1001  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CAN BINANCE REALLY BE HACKED? THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. on: July 08, 2018, 06:09:40 AM
It wasn't hacked. Some users had their API keys phished, which is entirely their fault and nothing to do with Binance. As usual, Binance's response was swift and professional, and your funds are not at risk.

Totally agree. Binance is not hacked and it is far from hacking for it is one of the top exchange out there in the market. API keys being phished is not a new thing and it might create a buzz by the amount taken but it is not the same as hacking the exchange.
Exactly. I find it funny that some people actually thought that Binance got hacked without doing proper research in the first place. As soon as I heard the news, I decided to check the news and understood clearly that Binance is still completely secure as expected. People need to stop freaking out and spreading useless FUD since this affects them too in a bad way. Do your research op before opening these kind of threads.
1002  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SLeepless nights doing bounty campaign is it worth it? on: July 08, 2018, 06:06:46 AM
I just want to tell my experience doing some bounties from my almost 4 months of experience i only earned a little amount of money i didn't hit the jackpot. but i'm still working on but not like the last time, this time i carefully choose the bounty that i'm joining only a little amount campaigns  but at least has a higher percentage of paying. you can learn from your mistake after all.
This is the risk involved with this extremely volatile cryptocurrency market. There is always a possibility of getting scammed or earning worthless coins and tokens, but the risk is worth it for me since all I have to lose is time and effort which is not a problem for me. This is why I always research campaigns effectively before deciding to participate. Coming to the question posted by op, sleep is essential and sacrificing sleep for work is not my style.
1003  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some ICO is not scam on: July 07, 2018, 06:38:11 AM
This is obviously true. Based on my observations, 50% of all ICOs are scams or worthless while remaining 50% turn out to be legit whose coins or tokens possess value. The biggest problem is no one knows which ICO is legit or scam until the last moment which is what makes this a risky market to invest into. This is why I feel regulation is good and healthy to help reduce the scams and useless ICOs in the market on the whole.
1004  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are the good coins to buy in this time? on: July 07, 2018, 06:35:18 AM
I would suggest buying coins based on short term and long term prospects. From a short term perspective, I believe that DENT, DeepOnion, Cardano, PundiX are great coins to invest into based on my research. From a long term perspective, I believe that Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash, Monero, NEO and Stellar Lumens are great coins(Much safer) to invest into. Do your own research op and decide carefully.
1005  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Winner of 2018 on: July 06, 2018, 12:57:38 PM
Bitcoin will always be the winner on any day, month or year since it will always be the king of the cryptocurrency market and it will always stand first in the rankings which I am completely confident about. Ethereum is the next best cryptocurrency followed by Litecoin, Ripple and Stellar Lumens in my opinion. Verge and Tether turned out to be the most disappointing altcoins this year so far which is why I do not recommend investing into these coins.
1006  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple will pump again? on: July 06, 2018, 06:52:57 AM
I am quite confident Ripple will surely pump again, but it seems very unlikely this year due to the prolonged bear market although you never know what can happen in the future in this extremely volatile market. Selling now at a loss would be seriously dumb and something which I do not recommend at all. I recommend HODLING your Ripple since this coin has a bright future ahead of it due to its tremendous potential. Have patience and wait for the market to rally like crazy.
1007  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is far more than an investment venture on: July 06, 2018, 06:46:46 AM
I agree wholeheartedly op. It is true that many investors including me invested into this cryptocurrency market primarily to earn financial incentive since there are plenty of opportunities available in this market to earn huge profits in the short term as well as the long term. However, as I improved my knowledge of Bitcoin and altcoins in general, I understood the importance of cryptocurrencies in our lives and how they could serve as alternate payment methods in our daily lives.
1008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you using your crypto tokens yet? on: July 05, 2018, 08:09:28 AM
Way too early at the moment to even ask this question. Bitcoin itself is slowly being accepted at the moment worldwide. Popular options like Ethereum, Litecoin etc are also being offered as alternate payment options by more and more retailers these days, but tokens still have a long way to go before being offered as payment options by mainstream retailers. Tokens need to rise in popularity just like Bitcoin.
1009  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most frustrating thing about crypto on: July 05, 2018, 08:07:05 AM
The extreme volatility of this crypto market is clearly the most frustrating and pleasing aspect at the same time in my opinion. How is it both frustrating and pleasing simultaneously? The extreme spikes provide opportunities to earn profits or incur losses regularly which is why this market is extremely risky to invest into. The scammers and hackers plaguing this market are also frustrating aspects of this market.
1010  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Old Coins on: July 04, 2018, 06:05:12 AM
I bought some terracoin because I believe the price will go up again, and I also recommend you to buy Ripple, because Ripple is one of the best coins for long term investment

Ripple is one of the best coins for long term investment

i will go on this one if they will have a large number of burning on their holdings.
Ripple is a long-term investment but i doubt on that as they are living in the market because of FUD.
I rather hold some NEM/XEM.
I agree with you. I know that Ripple has a bad reputation due to its relation with banks(centralized), but that does not mean that it is a bad investment in any sense whatsoever. Many investors have already earned tons of dollars by investing into this coin during the early stages which is why this coin is a great investment choice in my opinion. I am HODLING my stack of Ripple at the moment and am expecting it to rise rapidly during the next bull run.
1011  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coin do I need to invest in on: July 04, 2018, 05:53:54 AM
In my opinion, I suggest investing from a short term and a long term perspective which makes this particular decision way less complicated. From a short term perspective, IOTA, Cardano, PundiX, SDXT and DENT seem like great options while Litecoin, Ripple, Stellar Lumens, NEO and Ethereum seem like great options from a long term perspective. Before investing, I urge you to do your research since this is vital in this market.
1012  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment on: July 03, 2018, 07:04:48 AM
This is a great time to purchase the coins and tokens that you are interested in, but you need to decide which coins and tokens to invest in based on short term and long term. If you are focusing on the short term, I recommend investing in DENT, ETN, Cardano, DeepOnion and Ethereum, Stellar, Ripple, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash would be great choices for the long term in my opinion. Do your research op.
1013  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to protect your wallet myetherwallet.com ??? on: July 03, 2018, 07:01:48 AM
how to protect your wallet myetherwallet.com Huh

I do not think to break the wallet, the private key must be stored offline on the flash drive with the password, and not in the text file on the desktop, so you do not have to shout at all hacked forums. And of course, do not go to the same Myetherwallet through the search engine on the first available link.so store anything and never let anyone know your password and never let you know your private key.
I agree with you. The private key is the most important aspect which needs to be considered in this aspect. Many people tend to forget to store their private keys which could land them in trouble in the future. I also urge crypto newbies not to give their private keys to anyone apart from the people that they can truly trust. Scammers are coming up with more and more creative ways to scam people which is why we need to be extra careful here.
1014  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH Gas Fee Super High Now! on: July 03, 2018, 06:58:40 AM
What do you guys think about this Gas price surge since Saturday I think. I have been monitoring gas price the whole day today and gas price is ranging from 40 gwei - 75 gwei. This will affect ICO and bounty distribution as they will get high fees in transferring tokens to other wallets. I just hope it becomes normal again like 8 gwei - 10 gwei per transaction.

You dont have to wait for the Gwei to drop that below. You can always set it to the 8-9 Gwei range but only the play here is it will take few hours to get your funds transferred.
Currently there is issues going on with the Fcoin airdrops and other airdrops too who are using heavy transaction and thus network has got too much congested. Obviously in such situation the prices for Gwei per transaction rises to overcome the stressed out network. Also in between the Gwei price does drop below 10 Gwei so keep watching the Gas Station page.
Experienced this myself earlier and this is quite irritating which is due to the reason that you specified. The last time I experienced something so irritating was during the release of the pet game which seriously messed up the network in many ways. The Ethereum developers need to focus more on improving their blockchain network since these issues are cropping up more often which is both good and bad as you stated.
1015  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Altcoins rebound on: July 02, 2018, 05:59:59 AM
I think that the cryptocurrency market will rebound sometime in August and there is no specific reason behind this. The bulls could most likely reenter the market sometime in August and the entire market will start an upward rally(Not a mini-rally) which would help Bitcoin rise above $10k again and majority of the altcoins would rise considerably in value. This is the sole reason why I feel that this is a great time to buy the coins and tokens that you are interested in at low prices for future profits.
1016  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why More Bounty Scam? on: July 02, 2018, 05:57:28 AM
Your thread title and your OP don't match? But regardless, I think that the number of scam projects is roughly the same as it was 6 months ago in terms of ratio, but now we also have to contend with the fact that a large fraction of ICOs are doomed to fail. There is simply not as much money in the market as there was last year due to the price crunch. If an ICO fails, the bounty doesn't get paid, so you stand the chance of being either scammed, or backing a crap project that fails to generate its tokens at all.
Honestly, I do not agree with what you are saying. The number of scam projects and failed projects does not depend on how much money flows through the market. There will always be a good portion of scam and failed projects no matter how the market performs. Research and luck help in differentiating between legit and scam ICOs according to me which is why I urge op to do his/her research before choosing a particular bounty campaign.
1017  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why makes you so confident in your investment decisions? on: July 02, 2018, 05:54:47 AM
Experience makes me confident regarding my investment decisions. Experience matters a lot in a such an extremely volatile cryptocurrency market. I have experience trading in forex matters which has helped me with my investment decisions in the cryptocurrency market. This particular forum itself has also helped me on many occasions due to the plethora of knowledge available here which is why I always recommend this forum.
1018  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP IS A SECURITY, LITECOIN HAS ‘NO REASON TO EXIST,’ ETHEREUM IS THE BEST — SAY on: July 01, 2018, 06:21:41 AM
when you are bagholding some shitcoin you will obviously be defending it blindly because your profit is at stakes. that has been the case with the ETH bag holders who are getting more desperate every day for recovering the huge amount of money that they have lost so far.
the Multicoin Capital that is saying this bullshit is heavily involved with ETH and the ICO scams that are taking place using this token which is why they are so pro-ETH here.
by the way ETH is the worst long term play because of its inflation and the fact that it has no cap.

LTC has no reason to exist but it does and it has been existing much stronger than ethereum had ever existed!

Ripple is nothing. it is shit in fact. because it is not only not a currency but also it is  heavily centralized. no one in their right mind will ever choose a centralized coin issued by a company when there is government issued centralized  currency and also decentralized currencies like bitcoin.
in fact i would say Ripple has no reason to exist.
I don't agree with you here. A very small minority of investors would call Ethereum a shitcoin while the majority including me recognize Ethereum as a legitimate coin that is worth investing into for obvious reasons(Development team, features etc). Litecoin is also a great altcoin with tremendous potential which I have invested in and am HODLING it at the moment. Ripple is another great altcoin from an investment perspective and I don't really care about the whole centralization aspect.
1019  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: do you think Altcoin can last for next 5 years? on: July 01, 2018, 06:17:37 AM
Honestly, the cryptocurrency market is here to stay and not disappear just like that. Many shitcoins will disappear and new altcoins(legit) will emerge in the market. This has always been the trend from a long time and won't be changing anytime soon if you ask me. Popular altcoins like Ethereum, Litecoin, NEO, Ripple etc will most likely survive while the less popular coins will disappear without anyone noticing them.
1020  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to the next bull market? ICO2.0? No! it is this. on: July 01, 2018, 06:14:52 AM
This entire concept seems so interesting and this is the first time I am hearing about this. ERC-721 could possibly help the entire market rally like crazy which is just what majority of the investors are patiently waiting for including me. In the long term, majority of the HODLERS will most likely earn handsome profits and the dumpers would most likely watch from the sidelines. Waiting patiently for this ERC-721 concept to successfully be executed.
