I guess it's either certain posts in the past are getting deleted or the forum bot has gone haywire miscalculating posts. I read many complaints on this so I decided to review my post count too. Behold, I am also affected. Lol...

From the spreadsheet my post count was 1195 as at March 5 cut off. I have counted 28 posts I made that were recorded (minus this one) since March 6 till today. 1195 + 28 should be 1223 from my knowledge of simple maths. But what I have on my profile is 1203. Meaning I made just 8 posts since then? Funny, right?

Perhaps Yahoo will know what to do here.

I actually have the same problem, I messaged Yahoo about this issue and hopefully, he will check each of our last posts and check how many we posted not just by checking the number of posts. I have 30 posts in this week but in his spreadsheet, my last posts were 656 and now I have 671 minus this one. So I'll have 670 but if you checked in my last posts I have 30 posts for this week. So that means there were 15 old forums that have been deleted. So hopefully, Yahoo will see this.

- Thanks Yahoo
120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you deal with friends/family when they lose their investment? on: March 11, 2018, 11:48:46 PM
If you tell your friends and family about Bitcoin without giving them any sort of in-depth financial advice and they go ahead and invest, how do you deal with it when the market dips very low and they silently blame you for losing them money.

If you want to tell your family or friend to invest in bitcoin be sure tell them about the risks that it has, if you are talking about investment there are always risks but it also will make you earn depending on the price of bitcoin but for me I won't force anyone who is not interested and are willing to take the risks with bitcoin. I believe that bitcoin will revolutionize our currency and if they don't think like that then just don't waste your time.
