I have seen a statistics related to the part of the season after Xavi became the Barcelona manager. I can't find it now but I will talk about it as far as I remember. According to that statistics, Barcelona have collected 56 points in the La Liga since Xavi arrived here. And Real Madrid have collected 58 points in this period. I really not too much worried about the injury situation of Mohammed Salah because he did not suffer any serious injury in my opinion and it was just a precaution taken by Klopp so that he will be able to play Muhammad Salah in the Champions League final. I can also remember something from the Champions League final a few years ago, when both teams already faced each other. Then there was a head orl for the goalkeeper of Liverpool who then committed 2 blunders that resulted in Real Madrid taking the title. In that respect, Liverpool still have something to make up for against Madrid. Liverpool is slightly favorite.
I still remember that final and I honestly don't know any other final match of a big competition where the goalkeeper influenced the final result so much. Real practically didn't have to work too hard in that game, but just wait for the mistakes of the Liverpool goalkeeper. The match was also difficult for Salah, who had to leave the match earlier due to a rough attack by Ramos. That’s why Salah was probably Liverpool’s happiest player when he heard that they would be playing with Real again in the final. Actually, I had hoped after watching Shakib Al Hasan playing the Test match but after what happened on the first day I have to say the hope has been decreasing. Matthews scored a hundred and before that Bangladesh looked really good. If I am being honest I think Bangladesh bowlers leaked a lot of runs.
