101  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: san mo ilalagay ang btc this coming hardfork and 2x? on: October 23, 2017, 02:41:47 PM

Also, yung mga exchanges like Bittrex, Poloniex, Yobit, Liqui, HitBTC, etc. are still centralized exchanges.

102  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph plans on upcoming Bitcoin hard fork on: October 23, 2017, 02:30:03 PM
Don't count on Coins.ph regarding the upcoming HF.

My advise is to move your Bitcoins to a wallet na hawak mo ang private keys mo so that you can claim Bitcoin Gold (BTG) if ever na matutuloy ang HF.

Pwede mo i-try to if may other computer ka aside sa main computer mo.

Ang remaining 50% is what I use for investments in ICOs and altcoin trading.

mining sa cointpot? nag lalag lang ako eh dun na lang sa claim claim kahit papano ok and atleast legit yan d tulad ng ibang dami kalokohan and ubos oras

Yes may bago web mining feature ang Coinpot aside from linking it to your daily faucet hubs.

Thanks for the input guys.

I tried it for 24 hours para lang ma test. Sobrang baba nga ng hashrate.

Tama kayo not really worth it.  Grin

Magpapatuloy Kapa rin ba ? on: October 22, 2017, 03:17:42 AM
Yes!

Naniniwala kasi ako ng ang Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are the future of commerce.

110  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: October 22, 2017, 02:29:03 AM
pa suggest naman mga paps may 1k kasi ako sa coins.ph... okie lang ba na iconvert ko to ngayon or antayin ko pa muna bumaba yung price bago ko iconvert?

Pwede mo na i-convert anytime. Anyway, I believe ang bitcoin price tataas pa ng tataas. Nag umpisa ako at $900+ nung April 2017 - Ngayon is at $6,000 in the span of 6 months.
111  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Best security for your coins wallet? on: October 22, 2017, 02:10:54 AM
Para sa akin, any hot wallet na may access ka sa private keys mo are ok.

I would go against storing your bitcoin sa Coins.ph na wallet kung di mo gagamitin dahil wala kang access sa private keys mo.

I personally like Jaxx (https://jaxx.io/) wallet kasi multi-coin and at the same time HD (Hierarchical Deterministic) wallet ito. Nakikita ko lahat ng private keys ko for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash and other coins. May desktop version din ang Jaxx so pwede ko ring ma check ang holdings ko via my laptop and desktop.

But the best for security wallets are the cold wallets like Ledger, KeepKey and Trezor.
