1001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Much Money You Need To Win To Stop gambling, Is This Possible. on: December 04, 2019, 03:54:35 PM
Can you involve money for you to stop gambling or a gambler can really stop after he promises that if he wins this jackpot he will stop?
This is for the big-time gambler or those who gamble habitually or even those who have the urge to gamble when they have available money.

How much? I think 10 BTC is enough and after that is achieved, I will really stop.

This is not nonsense because with that result, I will use it in real life so that it will make a flurry of activity and eventually forget it.
Even the big amount of winning is achieved, a gambler will still play and will not stop. Without inner discipline in playing no matter how much money there’s still an urge not to stop. It should really have not to be greedy, control emotions and self contentment whatever how much money you can win in gambling.
if we have discipline in our life we dont need to stop gambling because we can control the greed and the lust of money.
but the problem is only few people can have this discipline in gambling and too many people fails to learn.
most gamblers wanted to win while some wanted to have fun,so maybe we can just decide when we experience a big loss if we want to stop or not.
I don't think it's possible to stop gambling to win a certain amount because it depends on a person if they still want to continue to play even if they already win a huge amount like a million dollar.
Yes @Reatim it also depends on how to discipline we are while playing gambling because some people are playing not only because of the prize but sometimes they play because they just want some enjoyment in life.
1002  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe satoshi is dead on: December 04, 2019, 01:59:27 PM
maybe SATOSHI is dead and BTC is at mercy of GITHUB developers, owned by blockstream

what you guys think ?
It can be possible and it can be no one knows who is satoshi and where he came from, for as long as I know bitcoin and how to earn it then there is no problem with it. Whatever it is, dead or alive, bitcoin is still bitcoin and it is still the mother of cryptocurrency.
1003  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Getting scammed on: December 04, 2019, 08:56:46 AM
I got scammed by this project called temtum. Signed up for their bounty months ago, posting for their campaign, filling up 2 kyc forms and pushing for its deadline, and now they are telling me i didn't pass it. It is not only me who encountered this. Hello Richard Dennis.
If you think you've got scammed then you should also provide some proof for us to avoid that bounty but I think you joined a good bounty campaign as I've searched and read some feedback to their campaign so next time we careful on what you are posting.
1004  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors are getting smarter but why not developers???? on: December 03, 2019, 03:20:50 PM
investors are invading some exchanges why not developers? i know listing fee can be huge but few exchanges are just scam practitioners, developers should take their time to check out scam accusation thread on this forum and see how many people are been ripped off by these so-called exchanges e.g index p2pb2b among others
Investors should be smarter today to avoid those scammers and I think there is no free exchange here, so maybe we can also determine if that exchange is a scam or not depends on how much the fees they will charge to us when making an exchange. I remember when I discover a site, selling a camera with only $1, using your credit card, I've already thought that it is a scam for them to get your information and your credit card. So it is also just like that so be careful enough to observe.
1005  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Never possible earn free bitcoin without work. on: December 03, 2019, 08:14:07 AM
If we are just want to earn free bitcoin without work then people will be a scam at the end because there is no free now. All needs hard work, time and effort. If we just want to earn without doing anything then for sure we scam easily. Together with hard work, time and effort, good analyzation would be a great partner to earn a good amount of bitcoin.
If we try, we can make free bitcoin income, but we need to be efficient and be patient with that. Because now I believe that this is crypto market and here not to easy making money without your skills and good work. Personally i hate scammer and i Don't give support scammer.
That is why I said there is no free now because we still need to invest our time and effort just to earn and that is hard work. No one likes scammers, even scammers don't want to get scammed. LOL.
We all know that there is AIRDROP, giving away free coins but there is also risk joining that Airdrop, just like what I encountered before, maybe it is year 2017 if I am not mistaken, there is an airdrop owner who is asking for a wallet and at the same time the private keys, I didn't join that airdrop because I don't think that it is legit.
1006  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Just a thought about bounties and bounty managers on: December 03, 2019, 04:35:13 AM
I heard that what most bounty managers do is to conduct the bounty project and later submit to projects teams for distribution, is this not why some projects never paid bounty hunters?

+The job of a bounty manager should be the guide standing between bounty hunters and project teams
+ Bounty managers should be the ones to hold on to the project tokens and distribute after bounty ends

Avoid these and teams might decide not to pay or send out half payments to half of the hunters, it should be more like how IEO is where exchange stands between investors and team
I think it still depends on their arrangement and agreement of each other. Some bounty ends up unsuccessful so it ends up nothing but sometimes ends up successful too so it depends unless that newly open bounty campaign might have a previous campaign and reopen to make another project and profits as well maybe that is the time that a Manager of that bounty can hold the payments.
1007  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can do Governements against Satoshi ? on: November 29, 2019, 11:53:27 PM
We really don't know whats exactly satoshies mind, many people want to meet him/her because of what he has and with this great invention that he has. I don't if this would be called as an invention but it is really great to have bitcoin and the greatness of its potential that is also why I think governments also curious about how it works I don't think governments will do something against satoshi because 1st of all no one knows who is satoshi.
1008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You can share your own opinion if you have. on: November 29, 2019, 05:29:31 PM
Firstly thanks to all for reading my topic.

Who has had more success in this crypto market?
1. Traders
2. Investors
You you have any skills? From which you have made enough profit or How much amount you lose??
Welcome to share your skills.
I don't have professional skills to earn a lot of coins but before when the time of cryptocurrencies are at good stake which is bitcoin hit the ATH's and at the same time most crypto has also a good value that is only the time when I had a good earning with cryptocurrency. I am just joining some bounties, signature campaigns and sometimes play online gambling (but most of the time I lost in gambling LOL).
In my opinion, traders have more earnings than investors.
1009  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Real reasons to Why do you gamble? on: November 29, 2019, 04:10:21 PM
The real reason why I gamble sometimes is just that I just want to, sometimes I want some entertainment or to enjoy some quite time. I know that I can just lose my money but that is normal when we are playing gambling so I set my budget when I gamble and when I won then that is just a bonus.
1010  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How we can introduce bitcoin to local people on: November 29, 2019, 11:08:06 AM

I don't think that companies will allow seminars with their company that is not connected to their business. Seminars inside the companies are not 100% sure will introduce bitcoin to local people, not all companies will allow that, because as long as they will not benefit by that seminar they will not waste their time to do seminars that they don't know if that will increase their profit.

With the proper arrangement and proposal for sure some companies will allow it, or if not, why not conduct a seminar in public, let's say in a public plaza where there's a lot of local people that can attend. Anyway, hope there will be a group for each country that will initiate some blockchain seminars and events where people can freely ask too, as of the moment, there are seminars but they are just making a brief info about Bitcoin as they are more focus on their platform.

I don't know if people will go even it will conducted on public plazas, most of them are not interested with tech and most of them who were on that place are only looking for leisure and pleasure maybe it is better if there will be an organization who will conduct a free seminar and it will be conducted on universities and colleges that are much effective.
Who do you think will do that free seminar if they will not going to benefit to that seminar then no one will do that, aside from that even if we were going to introduce bitcoin to them, it will not benefit anyone and there is no owner of this bitcoin so who will organize those seminars? I don't think there is someone who will do it so that a lot of us will have a lot of knowledge to know about it.
1011  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 6 safety concerns? on: November 29, 2019, 06:40:58 AM
what would be your top 6 safety concerns you have in the crypto space?

whether it be like scammers? wallet protection? exchange protection ? integrity of content creators?

let's hear it . and why you think its a concern
Concerns? Maybe we should consider the high rate of exchange in bitcoin and also the account should be more secure. Maybe security questions will do to make our wallet more secure and less in worries with hackers. About scammers I think, there are no scammers if there is no victim so let's are careful enough to join some bounties or some campaigns that are not legit so that no one will scam here.
1012  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Satoshi hides his identity? on: November 28, 2019, 10:51:30 PM
Almost every day a new person comes up with the claim that he/she is the real Satoshi. The real satoshi surely does not want any kind of fame. If he/she/they want fame he could have disclosed his identity earlier. But what could be the possible reason that Satoshi still hides his identity? Does he have a big plan for the future?
If he/she reveals his/her identity then for sure many people will attempt to look for him/her to ask frequent questions and many scammers or hackers will get interests his/her knowledge for them to know how to easily scammed and hacked a lot of people and accounts using cryptocurrencies. Politics will surely involve once it reveals and I think it is just a big problem that happens.
1013  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In 2020, How To Value An Altcoin? on: November 28, 2019, 02:30:45 PM
So, if cryptocurrency has two words which are crypto and currency then the altcoin has also two words cause it has alt which means alternative and coin is as it is. We already encountered different kinds of altcoins and not all of them has a value some of them are trash so it is still in our wallet, we still don't know what will happen with altcoins in the year 2020 but hopefully something good will happen that will make altcoin will back to its track and make a good value next year.
1014  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Are Women Slowly Leaning On To Crypto Trade? on: November 28, 2019, 10:11:37 AM
That's not true, my wife has a lot of knowledge here in cryptocurrencies than mine, she just taught me about this and she is the 1st one who learns about cryptocurrencies before me. I am not denying it, I am also busy with my work and at the same time she is also busy with her responsibility to us but still has time to learn a lot so maybe it also depends on a situation, not all women slowly learning crypto.
1015  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin goes down, no new rich people anymore on: November 28, 2019, 09:04:50 AM
When bitcoin below $5k many people become poor, how many time bitcoin always have lower price but why can't back to higher price again, what problem faced by bitcoin ?

Consider it as a buying opportunity as when people had bought at 3.5 k and sold at 9 or 10k people have already made good money with this rise and not a real complain ideally one should do it because each fall is a good buying time.
That's true, but to those who buy when the price is at $18k and now the price is lower than $9k are now get lost, they lost their capital because they are thinking that the value of bitcoin will increase more but it didn't happen so that a lot of investors turn their back to bitcoin that is also the reason why the bitcoin value dump even more and more.
1016  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banking system and BTC on: November 28, 2019, 08:34:08 AM
Hello traders. What's your opinion could BTC kill banking system? Bitcoin has an advantage over fiatbecause its amount is limited and it can't fall under inflation.Inflation usually is caused by monetary policies of our central banks. Bitcoin is free from inflation, governement control and  high transaction fees.Banks can’t control BTC because it has no representative and is fully decentralized. That's why banks are afraid of BTC.
No, I don't think bitcoin can kill banks and why should the banks affect the potential of bitcoin? Banks have their own potential and have different offers from our community that can also help us in a way we want and banks and bitcoin/cryptocurrencies are different. We can loan in the bank but we cannot loan from cryptocurrencies. LOL.
1017  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What would you have done? on: November 28, 2019, 06:48:53 AM
If 2019 should have been reversed back to 2017, just these once what would decisions will you revert?
Buy a lot of bitcoin today then wait for the ATH's for me to sell it if I have a chance to do it and if I have a chance to know what will happen but we all know no one would ever know what would exactly happen in the next minute.
1018  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Currency Symbol ฿ on: November 28, 2019, 02:34:06 AM
I propose that we adopt the Thai baht currency symbol, ฿, as the official bitcoin currency symbol and BTC as the official bitcoin three letter currency code.
I don't think there is a problem with it because the $ is also using by other countries as long as they know what currency it is then there is no confusion will happen and I think the physical money itself will still be the best reference by the money exchangers.
1019  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this really a good plan? on: November 27, 2019, 11:24:39 AM
Few of my colleagues told me they quit bounty because many new projects are finding it very difficult to reach soft cap and those who manages to reach softcap ends up listing on ridiculous exchanges because of listing fee, a part of me feels like they are right because if a new project fails to aim for top exchange its game over,  the question now is why promoting new projects then?
Not all bounty end up failed, some bounty ends successful and gives payment to their members a good amount of token, so that there are still promoting new projects. Let's not compare those who fail to those who success cause its unfair to others who are successful to their project but of course we cannot blame those who are already afraid to join bounty again.
1020  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have control or not? on: November 27, 2019, 06:21:38 AM
Can you consciously and willingly stop gambling at any time?
If you can do the above, you have great control and discipline, of course, you are not an addict and you deserve to gamble as much as you want.
If not, clarify your ways of stopping gambling.
I am not that addicted to gambling and I know how to control when I am playing gambling. If I want to play gambling, it is when I feel that I want to and there are no specific reasons. Some other gamblers are playing because they wanted to win a huge amount but in my case, I play if I just want to.
