Same thoughts here. The surveys conducted will surely help a lot on those who wants to bet on politicians. Based on my observation here in our country, the surveys are almost 80-90% accurate (though I'm not really sure about that number. It's a mere estimate.) Those politicians who are favored by the people on survey are usually the  ones who win at the election.

That is the sad reality—easy come, easy go. In whatever aspect, when you gained something that easy, then most likely, you're going to lose it that easy, too. But money wise, when someone has enough knowledge about how to handle finances, then he would be able to control his spending and have allocations for different things that matter.

Though in that guy's case, he was a garbage guy so he didn't have the financial literacy. However, he had the money. It should've been easy for him to consult a professional to help him out to control his finances. But he didn't.
