Its very easy to detect a scam ico the number one thing you have to consider is the dev behind the coin,  are they real and open to the investorsinvestors.  Secondly their roadmap.

There are many good bounty campaign for junior member rank, but I will advice you to push for at least rank of full member. From that rank you will always see good signature to earn from.

It's not a bad idea using celebrity to market crypto,  but using a celebrity with at least some crypto knowledge will help the coin in question,  it should be all about using any how celebrity.
